First off, I am totally for legal open carry. However, during my stop at this store today, I found it very unsettling the conversation I overheard. Two young employees, both under 21 from what I heard, were discussing how to legally obtain a weapon for canceled carry. I have no issue with their private conversation but they had no issue continuing it in front of customers. When I first entered the store. I walked by them and said excuse me, no response. They were talking guns. When I checked out, the conversation continued. The young man was giving the young girl advice how how to order on line, provided she has not been convicted of a crime, whether in juvie or adult. At no time did they speak to me until I asked if the diet Pepsi I bought was on sale. They did inform me that 2.00 were taken off. I paid and left, no thank you for your business , have a nice day, etc.I do not know who owns this store but I think some employee training would be a great idea. It is not fair to the young people entering the work force to believe this type of behavior is acceptable in the working world. I will not be back.

Now that they have a self checkout there is never anyone available at the checkout counter. There was a long line and three workers next to the register. The self checkout is card only and I really needed to use cash. Lots of unhappy customers while I was in there. One of the ladies is very rude. The rest have also been friendly though.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. The most unorganized store with rude employees who never know how to do their job. The card reader at the register is trash and never accepts my card but for some reason the self checkout does? Super inconvenient. New management needed asap

This store has some good employees but the store manager is rude she is always talking horrible and cussing about and to her employees. Also when you ask for help she is rude about it like it's a bother. The prices are not correct on the shelf and when you mention it to them you get yelled at and talked to very ugly. I don't feel comfortable going into this store because you never know what kind of attitude you are going to receive from the employees.

Love this store so friendly and eager to help you. In the past I dreaded going there the employees were rude seamed put out. Now this place has got an awesome group of lady’s Keara,Laura,Michelle y’all are doing a wonderful job. 😊😊

This place has been amazing! I'm so glad Cresson finally got a Dollar General. The staff here is friendly and the store is well stocked and has a freezer and refrigerated section. This will definitely be our go-to place!

Perfect little store keeps us from driving to Benbrook or Granbury which is 11 miles away. This is 3.5 miles from home.Btw, as far as the mask wearing goes.Stay home if ya scared. Get your vaccine shot. Otherwise, just shut up already.

This is the worst Dollar general in the DFW area stay clear of this store You will not be able to find anything they never have anything in stock their shelves are always empty It's a worthless store I don't even know why they are there
