Terrible. Place was disorganized, staff was rude. Wouldn't honor the prices that were clearly posted all over the store and when I questioned them as to why they were advertising a deal that they refuse to honor, they instested that this was somehow my fault. Cashier was super argumentative and incredibly unprofessional. I was amazed at how this person carried herself in a customer facing position, but when the manager came out it all clicked. The messy store, the rude staff, the refusal to honor one of the most basic rules of retail (honor the price you have posted) It's clear that this store hasn't seen a decent manager/ leader in a very long time, and it shows. I'd be embarrassed to have this store in my district. I left without purchasing anything at all. I will gladly take the extra time, drive a little further, and even pay a little more every time from here on out just to not have to deal with this absolute train wreck of a store. I would prefer to take my business anywhere, and I do mean ANYWHERE besides here.

I've been to different Family Dollar stores all through Texas as I am from here. This is the Nastiest,trashiest, Family Dollar I have ever been to in my whole life. It's gross, floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in a few years. This location needs to be closed down!! Indefinitely. There was product everywhere nothing where it's supposed to be.

I'm a driver and it's not easy getting my semi into alot of places. I stopped to pick up some supplies and use the restroom while i was there. The lady that was working informed me that the bathroom was out of order. I asked her what she uses and she said she goes down the street. That was so obviously a lie, it offended me. If the restroom were really out of order, a portable unit would have been delivered for the employees use. I used to be an assistant manager at one in Thomasville, Ga. I find it impossible to believe she had no restroom to use. She lost my business.

So Terrible went to this location yesterday 4/3 at around 7:30 i went home and was looking at my receipt and I WAS OVER CHARGED, they rang me up for 5 other items I wasnt wanting, called the store to speak with a manager at 8:05 and nobody answered, ik yall heard me calling. Wouldn't suggest going to this location, they are SHADY. SMDH😡

They need to hire people who really want to work in customer service and make sure that they understand what customer service is. The young girls that get hired have attitudes and not very welcoming.

They always have everything I need. Way cheaper than a grocery store. The ladies in the store are always laughing and so friendly.

It's in the old part of town my friend works there people seem to buy a bunch of stuff so I guess it's ok I'm not sure about the prices. I haven't bought anything from there

It's OK but some of the employees clearly hate their job & it shows. Don't huff & puff when someone comes to your line to check out. It's your job!
