Great experience. Food was fast, everything was correct and the woman at the drive thru (the name Julia was on the receipt) was super nice. Her smiling face and great customer service isn't something you experience often. We enjoyed our quick visit.

Wouldn’t bother everytime I’ve been food is trash. They let the meat sit in heating trays for hours. Everything is sloppy on burger. They don’t mix drinks right either. Fries as well taste stale from sitting around for hours.

There was this tall dude with tattoos that really made my experience at this sonic very unpleasant. He was extremely rude and gave me trouble just because I pulled up back at the window asked for more sauce because they put one sauce in the bag.

I figured since my order took so long that it would of been fresh. Well that is a joke. My fries were cold, didnt get country gravy with chicken strip meal. I hope that place can get some training since now it's less one customer.

Friendly service, though slow. The reason for the lower rating: ordered 2 burgers with no onions. They asked if I wanted cheese. I said No Thanks You.When I got to my hotel room I had 2 burgers wrapped so tightly they were badly scrunched, both with cheese and one with extra onions.How about some attention to detail, people.

I stay in the Fairfield down the road a couple of days out of the week for work and this sonic is my go to when I get those late night munchies. The staff is always really friendly, quick, and efficient and provide excellent customer service

Normally a good experience here, but this was my first bad experience with ordering. The first stall I entered had a blank/inop screen. The next stall apparently had a malfunctioning Order button; the screen said the call button had been pressed, but the order-taker never called the stall so I went to the Drive-Thru. The manager said they knew about the malfunctioning stalls but didn't want to put signs they were out-of-service in case a "secret shopper" were to make a visit. Very frustrating for many current customers to have to endure inop equipment and a terrible ordering experience. The food was good, though.

Horrible customer service by a man who worked at the window who clearly shouldn’t be.. we just left drive thru and quickly returned for condiments that were not given the first time only to be approached rudely. Come on Cotulla do better!!

This is such a very terrible place. I was a recent employer here at Sonic Drive In in Cotulla. Their crew is very rude and disrespectful towards the customers. They rarely wash their hands when they cook the food. No hairnet and gloves. They even have a carhop who has a disease that is contagious and they have him/her handeling the food. I feel bad for the customers she/he attends. Such a terrible place and that’s because someone said I was rude they are really worse....

Usually service is very good, but they have given me the wrong order the padt couple of times. They do fix it which is why the 4 starts, but would have been 5 if they would get the order right the first time.

Im not a lover of fast food but I like Sonic. 1st reason, because they have HOT DOGS! Secondly, they have damn good milkshakes. Both things take me back to the late 1950's early 60's when things were a little different. Anyone remember the waitress used to roller skate out to your car and hang the tray on your window? Well I do and maybe if we took time to slow down a bit and enjoy our time with each other maybe we would all be better off. We would be able to enjoy sitting in our family car as we visit and wait for a good meal instead of sitting in another damn long line of cars in another drive-thru sweating our you know whats off in 100 degree plus weather just to scream our order into a microphone to an unknown person who could care less whether we were there or not! Thank You for letting me get on my Soap Box!

Took about 20 minutes to receive my food despite being 1 of 2 vehicles there. Ordered an super sonic double cheeseburger but was given a single and on top of that the fries were not fresh.
