Not sure what the situation is at this Bealls because Our Bealls store back home was closed down but this store seemed rather empty as if it isn't being restocked in preparation for a closing. As a shopper, I would rather be told something rather than finding out by the store shelves. However, if this is not the case, your merchandiser is failing you, sorry. Still despite some empty shelves, I did find and purchase some things for my granddaughters.

Store is okay. It is hit or miss as to what you find. Prices are generally okay, too. It has been a mess the last few times I was in there. Not sure if customers are that rude or if the staff is not reorganizing shelves.

Couldn’t accept Bealls card, even when the system said their was credit. We were told we couldn’t go to a dressing room because they were doing away with them, although the men’s were still open, just not ladies. They followed my kids around like they would steal. Plus, obviously the prices are outrageous, but everyone knows that. No wonder they’re closing down.Edit: After they refused to check us out, they searched our bags claiming someone had stolen an expensive watch. It was a store ran by obnoxious teenagers who complained about wanting to get off early. They were not dressed professionally. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be back. Disgusting.

Would absolutely love to give 5 stars but they absolutely don't deserve it. I shopping at this location & was talked right out of buying nothing most of the Clarence was missing pieces to the outfit I couldn't re-establish my account with them due to employee not letting me know I wasn't paying the full about so I was over charge because of a dollar off the amount due. I was followed around the store like a thief and disrespect more than I can count I never shop at this location again until something changes

Be been to thrift stores that are better organized than this store is. They had one cashier and one cosmetics employee in the whole store. I did not see any employees on the actual sales floor. Children's clothes were mixed into plus size and women's clothing. The racks are not organized at all. Very disappointed ☹️

worst shopping experience of my life. this place is usually my go to, but after spending almost 2 hours looking for graduation gifts, I walked out with nothing. I had so many things picked out, some with clearance stickers and some on the 40% off rack, yet when I went to the register it took 10 minutes just fofor the girl to give me any of the discounts. Then I pull out my cash, and she says they don't accept $100 bills. Of course you do, this is a freaking business that sells high end products all day long. I can't believe I wasted all that time. I've never been more upset with a shopping experience ever.

They charged my card $50.00, twice. When I went there to ask can they remove it, the "senior manager" said "ask your credit card to remove it. I'm sure they can look it up on their computer and see what happened. A $100.00, terrible store, most of their merchandise looks like garage sale "put backs!"This IS NOT proper customer service, at all.I have NO PLANS to shop there anytime soon.

For this little town, it's the best Department store here. Nice quality clothing, shoes, accessories and men's wear. They are always running great sales too, if you sign up for their texting program.

Never had I ever had a problem with them till lastnight! I went and did an exchange. Cost around 46$ and the new things I bought cost around 48$ they made me pay 30$+20$ more and I kept telling them but no apparently they are always right!

Decent clothing. Pricing is a little high but if you need name brand and cannot make it to a Dillard's or Belk this is your best stop in town. Staff is friendly and the aisle stay clean.

It's a good store but just announced they are closing this location. Many things are getting marked down. Even while going out of business they still try and get you to sign up for the store credit card during checkout.

I was upset. I am handicapped. I parked in front of Bealls Shoe. I use a walker. Both doors were locked. We are talking about 2 pm a weekday! I had to walk all around to the main door. I asked a sales clerk on the shoe side why the doors were locked and she didn't know but she was busy. I almost left. Being in a small town you don't have a choice of higher end stores.Yes I will go back because I have no choiceRate 0.

We had baskets of mdse.Got to check out and nothing was on sale! There were signs all over the store that EVERYTHING WAS MARKED DOWN!! THEY ARE CLOSING, but they said the signs were from Black Friday, a week ago!! I think that's called Deceptive advertising. Who do I contact?? I will not be shopping there anymore!!

Disorganized, sloppy service. Workers weren't wearing name tags. I had to wait for the cashier to finish her "gossip" time before she would check me out. Then she told me I should have "said something " Excuse me for shopping and interrupting your happy hour.

This place suxx they have no brand name clothes and I'm a clothing Ninja I can go through a whole rack of clothes in 5 minutes. They don't have anything I'd buy they're not a discount place for men's designer clothes all they have is really low name brands save your trip to either go to waxahachieTJ Maxx you will have a much better shopping experience. And you'll find the brand names. You're looking for Waco . Has Marshalls TJ Maxx both are excellent places to shop and get BRAND NAMES
