If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The manager here is amazing! My mom accidentally left her chicken that she bought at the register and only realized it a day later. She went back in (she didn't have a receipt), and the manager got her the chicken she left and even offerred to write a note to my stepdad blaming herself for the mixup even though it was my mom's fault.This kind of customer service doesn't exist anymore. Amazing!!!

Phoned in prescriptions day before. Pharmacy said they would be ready that evening. I said I'd pick them up after my haircut at Noon. 2:20 PM they are still not ready & the sticky lady with glasses is rude!

Great produce section. If you like to cook from scratch or need to find an uncommon spice you can probably find it here. Pretty good meat selection too.

I think their prices are a little bit higher than HEB but i just come here for the flower tortillas that are so good but the price was $1.99 for just 10 flower tortillas and now is $2.99 for the same 10 tortillas 😨😰😯

This store is great! They have literally the best homemade tortillas that I will drive out of my way to get!! The staff has always been very kind. And it's a good place to stop if you just want to grab a few things.The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is that they don't carry everything I need.

As you can see, my family and I have been shopping here for over two years. There is reasoning behind that. Friendly and helpful staff (always), clean and well stocked store at all times. Plenty of parking. Great deals every week. Wide aisles so you're not struggling to get by someone. The last two times we went there, there was a few lines to wait at and someone checked us out at another register to avoid the wait. This is what great customer service should be like when you shop and you should be able to find everything you need. Hats off to you guys! Keep up the effort, it does not go unnoticed.

50/50. I'm not sure how I feel about the place. I don't shop here that muchBecause it's owned by brookshire's and they are high dollar. This is supposed to be a low budget store but they still got high prices

Produce is fresh. Wish there were organic options. The checker was unsanitary/unhygienic licking her fingers to open the plastic grocery bags then touching your groceries. Plus very unfriendly. Please provide your checkers with something to assist them with opening bags.

I left a 5 star review a month or so ago, but I wanted to share my ONE star experience today. I went to check out and there was ONE cashier. Before I say anything, I want to say, give that girl a raise. Your management left her high and dry and ALONE. She was shaky and so worried a customer was going to be mad at HER, but let me tell you we were not!!! We felt bad for the poor girl. The line went all the way across the store. When the cashier called for help 4 times, absolutely no one came. Management should be ashamed!!! It was really sad to see at my favorite store. Please look into the issue, before you have no cashier's at your store!!! Next time I'll put my cart back and shop somewhere the cashier isn't left to wait on 15 plus customers all alone. Only gave it more than one star because of the cashier that wasn't hiding in the back.

I really like this store. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Better yet, the bakery has the BEST fresh tortillas. I also like shopping the sales, there is always something great on sale and I will make a special trip just to shop at Super 1.

Would actually give them 4.5 stars if possible & 5 stars if it was a bigger & updated store. Straight up the no. one thing is that the employees are very nice & courteous & very engaging. We wish that we could buy all of our groceries here, but unfortunately they just don't carry everything we want. Love to shop here tho!

Great place! The back is always kept nice and neat. I use to delivery beer to a lot of different places and this one was always one of the most cleanest places I've delivered to. Would definitely recommend this place not only for the cleanliness, but for the friendly service and very nice people. I would give them a 10 out 10 for doing a great job!

This is a very clean place. The parking lot was clean and tidy. the store itself reflected the appearance of the parking lot. the asles are wide and the products are well place and easily identifiable. . The workers appeared happy and very friendly. i happened to overhear the manager dealing with a register issue, not only did he fix the problem immediately, but then he took the time to explain to his cashiers step by step how to correct the problem in the future. He did this in a quick and concise manner. It was immediately obvious to me why the parking lot and store were immaculate. This is a very good manager who keeps his employees happy and well trained, and in return we the customers benefit. I had a good experience, so i will be a return customer.I will change my rating to 5 stars once I visit again and determine my experience was not a fluke.

I love this store. They have great sales!!! But I will never go through the Pharmacy Window again. Unfortunately I was really sick and went through the window for over the counter medicine. I got the window slammed in my face and the lady rolled her eyes and sighed whe I didn't have a prescription to pick up. I drove off and called the manager. I just didn't want to spread to many germs. But I wasn't going to allow anyone to mistreat me either.

Has been one of my favorite stores. Great special, friendly staff. Been awhile since last visit. Really found it surprising that they don't sanitize the carts or provide disinfecting material to use. People just grabbing another cart that someone just left. Won't be back. Sorry.

I quit shopping at Walmart over 7 months ago, so I decided to give Super 1 a try. The employees have always been friendly, and the store has always been organized and clean. My shopping experience has been great, until the other day. As I was being checked out I couldn't help but hear the ongoing conversation at the check out next to me. The conversation was about masks, and about people who don't wear them. I was quit disappointed in how the clerk's chimmed in and agreed with what was being discussed. The cashier who was checking me out wasn't in on that discussion, so I applaud her for keeping her mouth shut, however the other cashiers had all sorts of comments to say regarding those who don't wear masks. I shouldn't have to remind anyone that there are those with underlying health issues that absolutely cannot wear a mask! For someone to make the comment that non mask wearers should stay home, and for the employees to agree with that rude comment is unacceptable, and uncalled for!! I was very disappointed in what I heard, and I almost approached the employees as I was leaving wanting to tell them how inappropriate their actions were, but... I never said a word and walked out thinking that I'll never be back!! I understand it's up to each individual business whether they enforce wearing a mask or not, and it's also up to us who patronize those businesses as to whether they continue shopping there. Management, please remind your employees that their opinions need to be kept to themselves while they're working!

last time in the store was at the pharmacy to pick up refills for my husband post surgery, told them I wanted to use goodrx as it was too soon for insurance to cover..was told I couldn't use it because it would drop the price to lower than what they paid....won't go back there. love the grocery part, so I may shop there eventually.....

Very nice, clean, and friendly staff. I can usually find anything I need for a quick grab here, including a decent selection of low cost wines, mixers, and beer. Decently priced comparable to other grocery stores in the area.

I am an Instacart shopper so I shop here on occasion and for the most part there's nothing exciting or bad about this place. However, something yesterday has prompted me to need to praise two individuals. Brooklyn was the cashier for my order that included nearly 300 items and cost over $1000. She was patient and thorough as well as kind and funny. Her manager Evan had to get involved due to the large amount of money. He was unsure how to deal with such a massive order because their normal protocol required some extra verification because I was using the Instacart credit card. This process took a bit, but he was very professional. Then he helped us take everything to the car and even helped us load it. I am very impressed with the professionalism and patience both employees displayed.

This is one of my number one favorite grocery shopping stores of ALL hands down!!! I left the Nash TX area where I used to shop at Super 1 regularly. I was so very happy to know that there is one in this area.

Excellent sales prices and variety for the meat department. The fact they help the community with free or discounted antibiotics is way above extraordinary. Employees are helpful and kind.

I love this. Never know what you will find when you go in. Store in clean and everyone is very nice. Only problem I have is that whenever I go in, there are never any oranges. There weren't any today. Correct this please and I will give you 5 stars.
