The Workers are sneaking at this location when paying cash and stripes HQ doesn’t see that ….I ordered 2 tacos and a fountain drink the lady at the cash register tells me cash or card I told her cash she tells me $8.50 I give her a $10 I thought to myself damn that’s a straight $1.501 dollar and 2 quarters I’ll get back. when I got to Laredo TX to see my receipt she only charged me for the tacos. I remember her tell the guy in front of me the same thing… she told him $16.50 for the tacos and 2 fountain drinks, she gave him $3.50 back bc I heard her say here’s 3.50 in change…She charged him for the for the two large fountain drinks but ended up putting the fountain drink change on the side of the register… I saw but didn’t think anything of it…When I looked at my receipt she only charged me the tacos I should’ve gotten back $3 and change not 1.50Three times this week she charged me 8.50 and probably kept kept my extra $1.50 adding up to $4.50 of stripes’s own moneyThey’re steeling money for their own pockets from their own work place.

This place used to be really nice to drive in fuel up and grab tacos or any items at deli.. Always better diesel fuel prices than across street ,50 cents cheaper. . But They don't have enough personal in diesel fuel island... Only one person in front which he doesn't take care of diesel fuel ⛽... At All . Sad this place is been unattended...

Not the best stripes for food it has a way smaller selection compaired to other stripes / Laredo tacos ive been too. Truck parking is bigger than flying Js but no showers or anykind of truck stop stuff! Besides basic oil, coolant, wiper fluid etc...2/8/18Some of the stuff like glad gloves, jb weld etc... Is cheaper here that the flying j, if you got AMbest card you get points too stuff like cb dash cams about the same price if you got time and willing to walk into both might save a few dollars comparing prices. 3$ difference on two packs of glad hand seals.The restrooms and floors....and fountain drink area needs to be cleaned wiped more frequently.

I really like this place but its like either im the one with the luck to never get a clean restroom, or they just slack to clean them. Im a trucker and I always try to keep the restrooms clean. But come on, close them for 5 min and just clean them quickly.

I don't know if it's bad management or just laziness but, this place needs attention. There are papers thrown all on the floor on the restrooms, all coffee pots were empty and only 1 cashier attending! Its definitely not worth the time you waste in your travel!

The young woman behind the counter is crazy rude, she was to busy texting to check anyone out. When I said excuse me, she yelled ''You have been rushing me since you came in.'' Never spoke to her at all. She told me not to ever come back in the store. I would not ever go back just because it's nasty and nasty people work there.

Poor service in the morning. I spent 35 minutes getting 2 tacos. They have scheduling issues in the morning. This is the heart of the oilfield on I35. Need to have better service during the week

That’s a great Taco Plate, I’ll definitely be back! I honestly parked here expecting to go to McD’s for lunch, but I’m really glad I went inside first.

When you pay for diesel at the cashier they tell you they don’t accept debit. However, if you purchase items they accept debit it’s all a ploy to charge you for the credit price of diesel which is $.20 higher when you’re spending $700 to $800 worth of diesel it makes a big difference

I used to like this place. Not sure why it changed but last visit was one of the worse store experience I've ever had. I couldn't get a cashier's attention and when I did it was with a nasty attitude. I had to ask for a coffee cup then they said there were no lids. Truck stop and coffee should not have to be explained!

OK the restrooms are decent not necessarily clean. The showers though NOT clean. DO NOT BAREFOOT in those rooms. Seriously not even for a second. No hot water and lacking pressure. You have to get there when they cook to get in line. Or no food. The is happens breakfast,lunch and dinner. The food in the hot cabinet is total junk.

A one star rate is too much for this place.It is the most disgusting place that serves food. I'm surprised that the TX Health Department doesn't shut this place down. After waiting to place a food order, a lady comes from the coffee station, almost dragging herself to the food area and had the audacity to tell me to hold on because she has the flu. I told her that that was not something to say when she's serving food. Her and one of the cashiers went on to make fun of the situation. Certainly won't be back to that place. I like the food from Taco Factory but this place in Cotulla Texas gives the name a bad reputation. What a shame.

If you need to get food or go to the bathroom go somewhere else. I waited in line for a while. There was 15 people waiting in line and only one lady taking orders for tacos. After I placed my order I went to bathroom and it was very messy. Only one toilet worked and there was a line for that also. I then went to pay for items and guess what, same 15 people ordering food are now in line waiting to pay because there is only one cashier. Cashiers here are slow and don't hurry up when there is a rush This is at 4am. If they know there is a rush coming through then why not prep for it.

I love Laredo taco co. But this place sells tacos and they don’t have the fresh salsa bar up. That’s like hot dogs without any condiments!! And people keep buying. Stand up people! Tell these stupid disrespectful employees that you want the salsa or you won’t order the tacos.

Sad how In these times. You can't take in your cups for refills. But they sell you drinks at full price. And say well their is nothing we can do. What a way to make money and treat us drivers who are moving your product around the USA. Thank you stripes you are the best.

The couple of times I've stopped I was greeted as I walked in. The restrooms are decent and so is the rest of the store. Stopped to get some breakfast from the deli but those staff members were not so friendly, kinda rude or just not attentive to customers, and very slow line.

This place is dirty. The restrooms always look like hell and are ALWAYS out of toilet paper. The food is okay when they have it, but they are usually out and refuse to make anything. The Laredo taco company shuts down at 8pm but they could have run out of food by 5pm and leave out 5 trays of dried up sausage and beans for the rest of the evening. The Fresca machines go down all the time and the soda machines don't looks like they get cleaned very often. Despite its short comings it is still a very high traffic store.

Great tacos but brace yourself for the line. Oilfield hours this place is a traffic jam 5am-8am. If you time it right on the way to work tho expect some of the best made to order tacos in town tho!

You can't go wrong making the last stop before heading out to the field at this Stripes, the breakfast tacos are often consistent, plenty of snacks and drinks options. Drop off the one star for the usual dirty restrooms otherwise easy fuel, grab a breakfast taco and go!

Finally, a Stripes where the food was decent and the guy serving it was efficient. And the huge surprise? He not only knew what he was ding he actually spoke english! The problem I did have was the the girl cashier spoke very little english. So, I had a time asking for limes. And the prep cook was an older lady who spoke and understood even less English than the cashier!

Not a very good store. Customer service was bad, and only half of the fuel pumps work. Store looks dirty inside and out. Food does not look appealing, and restroom was out of sercive. Should be a 0 star rating. Management needs improvement there.

When you order your food, and the lady looks at you funny, walks off and gets the other lady, because she speaks English. You are eating Mexican food at the right place!!Nice place, friendly staff. I’ll stop again!!

Kitchen sucks u want to know... coffee taste nasty like the coffees burn , always one long line to order, and one cashier with 3 or 4 registers same as Walmart only use one ..... 4 employee just wondering plenty of employee so they can speed up the process and push customer line faster ,that would help cook lady looks like she had a bad nite
