I was concerned about going to a low cost spay and neuter clinic but it was totally unfounded. The staff were so nice and brought me back to put him in his kennel where they provided nice clean blankets to make him comfortable. They gave detailed instructions for after care. They sent him home after being given pain medication and an antibiotic to prevent infection. I couldn’t have been happier!

Worse vet clinic I've ever been to. They are extremely rude and deliberately will put you at the end of the line if the big blonde chic decides to. Unprofessional and couldn't even complete the task at hand. I think they could use some major sensitivity classes. It's not a hard job but they seem to struggle with basic common communication and courtesy even service. Don't recommend it for ppl that truly love there animals

This was a great experience!!🐾🐶 They came to the location to pick the pets that needed services then drove them in their truck to their facility and then back. Great customer service and everything was all included even the e collar and medicine. I will be using them again!!🐶♥️

This was my first time going to the Spay and Neuter Network and I'm so glad I did.I was so nervous and Michelle and all the staff made the experience less stressful. I took our 1.5 year old Basset Hound for his neuter. From beginning to end, 5 stars. The cost is relative. The after care is great! Because his surgery was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, they offered, at an additional cost, extra pain meds and antibiotics due to the long weekend. That definitely helped put me at even more ease.They sent a text to let me know his surgery went well and what time I could pick him up. The after care instructions were very detailed. Given that I was obviously a bit of a wreck dropping him off, Michelle called me, personally, after his surgery to let me know it went well. My dog mama heart appreciated that sooo much!Our boy is doing good and I will definitely be recommending!Thank you SNN for all you do and for taking good care of our boy! He wasn't happy but we are.😅

Great program that took care of my cats needs. I had 2 male cats neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and extra pain meds all for around $300. A great price for 2 surgeries. I also donated for the great cause.

I never been to a clinic on my own as a slightly young adult with social anxiety. It was my first time getting there and they were really sweet. I was able to take my first community cat there and she looked like she was really out of it once we picked her up lol.But they were kind enough to tell me what to do. Because I live around Dallas, I was able to get the procedure for free with a SR number. I’m hoping to take the rest of my community cats here to get spayed. I will be sure to donate when I have the money.If you come across here this place, I def recommend it. Especially if you live in Dallas or DFW. Just be sure to get there early and fast, when I went there were kinda a lot of people but not that bad.Thank you for what you do SNN & taking care of my Mochi! She seems to be doing just fine.

I had used them many years before for my cat and I looked them up to help with my 1 year old dachshund. I utilized their transport service where they picked up your pet from The Walmart in Rockwall, TX and took them to Crandall, TX to the clinic and returned them back to the Walmart at the end of the day. My dachshund is doing very well. No problems this far. The surgery was on 2/16/24. The only complaint I had was that due to the number of pets being spay or neutered that day the return window was somewhat later than expected but on the plus side is my pet was returned safely and everything went very well.

I took my male cat in for a neuter. While we had to wait in line, that was expected. Pick up was a little longer than expected, but Todd Wick is a big boy and he required extra time to recover. No big deal.They were kind, friendly, informative and it was a relatively easy process. Mr. Wick walked gingerly for a couple of days, a little groggy day one, but day 3, he was back to his sweet/cuddly self.I appreciated the inexpensive and professional service they provide.I was able to get his rabies shot done as well.I am taking my next male cat in next week and look forward to another successful surgery.Tip: Show up early. Make sure your cat is in a hard transport cage. Bring a pen. And if you can, fill out your paperwork before hand and have it ready.Put your last name, cat name, cat color and your contact phone number on the cage. (Use tape or tape a piece of paper to the cage)I highly recommend spay and neuter network and thank them for taking such great care of my fur baby!Side note: the negative review from “weeds” doesn’t even know the difference between their and there. Consider the source.

I brought my baby Ginger here for surgery. The staff was extremely kind and compassionate. I even called as I was super nervous, and they checked on Ginger around noon, and they informed me that Ginger was content in the kennel and that surgery hadn’t started yet (they had a lot of pet drop offs, so this is expected). Note the drop off was at 7am at their location, but they texted me earlier than 5pm to let me know Ginger was ready. Upon arrival, Gingers kennel was spotless as I had left it, and they were very informative about after care. The night of the surgery my baby Ginger used the restroom and even ate some soft food. The following day (today), Ginger has eaten, drank some water, and used the restroom as well. You wouldn’t even know that Ginger had a procedure. I am more than pleased with our visit.Thank you to Spay and Neuters staff and your company for everything. Everything was obviously done right because my baby looks healthy and happy, and the surgery area is very clean. Ginger was in great hands for sure.

I've used spay and neuter Network for years and years now. Not just for my own animals when I was out of work and couldn't afford to get them altered through a traditional vet. But for hundreds of ferals and strays that I've encountered over the years. It is so expensive to get an animal fixed especially a female that many people simply can't afford it. This organization as well as so many others, make it possible for people to do the right thing and alter their animal. The number of innocent dogs cats puppies kittens that linger and eventually die in shelters or even worse out on the streets simply because nobody wants them is staggering and gut-wrenching. Organizations such as this are the only Heroes for those that can't speak. It took months of trying to get these appointments so my only wish is that there was one of these organizations on every corner. I used the transport service for the first time, the staff driver could not have been more professional personable or informative. Using the transport was so much easier as well. If it was in my power this organization would be fully funded until the end of time.

My dog’s neuter surgery was on 3/8. Drop off and pick up were kinda rushed but the guy was friendly. He’s the only one that was there for drop off and pick up and the weather wasn’t great so he was doing his best to take care of everything. I definitely appreciate the convenience to drop off and pick up near me and the price of everything was affordable. Thank you!

I was worried my 1 year old would not do too well but he has recovered very well after the surgery after a week. And they got his surgery done early so I was able to pick him up. If you can grab appointments do it fast because they go by quickly. I waited too long so I picked the location and had to travel a hour to and from.He was only sick once and was just taken real good care of with no swelling or drainage. I would highly recommend this service if someone is looking for something they can financially afford for fixing an animal. Even microchipping was a breeze.

This place is wonderful. I've had all 3 of my dogs fixed at SNN. With no bad experience. Friendly staff. Great vet surgeon. I go here for all my pets shots and Flea pill. They do well visit check ups. Best in the DFW area lowest price in town. 🤗😸🐶🐇🐢🦎🐈🐈‍⬛🐕🐾

I’ve been here for a previous pet and didn’t have any issues but this time I was notified late in the day that they had a lot of surgeries and couldn’t get to my pet after I took the day off work to take my pet and drive an hour to their location. They wanted to keep my cat overnight but I wasn’t comfortable with this. I’m not the only one that experienced this as I overheard another person stating their appointment was supposed to be the day before. I was also told that if I got there early next day I could drop off early but there was nobody there until 5 minutes before the doors open and I arrived an hour early.

The clinical staff and the gentleman who picked up our dog did a great job!! Only complaint is that they were an hour and a half late for pickup (said 4pm actual 5:30pm). and the lady had zero clue when we called and asked her about an ETA on the phone. Still for the price and service I would highly recommend!

So we waited for weeks to get in. They allowed all the dogs to get checked in first. Even though we had an appointment and not a walk in. They didn't get our cat fixed. I had to stand in line for over an hour, they offered to let us reschedule for next month. Guys, just call a normal vet. The appointment actually ended up being more expensive than an actual vet. The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is that Google doesn't let me. So bad communication, bad coordination, over bookies, so bad punctuality. The worst experience about being a pet owner. Is when you come across money hungry people like this. I expect a full refund.

These people are clearly trying to get (not earn) your money any way they can. I had paid the $40 deposit but then needed to cancel my cat's appointment as I was able to get him in sooner at Cause for Paws. I asked for the deposit back and they refused. Of course it is in the paperwork that this is how cancelations are handled; HOWEVER, I think if this business truly lived up to their mission statement, they would refund people in cases like this. I understand if someone completely no-showed but if you call ahead they should refund you or at least bank the balance until the next time you need their services. They only charge people the deposit because they know it will be another way to bring in more money.I went to their website and they have a popup showing every time someone donates. Apparently they are getting donations left and right because I was on their website no longer than 4 minutes and at least 20 people donated anywhere from $5 to $150. That's pretty significant. Made me wonder why they need to keep people's deposits. 🤔I wrote an email to them inquiring about the same and they did not even take the time to respond. This simply illustrates that they definitely don't stand next to their mission of helping lower income folks or offering neutering/spaying services for free, as they proudly advertise on their website.Plus, they are overpriced compared to Cause for Paws, where it's only $26 to neuter your cat and there is only a $10 deposit. Much more affordable and in-line with the mission.Just know that you are overpaying and dealing with people who are trying to make an extra buck any way they can and when asked to stand by their own mission they cannot and will not.

I got my Boston Terrier neutered here and the staff and process were awesome. The date of the appointment went very smooth and my Bentley was well taken care of. The follow up post-surgery was also great! I had to bring him to a different location to get his stitches removed and they were able to take care of him right away. Would definitely recommend for affordable spay/neuter services!

I saw an ad on Facebook for $40 cat spay. They ended up charging me 60 just for the surgery. They said it was pick up and drop off in one day, under 12 hours. But they kept my cat for 2 days and had me drive 40 minutes away to pick her up. I gave them my rabies paperwork and when I picked her up I got charged for a rabies shot and they didn’t return my paperwork. She did not have fleas when they picked her up but she did when I got her back and they charged me for the flea treatment as well.

Absolutely worst clinic ever! I drove an hour and a half to take my cat to be spayed. Dropped her off at 8 and received a phone call at 3:40 saying they did not do the procedure because they were short handed. All for me to drive an hour and a half back. And they werent sympathetic...just said things happen. very poor business planning on their part.My cat already has bad anxiety and they made her sit in her kennel all day for nothing. And they prioritized dogs over cats during check in. Absolutely horrible experience.

Provided excellent service. My dog was picked up and then dropped off exactly when they said they would. My dog has recovered quickly from his surgery and is his old mischievous self again. I am very happy with the service and results.
