Not so bad tho, still like any other location if you using the showers and there is still bits of hair in the shower area and you don't like, welp get used to cleaning it. But new Love's is pretty good, There maybe like one or two washers and dryers down if you need your clothes cleaned. Other than that, its pretty solid. Also have a medium sized parking area for trucks and I think about 10 or 12 bobtail spots.

If we could give them 0 stars we would. This is the first love we have ever been to that shut down all the showers at night. We understand them keeping 1 or 2 open at night when being short staffed but shutting down all the showers really. As Truck Drivers we have to catch a shower when we can, so to come to a loves Saturday night and not be able to take a shower was one thing but to wake up 4am and be told by the worker on duty (Annette Elizondo) that the showers won't be open till 7am that's crazy. You have two workers that where from Arby's one of them workers came to cover her while she went to the bathroom that same worker could have covered her while she cleaned the showers in between customers We've seen it done at all the loves. Seems to me somebody didn't want to work. And the drivers that are reserving showers online have know idea that they have to wait till 7am to shower or like Annette said wait till the manager get here at 6 or 7

Great pit stop when traveling! Gas station with hot and cold food options. There's other amenities including 2 dog park/rest areas that are secure and well maintained.

If you are planning to stop at this location on I35 exit 65, this is what you’re expecting to find. NO HOT WATER, NO WATER PRESSURE, ALMOST NO PRESSURE AT ALL. NO TRASH CAN IN THE RESTROOMS. If you happen to do your laundry, your clothe will wash with no water, because they said the city took the water out. If you ever talk to the service managers they will say; there’s nothing we can do or call, because they don’t even know who is fixing the water issue. If you want a true customer advice. Don’t plan to spend a few hours at this location.

Showers- The worst. This facility is BRAND NEW and for some reason they’ve managed to have the LOWEST water pressure of any LOVE’s in the State of Texas. This should be corrected immediately. Shower TOILETS- Abysmal. The cleaning staff/cashiers can’t seem to clean the PUBIC HAIRS off of or under the toilet seats. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE. If I pay $17.00 for an advertised “CLEAN, HOT SHOWER” That’s what I expect to get. Not pubic hairs from the last driver on the toilet seat or water pressure so low that it takes me literally 20-25 minutes to do what it should take me 8-9 minutes. Get your stores together LOVE’s. Pilot/ Flying J is only a half blink away and you can’t afford to lose business on account of laziness of staff.

People were friendly. I stopped to shower, their water pressure is iffy and doesnt get as hot as I would like. But it's a free shower and they are clean so.Gave 3 stars just because the showers do need adjusting.Would I stop here again?YesWould I shower here again?Yes, if I really need one like I did.Would I pay cash for a shower here?No, not until the pressure is stable and the temperature stabilizes.A free shower is a free shower so im not really complaining. I'm clean and I'm happy, thank you!

8.25.23Do not get a shower here. There is no water pressure whatsoever. Even if you take the shower head off it still isn't going to make it any better. If they're having a hard time with water pressure and showers, then Arby's is having a hard time keeping their dishes clean to fix food.. and we all know what complacency is, when it comes to cutting corners on the job. Just imagine the dishes not getting clean enough to be cooked with and you getting food poisoning. I do not recommend this place for a shower or to eat at until they get the water pressure fixed.Update9.27.23They fix the water pressure. I do recommend this place now

Nice clean new store few months ago you can tell it’s getting used and filthy up outside slick fuel islands but inside store is still intact nice showers and laundry facilities

Will confirm that as of October 3rd, the water pressure situation has been corrected. Five stars because it got fixed and there are no problems with the showers anymore.

Showers seem to only work during the day when most people are out driving. The staff is ok, not the friendliest, don’t greet you or smile or anything like most locations. If you have the drive time, I would stop in Encimal, Laredo or Natalia/Devine. I will not visit this location again.
