Asked the associate Hanna a question and the attitude I got in return was definitely not how you treat a customer .The previous evening I was already to leave when power went out and I could not check out at another store not to mention a tornado being the reason.Since it was a second opportunity to do this shopping again I thought I would just ask if it would be possible to use a coupon , since my wife is a frequent of the franchise , the answer was once it's gone it's gone ! such a tone I had to walk out before I became a bit swollen up, tell ya what long story short not the first issue I had here think I'll go to Trinidad now instead .This store and I just don't mix. Rose also was a bit on the not so friendly side as well .Ladies how bout computer override I was just asking.I hate giving a bad review but this was deserved.Hope your experience is better than mine have been.Disappointed to say the least.Never returning o well

What a nice store! The staff is very helpful as well as kind. I like how there is an actúa grocery section with cold items (milk, eggs, almond milk to frozen items etc.)

The self checkout is always messing up. There's only one register causing lines to back up fast. Also, there is always unstocked merchandise blocking the isles.

The employees here deserve a raise and a medal. The AC has been going out for over a week and they seem to constantly be experiencing register problems which leads to them dealing with a lot of angry customers.

I usually love going to the dollar store. The one in wortham is awesome but I went to the one on 287 yesterday.. it eS a bad experience. There was only one employee there and the card machine shut down and the employee blamed it on me because "that's what happens when you use all those cards" that's what she told another customer because I used my food card and my bank card. It was embarrassing and frustrating.. I ended up just using my bank card. I'll never go back to that one.

Having a self checkout line for cards and one for cash is ok but when there's line for self checkout I think the cash line should take cards to ladies talking by the register that take cash doing nothing but talk when they could of taken care of customers to get them out store faster

The employees at this location were friendly, but the store itself was extremely cluttered. Additionally, there seems to always be a "sidewalk sale" going on with clearance items in front if the store BEFORE you ever reach the front door. The restrooms needed attention.

Store clean and well stocked! Employees were friendly and very helpful when I needed a specific item! Spent about 97.00, so did some serious shopping! Mainly cleaning and paper products!

I went to buy a pay as you go phone. And had to return it about 20 mints later. It didn't wasn't compatible with my sim card. The lady had an attitude the whole time she was doing the return

After leaving the doctor today 4.18.17 noon my daughter and I came into this store the clerk refuse her to come in without her shoe on. I told her that she broke her foot and couldn't do so. Well she still insisted. I just turned around and walked out. Never will spend another penny at any dollar storesAnd at this store I spent alot.

It's high because its the only store like that in competition I guess it's good for a forgot item from town I only shopped there because it was closer then HEB I should have just gone to HEB. I WOULD HAVE SAVED 2 BUCKS

Never enough employees. This store is ALWAYS packed and there is always a line of atleast 8 people with 1 cashier ringing up people.
