Well let’s see they lost me when they stopped serving gravy. Not everyone eats just ketchup. Order the chicken strips and it usually comes in a box with gravy and toast. Well I got a bag with no toast and no gravy then asked for gravy and they said they don’t have that anymore. Like what!!! Boooo! Guess I’ll be going to chicken express

AVIOD this place. My whole order was wrong. Ordered #1 no tomorrow of course there was tomatoes, orders a mini Oreo sonic blast was givin a LG cup with ice cream half way, there respond was we ran out of ice cream but yet I order a mini not a LG. 2 cheese coneys My order was cold. The manager looked like she just woke up and the cook came to the front with a floss pick in his mouth. That was gross. Throw my food away was discussed. Do waist your money like I did.

30 min wait if you go inside! Very rude! Food burnt and cold how does that happen?? Several customers came and left with food after order was taken.

my wife summer ordered off the app we waited in the drive thru for like 10mins our corn dogs where cold had to wait to get home to heat them up! Also our grapeslushes with nerds had the nerds just sitting on top! Very lazy performance by the crew overall i still can’t believe we had to wait to get home to heat up our corn dogs what kinda of sonic does this?

I usually go to sonic for the drinks through the mobile app for the half price. I started to order food and by far this is thee best location! I swear the food is made with love. It taste different than any other location we've been to. My favorite is their breakfast burrito.

My fiancé and I eat here more often than we should, and every time we go it’s a pleasant experience. Tonight, however, was exceptional. I had $25 cash on me for dinner and our total rang up as $27 and some change. Naturally, I requested to cancel part of my order, but the manager said don’t worry about it. So I paid my $25 and she called it even!

Went through the drive through this morning around 11AM. Ordered 3 breakfast burritos, one super sonic two sausage. Once I got home I noticed there was nothing but egg in the burritos. The Service was quick and the lady at the window was great no complaints there.

Sat in drive thru for over 20 min and never moved. Service is so much better after going to a stall. Hopefully staying issues will be fixed, cause I think it's lack of workers. I've always loved our sonic, but the times are effecting everyone.

I was on the way home and I decided that a hot dog sounded great. I ordered 2 All American hot dogs and large sweet tea. I live 3 miles from Sonic and I got home, pulled the 2 hot dogs out of the little bags! I am glad I didn't drop them on floor! The bread was so hard it would have put a hole in the floor! The tea was good though! The reason I am writing this review is because I tried calling and it just kept on ringing! Totally ignoring the phone!

Worst Sonic location. My large Mozzarella cheese sticks was short of one today and I realised the small strawberry lemonade is $2, 49 and not $4 plus sold to me 2 wks ago. There is an older lady that shouts from the kitchen so rude we can hear from the drive thru window. The younger folks are more professional and calmer. This branch is 4mins away from my house but would never buy there again. Somebody in there is not honest and should not be working there.

Morning Crew is awesome! 5 stars for them! Friendly and very attentive!They need a whole new night crew though. The women that work the drive thru are rude as hell. They really need a class in customer service. Speak when you're spoken to and don't roll your eyes because we say please and thank you. Some of us were taught manners.

Service was AWESOME! 🍔🍟 were Fresh & 💥! Was my 🎂 today. Didn't feel like celebrating. 😪 But Sonic more than made ⬆ for it! Kudos Sonic in Crandall. Only problem was they didn't wipe table clean! Work on that.

Decent food, but if I was ever allergic to onions or anything else I don't like on my burger id have died 10x by now. I always ask for no onions or pickles but somehow they always seem to throw at least a couple in there to surprise me. Heck just yesterday I found a jalapeno on my burger!

Witnessed a cook mop the floor then proceed to cook a burger without washing hands or wearing gloves. Needless to say, I left empty handed.

You're 50/50 here. If you visit and see a bunch of high school kids in there, just turn around or your asking for a problem. There are 2 members of management that do their best to fix any problem if you let them know what's going on though. The eating area is always clean and I've never had bad food there.

Horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes just to place my order. When The woman started taking my order she then never answered so I didn’t had to go through the drive-through.All I ordered was a sweetie and when I took a drink it tasted like nothing but lemon juice and tart.I will never recommend this Sonic to anyone.

Go to sonic in Crandall if you want your whole order messed up . I order a double bacon cheese burger with jalapeño peppers. Got charged extra for the peppers but werent on the burger and the bacon was floppy and half cooked. Ordered a route 66 ocean water. When I got to the window the lady tried to hand me a small, I told her she rolled her eyes and gave me a large still not a route 66. Not only was the drink not the right size it was so flat , like it had been sitting out for a few days flat. I ordered 3 kids cheese burgers they charged me for 3 regular cheese burger. So my kids didn't even want to eat th because of all the damn onions and tomatoes they put on them. So I pretty much just took 40 bucks and flushed it down the damn toilet. Needles to say I wont be back.

I’m not sure what has changed here at the Crandall location but it has gone down hill. I feel like it needs more workers and also people who don’t seem like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
