BUYER’S BEWARE.Worst experience EVER. I ordered a Macbook for my birthday and the pickup associates and Team Lead had no idea where it was when I came to pick it up after waiting 30 minutes. Team Lead was real smug when she told me I’m not getting my MacBook. I wasted $15 of gas driving here. They told me I would be receiving a callback so they could look into and NO CALLBACK. I’m beyond disgusted. I didn’t even get an apology or anything. I’m definitely rethinking doing business with this company.Also, I did not cancel my order. They cancelled it without my consent. As you can see in this screenshot.

I like it here a lot. Lots of things to buy for yourself or others from adult to infant. It is very convenient and close to home. It does get hectic sometimes, but it's not the staff's fault if they can't fix/clean the chaos that was created by other frantic shoppers asap. It's a big store and sometimes they are short with employees. I personally never had a problem shopping here.

This Walmart is well run and organized. My only suggestion is to IMPROVE the quality of produce sold here. Not all are bad, but I will return the strawberries - not good flavor and the black racks where strawberries are stored looks dirty, rusty and not easy to clean. Replace those black racks by a more hygienic storage system. Strawberries are very delicate and they did not taste right. But again, a combination of Inspection at receiving/do not receive if not proper quality/minimum best by dates!!, proper storage and hygienic conditions.

This Walmart is not ADA accessible. No charged scooters, all left in the parking lot. No handle bars in the handicap dressing room. Walmart makes billions of dollars and can only affford 4 scooters in a store. Do better!

Must have walked past 10 employees looking for a certain item and looking completely lost and not one employee offered to assist or respond when I attempted to ask for help. Plus the items are stocked in the most inconvenient places. Shouldn't take over an hour to locate 4 items.

Make sure you check your cars if you get an oil change they don't put enough oil in your vehicle when you tell them they will just laugh at you and walk away. Also if you bring underaged girls with you watch out for one of the workers he goes by paco he likes to flirt with under age girls and makes disgusting gestures towards them. He works in automotive.

Few floor staff don't like to help customers with questions or obtaining locked up products or location of products. The new store manager has the garden center locked and or dark much of the time. The two Asian men who work in or near the garden center are rude because they ignore me when I speak to them unless I insist they respond to me. Last month, the store manager had black Friday signs over the order pick-up spots facing the grass. Could be corporate had him do all this and or corporate cut back on that stores hiring budget. But, employees behavior is a reflection of upper management.

Robbie Ann, who works at customer service, needs to work on her service skills. She’s very rude. I was doing a return with the online receipt since they offer that now, and she was saying they can’t do that, it has to be a physical receipt, but she’ll do it this time. It has NEVER been an issue before, what is the point of offering a digital receipt if I can’t use it to return stuff? She talked to me like I was stupid. Someone needs to re-teach her and she definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service.

I’m not from the area and don’t know CC very well. But I’ve been to three of the Walmarts here and this one is the one I like the most. Maybe because I’m an inner city boy from the NE. This Walmart has a nice eclectic feel to it more diversity and relaxed nice vibe.

I highly recommend enrolling in Walmart+. I love the free shipping, and I love the free delivery as well..great discount on gasoline ( just bought some3 days ago@239 a gallon!!)It's $98 a year, and if you get SNAPthen it's 1/2 price!!! Stay at home & order your free delivery...As well as looking at the ingredients! 👍$$. ✌️🙋♀️ ❤️

I just love walmart I dress my children in walmart clothes. The clothes for children are bright and attractive. I fed my children with walmart always, the food is always fresh and tasty. They have all your baby needs, plus baby food for wic. I also shop there for their electronics they are so good to me when i shop there. I won't go any where else.

I had the oil change in my truck. I set up an 8 am appointment. They got it in by 8:45. It was finished by 9:30. Looks like all the fluids were topped off. Lots of staff working. I think this was the best Walmart oil change that I have received. The employees did a great job.

There’s a older lady in the electronics section not only very rude when I ask her to help me to get a speaker out of the cases where the lock them she takes it directly to the register as if I was gonna steal it I told her I wasn’t done shopping yet and I would pay for it later when I’m done checking out so she perceeds to tell one of the Othman h younger lady’s to take it to register 4 “ again”!? as if I was going to steal very prejudice as a minority herself smh ,mind you i probably make her salery in a day smh. Worst Walmart experience every will not be coming back to this location. And neitherwill my colleagues.you know what I guess is be mad to if I still had to work at that age.. hmm something to ponder never again Walmart!!

I walked in expecting to hate this place just because it's Walmart, but I actually had a good experience here. I needed Mason jars and they had them. The store was clean, and the staff were pretty helpful and not unfriendly.

It was pointed out to me by a police officer that it is ok for them to park in the fire lane to go buy energy drinks. And was told by the same officer that WalMart allows this.

04/24 - Curbside Pickup sucks, order placed for Greenwood was filled at Staples. Staff at both locations not very helpful except to apologize noting they were busy. Not impressed with the last two uses...01/24 - Quick stop for a few items. Not as busy today11/23 - Quick visit to get a few things. I do a lot of my shopping at Walmart. I love the fact that they have a variety of different things. So, I can shop for food as well as clothes depending on what I need. Plus they prices are reasonable. They even have clearance on some of their items.

I bought an OLED switch from this location. When I pulled it out of the box and tried to use it on the dock kept getting error message when a (brand new) game card was put in. I took it back immediately the next day. I asked for a manager as my digital receipt via Wal Mart app says non returnable. The manager was rude and argumentive from the start. I gave her my item, box and explained the issue. I then showed her my digital receipt as I scan and save every receipt onto my account online so they never get lost. She looked at my digital receipt on the Wal Mart app and said " I'm not going by what that says" Why on earth would it matter if it was the digital or physical receipt, they're the precise same thing. I had the physical receipt so I gave it to her. She starts to inpect the switch and the dock and said "it's scratched." The dock has a matte rubber bottom, the second it touches anything it's going to get a tiny bit of a scuff. It was NOT scratched. The manager and two employees kept passing the switch, dock and box back and forth checking the serial numbers. Fair enough however the dock and the switch do not have the same serial number. They are different items that can be sold separately so they will never have the same serial number. They kept saying the serial numbers have to match or we can't do it. I explained over and over, they are different items and can be sold separately, they have different serial numbers. I then informed them the joy cons on the switch are also going to have different serial numbers as they too are their own item. Clearly they were acting as if I swapped items or was trying to pull some sort of return scam. The line behind me is now extremely long and everyone is just listening and staring as I'm defending myself from these employees and manager making it seem as if I'm a theif when in reality I spent 431$ on the switch and another 146$ on games. I always keep the box for major purchases like this and immediately take photos of serial numbers for every item. I showed her my photos of the items still in the plastic showing their serial numbers. The manager then said I would need to have all the little plastic bags that each piece came in. I let her know I threw them away, I didn't expect the switch to be defective and never have I ever had an issue making a return simply because a tiny plastic bag a charger came in. I started calling Nintendo so they could explain to them that these items have different serial numbers. The cashier said she going to process the return. Her lips were extremely squinched up and she looked irrate that she had to accept the item. I never lost my cool and stayed polite the entire time. When the employee was finishing up with the transaction she made the comment "I would never spend 500$ on my kid for a game they can buy their own." Okay? Didn't get an apology from anyone for taking up so much of my time, selling me a defective item, accusing me of stealing while not directly accusing me. This was the day after Easter. Fast forward to now, the self check out lanes in the center of the check out area are now closed and the lines for a cashier are extremely long. I went threw a line for a cashier and the woman got my reusable bags and was trying to find a way to charge me for them, I let her know they are mine. She said "hmmm they look new." .... Yup, I regularly wash my bags thanks for noticing. Plus they were Natural Grocers bags. I had two insulated bags and several regular reusable bags neatly folded inside one of my insulated bags. Not only was this woman slow as molasses, she got my neatly folded bag and crumpled it and crammed in back in my bag. The other option is the area with multiple self check out machines which isn't any better. The employee at the self check out section loves the little bit of power she has barking orders at paying customers. Then proceeds to stand over you staring at her phone inspecting every item you scan. Then be prepared to get stopped at the door so they can rummage threw your things! Absolutely terrible location.
