Horrible auto service all around. Made an appointment and then they complained that I bought car 2 hours early. I said I’m leaving car here so do it when ready. Then I had to call 3 hours past my appointment to find out they never checked me in so forgot to do my oil change. Waited another hour and then they said couldn’t do ac recharge cause didn’t know how much Freon to put in. Just horrible service and horrible attitudes. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your car serviced. None of the employees are happy to work there at all.

The greeters are nice people. Always willing to have a conversation. I'm familiar with the layout of the place, so shopping here is easy and quick.If you have any issues finding something, associates are more than willing to lead you in the right direction. Also, Wal-Mart has an app that can assist you in finding products if you're a shy person or prefer to keep to yourself. Each aisle has a sign showing exactly where you can find general items.

Overall I have had great experiences with this store, from inside shopping, to auto department, to store pick up. The auto department has very courteous and quick; I have had oil changes and tire changes here. Inside shopping has started offering samples during the day, and has great inventory comparedto a lot of locations. My son has loved being being able to try new things. The pick up has only a few mishaps but overall has worked out well when I know I won't have time or motivation to shop inside.

The variety of products available was impressive.I loved that the supermarket offered healthy and organic options. It was great to be able to do all of my shopping in one place, without having to go to multiple stores.

Terrible they honor prices marked. Telling you the can adjust one item but not the rest of the same items. Rude cashier/checker/manager. She was not a help in anyway.

An average Walmart department and grocery store. Ample selection, decent cleanliness. Plenty of room and aisle space for carts. Decently staffed and stocked. Arrangement of items and aisles are strange and erratic like most Walmarts seem to like to keep it for increased yet inconvenient sales. Door greeter was a little too personal and off putting for my taste. Parking was ample with many handicapped spaces, though the parking lot itself is restricted at the entrance from the main road. Will return for convenience when I shop in the area

Always love my local Walmart. I did get a little frustrated yesterday when I went in and went to the clearance aisle they have a bunch of realtree clothes on clearance and a shirt in particular that I liked was regularly priced at $14.95 and they had a clearance sticker for $15.95 of course I was confused because everything else was like $8 how can the clearance price be more than the original when I asked an employee if they could get the correct pricing for me so that I could purchase the shirt because I really liked it they informed me that they could not sell it to me because the incorrect pricing so that was a little upsetting

Grocery baskets were soaking wet and the three I tried did not roll. Then two employees at the service desk had multiple piercings (at least three each) in their noses, multiple piercings in their ears and eyebrows. Is there no dress code to bring a more professional “look”??I just don’t “get” it.Oh, and one of those employees was reporting that a customer had passed out and needed orange juice. She didn’t seem anxious or upset at all. Good grief!!! Train your employees!!I left. I will not be shopping there.

My wife and child were accosted and treated like a criminal before the transaction was even completed. They took her purse and searched through it and used her keys to locate her car while my wife was calming the our son down. The new GM is unprofessional and completely devoid of compassion. Self checkout employee pulling items from my toddler’s hands making him scream. We will never return and corporate Walmart is engaged with investigating. We are not the only ones TODAY that had this issue and we will never return.

For the first time in a long time I waited in the cashier line. She very friendly and professional, obviously she was a new employee. Other than that I wanted to be anywhere but there and that was the same attitude as rest of the employee's I encountered that day.

They have their cosmetics locked in a case. Ridiculous. Had customer service paged three times to come open them. No one showed up.Every employee we encountered had earbuds in, listening to music. If we asked a them a question they'd ignore us.We pulled a basketball from the $5.00 bin for our disabled daughter, it rang up as $14.97. When i asked for them to check the price, they refused as our daughter cried. They didn't care.This place is a freaking joke. I will NEVER return to your store where lazy punks can't or refuse to do their job.Whomever the manager is, you are a HORRIBLE manager.Sam Walton is turning in his grave. Shame on you Walmart. I shouldn't have wasted my or my $337.00 at your poorly ran store. Lesson learned.I give your store a grade F.

this is for the at home delivery people:. My experience with the store was horrible delivery driver was lost. When he arrived he delivered my goods and my bread was opened mashed and like a couple of slices was missing out of it. I’m not gonna eat it ..contact the store talk to the store manager, Robert and stated we can do a refund but we do not do a redelivery. You’ll have to order it again and pay nine dollars. Only reason why I got Robert is because his associate which he stated make minimum wage and don’t need to put up with this customer service…. If you looking for customer From this store forget about it …get what you need and get out because they don’t have any kind of customer service etiquette, good luck those of you ordering from this store . oh, and the store manager Robert excuses they use a third-party vendor to deliver the goods from Walmart just think about that third-party vendor.

I visited this store on New Years Eve at 9pm and let me tell you child .. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS KIND, HELPFUL AND DEDICATED to their jobs I wished I lived in this town. Lol Great job Management!

Great prices! But horrible customer service, employees are always on their phone and aren’t much help. Will leave you in an isle for an hour waiting for someone to open the locked cabinet to get an item. Very poor service.

I Always come here & I've never had an issue until yesterday night,I walked in at 10:52 & the lady at the door tells me “we are closed sir” & which i know is a lie bc This location closes at 11:00 PM & is complaining to me bc i walked in, And was telling me to “hurry” mind you I was speed walking already trying to do everything Quick because i hate coming in businesses last minute.. all i needed to grab was gallon of water which wouldn’t take me more then 2 minutes & i was paying card. & still asked for a receipt lmaoo

Worst experience ever!So I'm trying to walk out of the store with 4 items, 3 of which won't go in bags , when I'm leaving the short black lady at the exit is trying to find a sticker for the ladies kid in front of me, which I have to add did not get asked for her receipt, so then I'm trying to leave and go past , well I'm told I can't leave without showing my receipt, all I had was big bag of cat food and big thing of 40 cans of cat food and a 4 ft long box of Christmas cards, I look and look for the receipt, can't find it, then I'm told I can't leave the store without the receipt, what a freaking joke, I told the lady get the manager, she refuses and says she can't leave her post, i walk over to the kid surpervising the self check, ask him to call a manger, says sorry man I don't have a phone, so all this time I can't leave with my freaking cat food, what a dam joke, I hate walmart, if she was my employee she would be fired immediately!

Just because I know they don't treat their employees well, or pay them well, or give them adequate vacation time, I could never give them 5 stars. But I will say the people working at this one are quite helpful. This place has a gorgeous brunette working there too. But I've always had a thing for tall women.

Stopped in to get Twinkies for my dad. The store lay out was okay. Everything was stocked today and the store was clean. Used the automated check put and it was simple. Would recommend.

Still the same crummy service. Prices ring up different than what is on the shelf. Still treat disabled people as if they are unwelcomed. So review is still the same. Don't worry it isn't charging.😭😭 Aisles are wider now. Things still not ringing up correctly. No one is ever available to help with anything.

Went there to spend money and RV sleep overnight in the parking lot. Parking lot security said no overnight parking, first time in Texas I've come across this. Wondered if there was any other place to spend money, ...., oh yes, Aldi, HEB. Adios Walmart. Skip this place!
