I can’t believe an animal clinic does not have compassion for animals.The lady at the front desk needs to be fired!!! Nowhere did I see make an appt. She turned away a very sick animal. Anyone with compassion would have asked questions, she asked none. Just we don’t take walk ins and 5:30 we can see her. 10 hours later? She didn’t make it 10 more hours

My mother recently lost her mom and almost exactly a month later lost her dog today. I just wanted to say thank you for the care that the Crandall animal hospital gave both my mom and her dog. They were amazing and I am forever thankful they were there for her when I couldn’t. They fought for her dog while being realistic and compassionate. Thank you so much!

I adopted this dog on 7/2/22 Kaufman, they told me at the Kaufman Animal shelter that this massive hematoma was from the neutering, this poor guy is miserable, poorly done surgery in my opinion.

Took my dog in to have them look at his tooth that he broke off try to escape our yard. The front desk lady super nice asked which tooth and looked at it took all the stuff to the back to the vet. When he came in to the room he immediately told me it was going to be 1200 to pull his tooth he said which included blood work. The entire time he hasnt even looked at my dog. I had to ask him if he would like to see the tooth. How do you diagnose without even touching or looking at my pet. My mind was blown. I will never go back. Also 1200.00 to pull one tooth. No thank you. I have never felt so ripped off.

We have been seeing Dr. Tunnel for 4 years now (my husbands family has been seeing him for 8+ years) and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! They always get us in quickly and their prices are definitely affordable. Our dogs love when we go in.

Very friendly and took care of our fur baby. We just moved to Crandall. They sent us a welcome card and magnet which had their number and emergency number. I know we're going to love Dr. Tunnel.

I really dont understand how this clinic has so many good reviews. Took my cat in for a check up and they didn't even take his temperature or feel for his lympf nodes or feel around his body for a proper check up. I will be finding a new vet that really looks over my animal...Yes the vet and its staff are nice, but nice doesn't matter when they are not doing their job.

If your dog doesn't love going to the vet, get a different vet. Dr Tunnel and Becky are the tops. My dogs love them, they give excellent care, they don't try and con you into extra things you don't need, AND they're consistently less expensive than other vets. I've been taking my furkids here for over 20 years. I'm a client for life.

He's a really good vet! He listens to my concerns over my boy and we talk through them and he'll explain everything to you. So glad I found him! Most vets try to push things on you these days...but not doc tunnell. Which I appreciate a lot! 5 stars from me
