The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, my mother in law left her car in the parking lot because it broke down and went inside and talk to a worker there and asked if it was ok to leave her car there till the next day so she could buy the part and fix it. The worker said yes maam thats fine. We went back there today to put the part on and the worker called a towing company and now it’s 500$ to get out of the pound if I could rate negative stars I would . When I went inside to confront the worker she said if u want your car you’re gonna have to pay the fee there’s nothing we can do. These workers don’t care about anyone but themselves u could have told us we couldn’t keep it there and then we could have figured it out instead of lieing to us and calling a tow . I don’t recommend anybody go to this store .!!!!!!!!

This is a good Dollar general location. The store is generally clean and they do a good job of keeping the shelves stocked. It doesn't stay overly cluttered and the aisle space is adequate. The cashier service is excellent and the provide cash and credit card options.

It was so HOT inside. Turn down the a/c. You have employees working and it needs to be cool for them. Also needs to be cool for the customers. Please clean up the aisles. You can't get down them because of empty baskets. Merchandise is piled in the aisles. ALL the local stores are like this. The employees are always kind and courteous.

As with all Dollar General stores, it always has great prices but today it was horribly cluttered to the point you couldn't get down half of the isles. There were boxes stacked so tall they were over my head. This creates an unsafe environment for customers and their children when trying to maneuver throughout the store. On top of that, I purchased 3 plastic totes that were sitting in the shelf in front of a price tag clearly marked $6. They rang up $7.75 and when I said something about the price on the shelf, she said well everything is moved around back there. I'm sorry, if your employees did their job and kept the store organized instead of hanging out over in the makeup isles chatting this wouldn't be a problem. I should be charged what they are advertised for, irrelevant what your employees failed to do. Well....that didn't happen. I was still charged $7.75 a piece and she rude about it to boot! Not a typical visit for this store which is why I came here so not sure what's going on with management here.

I walk to this location often. & was Stop almost completely at the door about my esa animal after reading my letter she still couldn't understand what she was reading but decided to let me go ahead and shop unsure if she spitting again but what I thought I heard. Things are all over the place but I always seem to fine what I'm looking for. Change rating whenever Tina & Team do better

I didn't get all my sacks..went back. Lady just stand there..i tolled her I was just here..u didn't give me a reseedit..cause the rester was stuck...and she don't talk..jyst stand there...i found my sack in front of her.
