Ate at Razoo's and it was delicious! We had three entrees the Lake Charles chicken, stuffed fish and a house salad with a side of popcorn shrimp! The Lake Charles chicken was divine, the three blackened shrimp were so good! Yum! We also had a NOLA tea and a Swomp Thang 🍹🥃

Water shoes showed 5$ clearance online and for pick up, as I needed to run in anyway, I asked to get the pick up price. Employee refused to price match, said I needed to order them for pick up and come back for them. I’ve never had a Walmart employee refuse to match their own website.. she was decently polite I suppose but poor policy.

Jenna at customer service is very rudewhen i tried to ask questions. She was busy on her phone. Didnt even pay enough attention enough to the actual questions. When i was confirming clarification on what i was asking.She got disrespectful by getting loud. So I got loud told her I would be reporting her then she was all flabbergasted like she did nothing wrong as she continued to lean over playing games on her cellphone.If you going to be in customer service at least have decent people skills.

There are more self check-outs, why didn't the paying patrons get W-2’s? Then again if people would work there probably wouldn't be such an issue, but people don't want to work, they'd prefer a handout. Okay, that's enough already. Have a great day.

Walmart in Corpus Christi, Texas is clean, organized, well stocked, and the prices are reasonable.All positive with the exception of the checkout lanes, every time we go there are only 2 open, and the self checkout of course. So aside from the long checkout lines, great store!

Visited my neighborhood Walmart (Flour Bluff) like I always do and found a great deal on a curling iron that I scanned and found the price to be $19.22, but when I got to the self checkout it scanned at $27 and change. I called for the self checkout attendant (Chris) to help me and I even showed him that when I use my Walmart app to scan it, it scans at $19.22. Chris said that was only if I purchase online and pick it up and not for in store purchase. I asked for the Manager who was extremely rude and almost didn’t let me talk as she reiterated a firm “NO” and told me I had to purchase online. I asked for her name and Chris answered immediately with his first and last name at which point the Manager (Cynthia <Name given to me by Chris)who had her name tag turned backwards proceeded to tell her employee he didn’t have to give his name( last name). Just wanted to vent the frustration I felt as I couldn’t believe Walmart would force their customers to leave the store in order to honor a price!!! I’ll just buy it somewhere else AMAZON to be exact since I found it for a better price than Walmarts online price. Thank you Walmart employees for forcing me to shop online and find a better price when you could have honored your price and had my money! Customer win 🏼

Went into the Flour Bluff walmart to return my Beat I received for Christmas. The person at the service counter asked if I had a return. Her name was Tondelynn. She asked me if I had a receipt. I told her I did not it was a gift and all I want is an exchange for the exact thing. She sad she could not do anything with it without a receipt. I asked her to show me the policy and she just pointed to the wall and rolled her eyes at me.At that point asked to talk to a supervisor. And Front End team lead Cynthia said she could not do anything with out a receipt. Asked to see the policy and she could not show me one. So I asked to talk to the Manager on Duty. She walked away for a while. She came back and said the manager said she could not take it back. I asked for her name and she said it was Cynthia also. I was not happy she would not even come out and talk with me.This is not the Walmart I know and grew up with. It was all about customer service vs I really don’t even care to talk to you service.

They had most of what I wanted and some I didn't know I needed apparently, but picked up anyway. Not to bad of a trip. 😊Got a beautiful little poinsettia for my mom and it was under $5. 😁Great new cups for travel and adventures, best part they don't leak

My Main Walmart I shop at and have been shopping hear since 2014. So far they have updated many displays and products, policies. So food prices have gone up every where. "Thanks Putin"!Even so, I still shop here or at the Walmart off of Saratoga near My Panda Express where I get my Orange Chicken fix. Professional, courteous people who work here and I have never ran into any issues with employees here.Excellent Customer Service to the best of each of their abilities as the result of their training and knowledge or experience.Shiny clean and cool!!!

Needed a watch. Could NOT get an assistant till 15 mins later. Then she didn't have the paperwork to go with it. Couldn't get it set to day or date WOULD NOT adjust band. I didn't buy it to say the least. Worst service from there that I've ever had. Will try again.. 😔.

First time visit to this WM. Your typical WM store, all of the basics, Christmas and holiday on the way out, Valentines and Spring filling up the shelves.We didcself checkout, quicker on this visit.

I was traveling and happy to see that this store appeared to be a standard Walmart Supercenter plus a Subway. I was able to find what I needed fairly quickly. But there were messy displays and the women's bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper on the floor. Toilets unflushed. Stall with broken door.

The store is great, but I dislike the recent wifi login requirement. This particular location often lacks cell service, and contacting customer support about the issue yielded no assistance. The new login process, demanding password recall or code retrieval (ironically, when wifi/cell service is unavailable), is flawed. It renders the Walmart app useless and, coupled with the elimination of price check locations, navigating prices and finding items has become challenging. I'd recommend avoiding this store now, even though others face similar problems, they at least maintain a easy to login process such as simply providing a email.

Most of the ones in San Antonio are terrible and you can tell management is more concerned with profit than their employees or customer service but in Corpus, it is a completely different world. There were plenty of employees and they were so helpful!

I got a shirt for Christmas that didn't fit I went to exchange it knowing it was out of season but wanted something in price rang they only gave me clearance price which was $4. I got the lady said that's their policy sorry nothing she could do. I bet if they did that to her she could do something.

A wonderful experience I had! Just recently moved to Texas & had to do an online order for delivery, for the new place. Had an iten missing which I did call about and the guy I spoke was so helpful & amazing! Ryan was his name & was able to locate my item that was missing & resend it our for delivery! Thank you!
