I've stayed in MANY hotels....this was BY FAR the most accommodating and comfortable place I've stayed anywhere around the area. The cleanliness was spot on, and I ALWAYS saw an employee cleaning. The rooms were really comfortable. The bed was great, fridge and microwave worked perfectly and we're clean. There were amenities in the room such as a coffee pot, too. The coffee was amazing by the way. Usually I am unimpressed by hotel coffee. Breakfast was great and started early, ended later. There were hot options as well as a selection of waffle batter. Pastries, cereal, breads, juices, fresh fruit available throughout the lobby as well. When it comes to staff, this is one of the rare occasions I can say I was completely taken care of. You guys did an amazing job, and I will look forward to staying with you again!!!!*This was also the weekend of the town Cook-off, so it was really busy, which is an even greater indication of the service I received.Rooms: I had a double and it was spacious. The TV in the room was larger, and the bathroom was also spacious.The bathroom products were natural and they were amazing. Best hotel toiletries I have ever used.

This will be lengthy. First of all, at check in, the guy was very rude from the moment he saw our prepaid booking through hotel engine, although he could see we are hilton loyalty members. (Husbands job pays for his rooms).Then he refused to give us the room we paid for. We booked a king bed with a sofa bed. Instead, he put us in the room next to the front. Handicap room with 2 beds, no sofa. Our toilet ran all night. The next morning, I went to get coffee at 6:15. Only decaf coffee, and no breakfast. Still no breakfast at 8. At 9am, housekeeping entered my room with the do not disturb sign on my door!! I was not dressed. We will not be back here. There is a Holiday Inn and a Fairfield here that will be better choices. Huge disappointment.

The rooms were ok, under remodel. However, for breakfast in the morning, it was seriously lacking compared to other Hampton inn hotels in TX. Only one waffle machine, only gross and unhealthy white bread, there was some cereal, but absolutely zero milk! We were told they ran out of milk the day before! How do you not have any milk? Totally unacceptable. We were traveling with our triplet 5 year old children. Most children drink milk or put it in their cereal. If I was the manager, I would have ran to Dollar General and bought milk with my own money for the hotel. Thankfully we will never be in this area again so I won't have to bring my own milk.

One star is too much, and it's a Worse stay! They went through my bags I left in the room I was assigned to. They stole a phone, a tablet and some clothes and other belongings! Made the report with the front desk and tried to talk to the manager, calling, txt, but it seemed like she was hiding and never answered or replied to anything nor bothered to show up or anything. I tried to be patient and waited to hear back, but after several days, I just called the sheriff's office and made the report. Think twice before you stay there, and if you have no choice, I wouldn't leave anything of value. Very untrustworthy!!Safety: NOT safe at all as they went through my belongings and stole several things !!!

The service as soon as we got inside for our 2 night stay was excellent. We were greeted right away and given lots of useful information. There were even cookies set out! Check out was fast and friendly too.Both breakfast and dinner were great and well seasoned. Lots of credit to Alma and Anna for their skills in keeping the area stocked with food and clean. Also, there is a taco place right across the street, and their food was good too, if you enjoy Mexican.We did have an issue with the positioning of the mirror in the room. If the bathroom light is on but the rest of the room is dark (say you need to run in during the night), the light will shine right into the eyes of anyone in bed, blindingly so.Also, the free wi-fi was very slow. We never tested the members-only premium wi-fi.

Absolutely the grossest Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. Dead bugs everywhere. I showered with my shoes on because the shower was yellow and had so many stains. Grout coming out of the floors, towels with hairs in them. The A/C never got below 75degrees, max. Whatever you do, do not stay here. Stay anywhere else. As a diamond member, I can stay with certainty, there are way better options a town or two over.

The pubic spaces of the hotel were dirty and unkempt, the hot breakfast was not hot...only eggs were served that had been sitting awhile and the coffee in all 3 urns was cold. We had breakfast around 9:30.The rooms, like all Hampton Inns were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but were not.

Perfectly nestled off I-35 and close to fast-food and gas. There is a grocery store due north of the hotel. Guest rooms are comfortable and quiet, breakfast is consistent for Hampton by Hilton hotels. “Happy Hour” Tues and Weds that includes different dishes and draft beer. The staff is outstanding with getting anything you could need taken care of. Always my go-to hotel for working in the area.

Room was nice. Water pressure is good and water is hot. Beds are comfortable, but very firm. Breakfast was... Not good. Eggs were spongy and cold, sausage tasted like, maybe dog treats... I don't know. Elevator made a screach and clank as you approach the first floor.

Great Hotel. They not only serve the usual comp breakfast but Mon-Th they have a comp dinner as well. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was great.
