This was my first time bringing any of our pets here...I called right before closing, told them what was going on, and they were able to see Whiskey first thing the next morning! They worked with me and my budget, and they were very informative and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that Whiskey is back to his little mischievous self! Thank you sooooo much!! I will definitely be taking all of our furry loved ones to Roger's from here on out!!❤️

When my dog broke his leg, Rogers Animal Hospital was there for us like family. They took care of him like he was their own, and their expertise and compassion were a huge relief. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of vet care.

Throughout our kitten’s treatment the medical staff were excellent in working with us and taking care of him. After a harrowing battle with his health, the vet and technician were impeccable with their handling of helping us send him over the rainbow bridge. I only wish other clients were respectful of the Goodbye Candle that was lit at the front desk. Please, when in an environment where someone could be experiencing the loss of a loved one, show the respect you would like offered to you. Thank you, Roger’s Hospital staff, for everything.

Had a little emergency with our Pom & her regular vet could not get her in. Rogers got her in immediately and the staff were all so sweet and helpful. After a full day of taking her meds, our girl was back to normal. Thank you so much everyone at Rogers Animal Hospital!! Highly recommend

NEVER AGAIN! I made an appointment for my dog! The appointment was made for 10:30am!! We weren’t called to the room until well after 12!! The vet spoke to the other women in the lobby but me being a woman of color she did not!! People came in after I did and left well before I did!! So for my people of color I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! And I was charged $288 just for a visit and xray of a 9lb dog!! Animal Care Clinic( Bo Ivie and staff) took great care of my fur baby!!! She is back to her old self! I will NEVER USE NOR RECOMMEND ROGERS to my family and friends!!

I took ALL my cats here to be fixed. They worked with the humane society to help make this happen. They were so nice and helpful. I was hauling several cages in and out and they helped me with that 2 days in a row. I have 2 more mamas to take care of when they are done nursing, after that they will be brought there also. Rogers is not typically the vet I go to but I seriously think I will be switching over to them now.

Rogers has been caring for my animals for many years. I have never had a bad experience at the clinic. Everyone is very friendly and they always make sure I understand what’s going on with my babies. I won’t go anywhere else for my pet care needs.

Wonderful staff of dedicated Vets and Techs.My 15 year old dog became ill on a Friday at 1pm I was trying to get to my Mother's funeral so I needed to run by and drop off my dog for exam. The staff was so understanding, They were waiting for me. I dropped off my pup, she was in great hands they treated her and did test and X-rays and by the time I came back it was almost closing time but, they took time to discuss disease process and treatment and how to give her the medications she was going home with.. I have a 7 year old lop ear bunny, who had an abscess. They were quick to treat it and provide pain relief for him. Within 3 days, all the swelling was gone and he was back to himself.

DR. ARENT AND HER STAFF ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND CARING. I LOST MY SWEET BABYGIRL SASHA NICOLE A FEW MONTHS AGO AND DR. ARENT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, EVEN CALLING TO CK ON SASHA. SHE WAS 15 YR OLD CHIHUAHUA AND FOUGHT HARD BUT GOD NEEDED HER MORE. I APPRECIATE THE CARE AND COMPASSION DR. ARENT GAVE HER AND WOULD RECOMMEND HER FOR YOUR FUT BABIES, AS WELL AS HER CLINIC STAFF.DR. ARENT LEFT THIS OFFICE A FEW MONTHS AFTER STARTING TO SEE ANOTHER CHIHUAHUA I RESCUED. SHE SET MALACHI UP ON MEDICATIONS THAT I COULD GET PRN BECAUSE HIS ISSUES WOULD BE ON GOING. I REORDERED HIS MEDS AND PICKED THEM UP TO FIND OUT A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER THEY WERE THE WRONG MEDS. THE OFFICE MANAGER HAD CHANGED HIS MEDS AND NEVER SAW HIM. THE MEDS SPOILED BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LABEL REFRIGERATE. WHEN I TOOK THEM BACK I FIND OUT OFC. MANAGER CHANGED FROM RECOMMEND 15 DOLLAR MEDS TO $65 MEDS. THIS WAS A DR. KRYSTAL BUNCH WHO DIDNT COME OUT AND TALK TO ME BUT KEPT SENDING MSGS OUT TO ME BY THE RECEPTIONIST. I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD REPLACE THIS TIME BUT NEVER AGAIN, THE BOX HAD LIKE 10 REFRIGERATE STICKERS ON IT THIS TIME. I ASKED FOR MALACHIS RECORDS AND A DR. NEELY ASKED ME TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. TURNS OUT, THEY TREAT THEM WORSE.TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I GIVE 0 STARS AFTER DR. ARENT LEFT. MY SISTER HAD ME TAKE MALACHI IN TO HAVE HIS ANAL GLANDS SQUEEZED AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH DR. NEELY, THE TECH ERIN COMES IN SAYING DR. NEELY ORDERED BLOOD PANEL WHICH DR. NEVER MENTIONED TO ME. I TOLD ERIN I NEEDED TO CK WITH MY SISTER FIRST, SHE PAYS HIS MEDICAL. CALLED MY SISTER, SHE SAID OK. I INFORMED THE TECH ERIN, TURNS OUT THEY HAD ALREADY DRAWN MALACHIS BLOOD WHEN GETTING BUTT SQUEEZED WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. I WAS FURIOUS! LAB COMES BACK, NOW SAYING HES DIABETIC, BRING IN SO WE CAN LOOK AT HIM AT YOUR LEISURE PER ERIN. DROP IN WITH MALACHI, TAKE HIM TO ANOTHER ROOM WHICH DR. ARENT NEVER DID, FIND OUT LATER DR. BUNCH SEEING HIM AND I HAD SAID I DIDNT WANT HER SEEING HIM. NOW RECCOMMENDING HE BE ON SPECIAL DIET...RX FOOD, DID SOME TEST I WASNT TOLD ABOUT FOR $43 WHEN THEY KNEW I DIDNT HAVE MONEY TO PAY. 400 DOLLARS LATER THAT MY SISTER HAD PAID, THEY NEVER GAVE ME A RX, REFUSED TO SELL ME THE RX FOOD OR FILL HIS RX BECAUSE I WAS DISPUTING THE $43 CHARGE AND ACCUSATION OF STEALING 1 CAN OF RX DOG FOOD I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE WITH THE ONLY $5 I HAD AND GAVE TO THE RECEPTIONIST AS I WALKED OUT. MY SISTER SENT MONEY TO GET A CASE AND THEY REFUSED TO SELL TO ME BECAUSE I WAS DISPUTING THE $43 AND ASKED FOR A MONTH TO SPEAK TO THE MGR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MGR. AGAIN AND WAS TOLD HE DIDNT WANT TO TALK TO ME HE WAS IN WITH A DYING DOG, BUT HE WALKED BY US 3 TIMES PLAYING WITH THEIR PERSONAL PETS IN BACK. ALLISON TOLD ME AS I LEFT "I'LL REPORT IT TO COLLECTION AGENCY, AND SHE DID, AND WE REFUSE TO SEE MMALACHI ANYMORE" TRIED TO SAY THEY HAD 30 DAYS TO SEND HIS RECORDS AND I DEMANDED THEM SO THEY WERE PRINTED OUT. MY SISTER TOOK MALACHI TO ANOTHER VET IN DALLAS, HAD TO PAY FOR BLOODWORK AGAIN, FINALLY GOT HIS MEDS WHICH HE WAS VERY SICK BECAUSE ROGERS DENIED HIS FOOD AND MEDS. TURNS OUT, HE ISNT DIABETIC, DIDNT NEED THE 43 DOLLAR GLUCOSE TEST THEY DID W/O APPROVAL, ALL HE NEEDED WAS HIS GLANDS SQUEEZED. HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LATER, COLLECTION AGENCY BLOWING MY PHONE UP FOR A BOGUS BILL AND IM TAKING APPROPRIATE ACTION TO STOP THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE. STEER CLEAR....MONEY HUNGRY CLINIC.

First I will say that the staff is super sweet and efficient. I went in to get a health certificate for a puppy that has to fly. The staff did the health check, had me fill out the certificate with names and addresses of breeder and new family. My problem is with the bill. I had to pay $330.00. The health certificate was $75 per dog ( I took 2) they charged me an additional $70 per dog for the exam. The exam is required to fill out the certificate, shouldn’t it just be a charge of $75 per dog?

Actually I give them no stars because I have a puppy less then a year old and because someone messed up I and now my puppy pays the price her leg is still messed up and and then another vets reception here in town said I had to make appointment because they were all booked up and I had to wait til next week when her leg is healing every day messed up thank you. She will have to have surgery because y'all would not attempt to treat her. I guess that is why Dr and nurse have to take a Hippocratic oath because animals are dumb and can not voice their opinions. But some have owners as I.

Not very happy with my experience today. We have a 12 year old mini Aussie with Addison’s that has been treated with the same medicine we have filled at Walgreens for 10 years and the answering service here says to leave a message to get prescriptions filled. Every time we do this it takes at least a week turn around to get her pills so we do it way in advance but always have to call the clinic to check in 2-3 times after waiting 2 business days. I was told today that the reason for the hold up was that her medicine was a special compound that had to be ordered. I told them we always use Walgreens and to just call it in. The pharmacy usually fills it same day with no issues. Then I get told that because my husband gave them a 1 star review 5 months ago complaining about this annoying prescription refill process (that we ran into again this time) that we should find another vet. No apology. No owning up to the fact that we waited 5 business days and 3 calls later to get the medicine just called into the pharmacy. And they act like they make no record of any call or what medication she is even on. The days of decent customer service are over. The vets are lovely here but I guess we are banned for making a negative yet true comment. Sorry you would rather lose a customer than just make things right.

Took my Boxer in since she had scratched her eye once again. Dr. Brunch & the staff took excellent care of her. They examined her eye including placing dye in it. She came home with medications. The best part they followed up with me the next day to see how she was doing. That’s great care!
