Guys I’m going to give this four stars because of 1)cleanliness 2)quality and 3)hard work!!The food was slow… but you know what? These three were SLAMMED and I haven’t seen that sort of Charlie hustle since little league baseball!Owners, get these guys some help!Burger was top notch. They don’t sell bottled water so I was disappointed in that but oh well.I’ll check back in at a later date and update this review.

Went in and there were 3 people working. 1 car in the drive thru and nobody inside. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while 1 person took the order in the drive and the other filled the order. Never said a word to me and never took my order. I just walked out and went next store to Howard's. Now that was a great burger.

I've been to this dairy queen multiple times. When it got updated with better looking menus and new coke machines I thought it would be better then before. Tried the food and it wasn't great, either the patties were overdone or if you order chicken strips they tasted like the grease hasn't been change. I tried the ice cream and sadly that wasn't great either. A simple dip cone didn't even look appetizing. Honestly it was the saddest dip cone I have ever had. I believe that part of this bad food is the service the customers recieve. The workers just looked like they don't care. If you want a great dairy queen, keep driving north 30 miles and you will get great service and food from a dairy queen in Odessa. I've given this dairy queen multiple chances and yet nothing changes.

Last few times we have been there to dine, the food was very dry and bland. This last time we went, we wanted to eat our meal, then order ice cream for dessert. We were told that they ran out of ice cream. Literally, about 3 minutes later, an employee begins to empty out the ice cream machine into a bucket!! I told an employee that if they're going to lie to customers, at least wait till everyone is gone. Needless to say, I will no longer spend my money at a place that has lazy workers, bad management, bad ownership, and bad food.

This dq is a shame to say it is in our town. Not the dq you would recommend to anyone. They close whenever they want. Food taste like the oil hadn't been changed in weeks an employees playing with the food throwing it all around the place ( witnessed it myself as i was waiting in drive thru) an others saying they spit in people's stuff if they don't like them. Will not eat at this dq, nor recommend.

Why is it so hard to place an order over the phone at this place? Either they leave the phone off the hook, or they answer the phone and place u on hold, to which they never attempt to take u off hold and place ur order. So u are either limited to driving up there and waiting in the line that has already formed and slowly creeps through. Im not sure what it is that takes them so long to make ur food, maybe its because they are an independent dairy queen and do things differently than other corporate dairy queens. I really enjoy the food there but its almost not worth the hassle. ⁵

We go here often because there aren't manyvoptions around here. The burgers used to be really good. Lately, they have been really plain. Yesterday we stopped on our way home for ice cream, which we do often. I ordered a banana split blizzard with pecans and my husband got a pineapple sundae. I don't know if the employee making my blizzard just didn't know the difference or what, but peanuts are not the same as pecans! And the pineapple sundae was basically ice cream with pineapple chunks. It had no real flavor, other than an ice cream flavor. Hopefully this place gets it together soon or they will be losing lots of business!(A good ac would help too)

This being a small town one would think fast friendly service and good food. NOT! My food was cold like it had been sitting in the fridge. Dr Pepper was flat.. When I gave the fries back they dropped them in the fryer and gave them right back. Closing the drive through window and walked away. Worst Customer Service Ever. I think I will take all my stars back. The cheese was melted on the burger that got them one star

Me and my husband have been eating here since we moved to crane! I have honestly never been more irritated in my life, when I say they NEVER GET OUR ORDER RIGHT.... ever single time (over 50 times) I’ve counted they have gotten our order wrong! We eat here Because there is not a lot of options and Crane and they honestly do you have the most fresh and hot food out of the two fast food places in Crane. They need to understand that hiring high school students is perfectly fine however if they’re not going to train them they don’t need to hire them. The management staff gets extremely rude when you try and let them know that they messed up your order. The only kind person we have met there is the young man that works the drive-through has a great attitude and sincerely apologizes. because there is not a lot of options in Crane and they honestly do have the most fresh and hot food out of the two fast food places in Crane. They need to understand that hiring high school students is perfectly fine however if they’re not going to train them they don’t need to hire them. The management staff gets extremely rude when you try and let them know that they messed up your order. The only kind person we have met there is the young man that works the drive-through has a great attitude and sincerely apologizes. I have called corporate three times already and they said they get more bad reviews from them then any Dairy Queen in the state

Worst dq I’ve ever been at in my life. Service was slow,,, they only have orders at window, because they’re too cheap to get speaker fixed at menu board,,, kids make up the whole staff. No hairnets or hair pulled back. Ice cream machine wasn’t working when I went… ice cream machine!!!! (That’s like going to six flags and the roller coasters are down.) ive been going to dq since I was a kid and this by far is the weakest link in Texas.

Waited 10 min at Drive through speaker no one ever took my order so i moved up to window sat there another 10 min & finally knocked on Window. It took another 15 min to get 1 order of Nachos. They never came out to other customers to let them know they were short handed.

Very good service, staff, and FOOD! This is my favorite place to eat in Crane. We had a slight problem, but that is ok because the Dairy Queen staff fixed it instantly. My thanks to the DQ Team for excellent staff!😀👍

Came here to get a burger and saw this kid practically picking his nose and eating what appeared to be a chicken strip at the same time. Then wiped his face with the kitchen rag. I’m never coming back to this location even again after what I saw this location was good at one point and now it’s gone downhill big time.

They are usually pretty decent, but today I could not get them to answer the phone or the machine at the drive thru. I finally got them to answer the phone and they put me on hold. When I finally reached the window, the employee ask me if I was there to pick up an order. I told her no I was there to make an order because I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. She said that they had been busy. They had 5 cars in the parking lot and three of them are employees vehicles. They need to get some better employees.

The staff was not friendly. Mostly children working. Amour 6 employees on hand but all standing around. Once we received our meal one of the young girls began spraying bleach water to clean off the tables around us. She could have started anywhere in the building but chose the tables close to ours. The bleach was over powering and we had to leave immediately. Don't recommend this place at all!

Easily the worst restaurant in Crane. The kids they hire are lazy, leave the phone off the hook, and struggle taking an order correctly. Only reason I'm leaving a 2* instead of 1 is because they have blizzards. Hard to mess up a blizzard. They manage it sometimes.
