I loved staying at this hotel, I just recently stayed and the manager is very nice and the front desk too! The front desk helped me when my tv was down and he fixed it. The rooms are very clean and nice I felt at home! I stayed for a week and everyday I got good service, I would come back to my room with my bed made, fresh towels, and the room smelling good! I would definitely stay again. STAY HERE!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

I’ve worked in this Cotulla quite a bit, and this is the best place to stay hands down! The management is super accommodating, and quick to fix any issues we may have had. The rooms are always clean and beds are super comfortable!Rooms: Super clean, and smells great, a/c always blows cold.Safety: The hotel is super quite and well maintained. No unwanted people walking around

Stayed a few weeks here recently! The owner and staff are very professional and friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to assist their guests. Rooms are clean with a full size refrigerator, microwave and a two burner electric stove. It isa quiet and peaceful place to stay while out of town.

definitely recommend this place to stay. great location for me with work. close to good restaurants or grocery store. owned by hard working nice family with good employees. the rooms are updated/remodeled inside and some have kitchenettes with stoves and large fridge. love the laundry service but also has new washer/dryer downstairs!

It was decent. Upon first glance it looks clean. Bed is nice. Then I took a shower and noticed lots of hair on the walls. A piece of something on the boxspring... you'd think if they changed the sheets regularly that wouldn't be there. They obviously don't clean the headboard from stay to stay... other than these it was a decent room at a reasonable price.Oh and don't smoke in the rooms! He made sure to tell me like 5 times in a row 🙄

The room was acceptable, clean and the air conditioning works well.They do not have breakfast, even though it is advertised. I chose this hotel because it had breakfast advertised, and I told the manager that.I also asked for a few dollars back because I needed to spend more than I had planned for to buy breakfast outside of the hotel. The manager was very irritated that I asked. Told me he wouldn't refund, but then said "he would call someone" then call me back. He also said I was the first person to ever mention no breakfast, which is difficult to believe. He never called back, and I waited 2 weeks before following up.He did finally give me $25 back anger a few phone calls, but it cost me $35 to buy breakfast for two mornings (myself and my son). He also kept cutting me off when we were on the phone.I'm not confident he is an honest manager, the hospitality business is not a good fit for this manager.

The manager was awful. Our key didn’t work properly. They had to come and change the batteries on the door. And even that didn’t allow us to get into our room with our own key we had to get them to keep letting us in. The hotel room phone did not work either. We killed two cockroaches in our room. There are plenty of hotels in this town do not stay here. The only positive thing about this property was their employee who checked on us daily to see if we needed towels he was outstanding. Other than that the hotel owner/manager was awful.

Friendly and helpful staff, I could find someone at any time around the hotel if I had questions without having to go to the front desk.You can see the freeway from the front door but the room was quiet and I was never bothered by the noise.The room and bathroom were both super clean. You could tell it had been recently built or remodeled.The Wi-Fi had a great, strong signal. The television was very large and had a good selection of available cable channels. It was a smart TV with the option to log in to Prime or Netflix, too.The shower pressure was strong but not needle-like.The bed was very comfortable and very clean, with soft sheets. It had squishy pillows but there were enough of them to be comfortable.The only thing I didn't like was the tap water was too soft to drink. It was great to shower in but it left a slick feel on your hands after washing.The A/C worked great, it was 95 to 100 degrees every day of our stay but you could not tell in the room.There is not much going on in the Cotulla area, there are a few good places to eat. The staff was a good resource for finding restaurants or directions. They are next to Taco Palenque which has delicious food and is open 24 hours, I ate there A LOT. There are also lots of fast food options, and a few great restaurants.If you go to Cotulla, I would highly recommend this hotel. It's very affordable and comfortable. If you're staying long-term they offer rooms with kitchenettes.

Outside is okay but my room was very nice modern updated decor , comfortable bed and bedding. Xtra blanket in closet, full size fridge in mini kitchen... 2 burner, sink , microwave, coffee pot, no oven..full bath tub with rain shower head. Clean inside and outside. Front and back parking. Pet friendly.

The lock didn't work and the door could be opened without a card if I was gone, so I asked for another room and got the look as if I was crazy. I got another and it smelled funny but I was too tired to get another one.Breakfast was pretty sad, the coffee machine was broken, the milk was spoiled and there were lots of flies. But it was cheap and the only one with rooms available.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Scottish Inns & Suites. I am from a town about an hour away and wanted a short stay away from home and during my search for a nearby affordable deal, I came across a great deal I just could not pass. The prices werw great and the rooms really impressed me for the value. I felt very at ease here, the rooms were clean and my entire stay was nice. Definately was one of the greates lt was one of the best deals by far, amongst all my other budget friendly stays away from home. The staff was helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable.
