My Physician sent a prescription to CVS Corsicana for cough syrup. When I went to pick it up I was told it would be the next day to get it filled. I called to make sure it was ready since I live 25 miles away. I was informed they had not had it for 2 weeks. Cough medication at the beginning of winter ?Thanks to Walmart in Corsicana I was able to pick it up right away. Also, no waiting in line for the usual 30 minutes.

Horrible customer service. Trying to call and cancel a vaccine appointment and the phone line keeps directing me where I don't need to go. Never got the confirmation email, or I would have canceled it that way. BUT today got three text messages giving instructions on the vaccine appointment. After I had called yesterday to cancel. I will NEVER use them again or even enter their store. Ridiculous to the 10th power. No wonder their ratings are so low.

There was a prescription called into CVS from a hospital for me yesterday. I called when I was an hour away. They said they received the Rx but it wasn’t covered without an insurance prior authorization. Finding out the price was $56, but needing the medication, I asked them to go ahead and fill it and I was on my way to get it. When I got to the pickup window, I was told (by Brittany) that they didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t get it in until Monday. I explained that I had called on the way, and that they had it. Brittany told me to come back in 10 minutes. When I did, Brittany and the other girl at the window told me that some man had picked it up. UUUHHHH NOPE. No man even knew I was going to the hospital, nor knew that I had a prescription at a pharmacy that I don’t usually use. This was a flat out lie.After a huge ordeal with the police being called, they admitted to the police that they made a mistake and didn’t want to admit it. (If someone actually did pick it up, then a crime was committed.) Then they filled my Rx because it WAS in stock, and NO ONE had picked it up. It was all a LIE. WHY? To cover up that they just didn’t have it ready? All of that had to happen to fix an easy mistake. Why can’t they say, “this didn’t get filled yet, give me a few minutes and I will get it for you”. No they lied and made up a big fat story.The worst part is that they would allow a customer to go two more days AFTER leaving the hospital because they didn’t want to admit that they made a mistake.I don’t usually trade with CVS because they have screwed up too many times. Now, there is no way I will ever darken their doorway again.

ABSOLUTE TERRIFYINGLY TERRIBLE PHARMACY! I have been using this pharmacy for around 14 years now and once every month consistently for over 11 years now. A little over 2 years ago they used to be amazing at filling your prescriptions! The entire staff was incredibly nice, very caring, and made sure you got the very best possible treatment and service.Then, the service started dipping until a few amazing women left. Then Britney, Zach Jones, and head pharmacist Seth Brown were left. As the last 3 GREATS remained which were Zach Jones, Britney, and Seth Brown. Zach and Britney left around a year and a half ago. Zach Jones was the best person to work there IMO. Britney left not long after then the best Head Pharmacist Seth Brown left about several months ago. Once he left it was a big problem for the pharmacy.As the last 5 months it went from it can’t get worse to the last 3 months you find that it can become so much worse than worse! As you have to redefine the term worse all together to make it fitting for the pharmacy & the people up there now! It’s at times jaw dropping how amazingly terrible the staff is now! As I’m in no way exaggerating how terrible it is up there now!Ashton is an employee there who is the woman I have dealt with the past 2 months now on the phone. She takes phone calls, looks up patient’s info, handles taking refill requests, and works the checkout station. I told (Ashton) on Monday when I called there for a refill as if you don’t call and use the app then nothing is getting done. Ashton told me that they now had 1 of the 2 medications in stock and that they would fill that one sometime today, ok bye.”As I replied: “no please wait.” She stated: “we don’t have the other 2 medications in stock just like I told you already!” Very confused and frustrated by her answer I just let it slide as I said “no when will the medication be filled?” As she interrupted me and said “today like I just told you already.” I just pushed through by stating “so I’m guessing the usual about an hour or so?”As Ashton replied “let’s just say don’t be coming up here 10 minutes before we close!” I had enough of this nonsense from her as I was ready to hear back yeah about an hour and be done with her. “So I just said it’s 3 now so what time or length of amount of time will the medication be ready?” she said “around 6:00.” That took place on Monday and as I remembered back to last day I went there which was last Friday at 8:37 as my receipt says 8:41 Which they close at 9:00 as 2 people were behind me also.So I told someone that Monday what had happened whenever I talked to Ashton on Friday. As they said “Well, I’m sorry about that have a nice day.” As I went to pick up the 2nd medication of the 3 that day.As on Wednesday it said my last med was in process for 20 minutes and then ready for pick up for about 10 minutes then went to being on back order. So I called as another girl answered and I explained what my app had said as she said “yes we have it.”Then, She said “one moment then said no we don’t have it?” I said “what do you mean you just said you had it?!” She said “yeah don’t know why I said that, sorry” Well, I knew they had it as I asked an old employee from there what to do? Told me to call a different CVS and tell them to do a radius search on my medication. Did this as they said “they have it in stock at the CVS in Corsicana and we aren’t supposed to tell you how many but they have 100.” Told them “thank you so much!” So, I went up there at 7:00 and they said we don’t have it” as a new shift was there now.Well, I told them what the other CVS Pharmacy told me and I said check the pharmacy please. As they did and guess what they found?! They said “it never was checked in?” I said you have 100 correct as they told me “yes we have 100.” I said “Ashton was up here today right” not knowing just assuming as they said yes then started whispering and just filled it. lol! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Corsicana has the WORST management, "knock" says she could care less wether medication is filled or not, they been out for weeks, claims they ordered it and that's it, no one concerned about why it has not come in, she says it's not her problem, does that sound like management to you? She should be fired

I have moved all my scripts to walmart due to the fact of when I showed up to cvs for the last 3 months in the drive through or the inside line, I was treated like I was inconveniencing the staff. I thought i was the paying customer? I am not getting paid to be there. Its the other way around CVS. Not to mention cvs never could get my double insurance correct and so I was always overcharged. Yrs of being with cvs. Im done.

Poor service, poor customer service, and poor attitudes. Web page keeps wanting to send verification code to an unknown number. This location is a joke. There is at least 10 bodies “working” in pharmacy, but can’t get scripts out. My old pharmacy , before closing, only had 3-4 people and did a much better job. A script for one of my boys is not covered by insurance, old pharmacy discount card $3.99, cvs $28.75. Daughters uncovered script, old pharmacy $3.99, cvs discount card 90 fn dollars. Like most places in corsicana they hire locals and the store goes to hell in a hand basket.

I have been to several CVS pharmacies throughout the state of Texas. In each of them, I have had filled a prescription that, while not covered by insurance (and therefore quite expensive), has been necessary, because the generic is not quite powerful enough, I suppose. However, two consecutive attempts at properly getting this medicine have failed.The first time, I had previously requested the name brand, not the generic, and they confirmed that I had said that. However, when I arrived, they gave me the generic. Out of desperation, I accepted it, and stated that I needed the name brand next time, which they confirmed and agreed to, provided that I call beforehand.The next time, I called in advance, as per their request. This time, they flat out said that they could not provide it. For some reason, after going to CVS stores across the state of Texas from each other, this is the only one that cannot do so. When I asked what I can do about that, they told me I was on my own. Now I have only a couple days left of the lackluster generic, and do not know if I will be able to get what I need.

Consistently terrible. Either the whole pharmacy is closed for lunch, or it’s an hour to get a bottle of eye drops, or “it’ll be just another ten minutes” after they’ve had the prescription for almost two hours.

My prescription was turned in at 2:45 yesterday. I called at 3 to check on it and she told me that there was a billing issue my insurance wasnt going so i told her i had a new one. She said ok. So i asked her if i need to bring it or if theyd go ahead and fill it she said i didnt need to bring it she would get it filled would be about 45 min. So i waited and called the phone line at 5 and again at 7. So finally at 8 i hit 7 to talk to pharmacy employee. She told me it was still processing that it would be done in a few min i asked for the text set up to let me know when it was done and she did it and told me they closed at 9. Still by 9 i had to text so i called the auto system this morning at 9 and talked to the same girl who said she filled it at 8:04 and it should have text me but it didnt so i then asked how come the 7 hour wait when i was told 45 min. She said they were days behind so i told her if she could get with the one who told me 45 min and let her know that they're more behind than that so i could've had the option to another pharmacy she said ok that my prescription was ready. I cam at 2:30 to get my medicine after work and i get to the window and she tells me the price so i hand her my insurance. Kathy said whats thats. I said my insurance card. She said hold on a sec then came back stating i couldnt wait for an insurance to be ran it could take 30 min. So i stated that i had previously asked if i needed to bring it by sooner and she said no. She said its not like a credit card i can't just swipe it and laughed at me. She said all im asking is you pull around. By then i just cried and pulled around. Got my medicine in less than 3 min (something i couldve waited at the window for and nor drove around) and pulled off.Noone once said they were sorry. Noone cared about me not getting my medicine for a day. I was really kind to everyone. I just needed my medicine. And i felt like i waited an adequate amount of time.

Went in and it said online that they had a certain formula I was looking for Robin said that that's all they have is what they have in the front other stores at least take the time to go look in the back or scan the code to see if they have anything that needs to be stocked to the front. I hope they never have a granddaughter or somebody that is needing formula or go through the situation that most parents are going through with all the shortages people are driving from far to different towns different cities to look for specific formula take it more seriously when people are asking you to look again

I went to CVS today, my granddaughter is pregnant and can't hold nothing down so we went to ER and they give her an RX so we took it to CVS, well she's on Medicade, well, every place I've gone to always puts the most expensive towards Medicade to help me to be able to pay for what is not paid due to limited RX and exceeded that. Do you know they put the under $10 RX on Medicade, the $100 one they said we had to buy. Well, needless to say, we did not get that RX, the most important one. I've never seen such horrible customer service at a pharmacy until today. They were snobby and made us feel like we were not welcome there. Will never go back. They are rude and money hungry. Now I remember why I quit going years ago to this snoody place. CVS in Corsicana is not a good place to go unless they know you or you have money, well, one in the same anyway. The only reason I give a star is bc I had to in order to leave my comment. I want to take that star off. They don't deserve it!

Takes forever to pick up prescriptions in drive thru because it does covid tests in the one lane. No other lane available for pick up. Also long line up and down the aisles giving covid vaccinations inside. If you were'nt infected before, your odds are not good after being exposed to so many people just to pick up a simple prescription.Store needs to decide if it wants to be a doctor's office or a pharmacy. Wish my insurance would allow me to change. I'd give zero stars if could.

Went to CVS to pick up my 2 prescriptions. Asked if the one who was ready yet. They looked around for 20 minutes as I help people up in the drive thru. They said no that it was never called in. So they proceeded to hand me my two prescriptions that I just paid for. YEP , IT WAS IN THE LADIES HAND THE WHOLE TIME. AND THEY CHECK THE COMPUTER. Forget checking the computer, you guys need to check your IQ and your customer service

This place is Always pretty busy. Has lots to offer. Has many employees working in the pharmacy, all at one time filling orders and taking care of customers. Can be kinda expensive here but you can earn reward points and save money with coupons and buy one get one half price or free at times. For the most part, you can get fast & friendly Service. Located on a very busy corner. Corner of West 7th Ave. & 15 Street in Corsicana, Texas.

Don’t have good offers sometimes ! And they don’t stock much I have to go in there a few time to find what I’m looking for. They run out of products fast! Over all theyare very clean & organized.Guadalupe is a very nice cashier and friendly person! She’s One of the best people at cvs.

I drag myself and because the drive-through was long I was told by one of the ladies at the back of the pharmacy that the testing‘s are at the front after waiting in line at the back of the pharmacy for three customers and when I asked the lady can I get a Covid test and flu test a vaccine she told me that that’s do the drive-through and at the front so I so I then asked her because she get me one I’ll call up there so when I make it up there they could possibly have it ready she said no originally and then I asked for her name she told me her name was Courtney but when she got me the test from the front after I asked her for her name the receipt said her name was Shelly and she charged me $10 for a test I just really feel like the customer service and the level of seeing someone in need for help wasn’t there and I feel like she knew it which is why she gave me the wrong name please train up on ethics people come in there and for pain and I was in for pain thank you
