Been going to here since they opened when I was a kid. Never had an issue. Had the most unpleasant experience today with "Andrea," who cussed at me for walking on the wet floor. I was shopping and she came up cussing at me in front of my son and husband. I told her to go get a manager to which the manager didn't seem to care at all and played dumb. Didn't apologize, neither did the girl. The cashier, however, apologized on behalf of her coworker. Cashier gets 5 stars. Andrea gets -5 stars. Andrea, if you're reading this, you're miserable and with that attitude, you will always be alone.

Big Lots is always fun because you don't know what they'll have. I found all kinds of things I didn't know what I needed.Update: I went to Big Lots today and they were having a grand opening. Five Stars! They remodeled the store and it is super nice. Public bathrooms are great, except I ended up staying longer and spending a lot more! 😉 Chloe was my checkout person, and she was really polite and helpful.

I find it strange that this last week was the very first time I have ever stepped foot in a Big Lots. I may not like all of their prices, but I definitely appreciate the varied selection of goods that they have. I appreciate finding things here that you don't find in other stores. I definitely recommend this place.

There was so much nice stuff in the store. It was clean and well stocked. Lots of furniture and knick knacks, groceries, toy's for kids and pet's. They also had a great clearance isle. They accept EBT food stamps and that was an additional bonus. The staff was friendly. Checking out was quick and easy

Store associates Kim and Bob were extremely helpful. Went out of their way to make my wife happy with a couch and loveseat purchase. Definitely went the extra mile. Made our shopping experience very pleasant. Store is always clean and well stocked.

Compared to some other Big Lots I have been in, this one is small. However, it is very organized and neat. It still has a good selection of goods and I always find what I need. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoy shopping in the Corsicana Big Lots because I'm not having to fight large crowds and I can move easily through the store and I like supporting my home town businesses.

Good sale items and nice variety of quality items. Not so good employee by the name of Kim who speaks down to and uses cruel language with fellow employees that is embarrassing for someone with duties such as hiring employees and reviewing them which was disappointing when it was bragged about. Makes for bad moral and it has happened more than once so I really do not shop there as much as I did 2-3 years ago. Every person should get respected and not belittled.

Usually not the best service around UNTIL THIS MONTH. Visited Garland location looking for a dresser and night stand we've been looking for - literally for months. This visit the salesman did a key board search and found the dresser in Terrell and night stand in Rowlett. Both locations gave excellent service when we picked up our purchases. This weekend we found a sectional, we've been searching for, in Corsicana. The associate there was also extremely helpful and professional. Thank you Big Lots.

This Big Lots isn't usually crowded with customers, but is always stocked with steals! From food to furniture, i shop this location for their blend of value and variety. There's bulk items, baby items, seasonal decor, home goods, cooking equipment, and so much more you can't find anywhere else. Aisles are tidy. Employees are friendly. I recently shopped here for last-minute Christmas gifts, and was glad i did.

I love looking and browsing but i have noticed their over priced on a lot of the products .For the prices that they have on a lot of there item's i could got to pottery barn or Hobby lobby. Was not satisfied this trip were i had been in the past. Truely disappointing .

We have always shopped big lots. The cashier were very nice but having trouble. They asked the female manager for help. She yelled across the store at them. Then she became rude to me. Maybe she is just that way to everyone in one of their shopping wheelchairs. I can shop for the same items at Wal-Mart. Normally I do not go in during the holidays still they block so many aisles. One star was the lowest I could give. I have never hada problem when zi could walk.
