Waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes till closed, by the time it was my turn they Shutdown the whole pharmacy inside and out. I understand they close at a certain time but when you have customers waiting that long and working at snail speed and still stuck on the same customer while the rest of us are waiting patiently just to be ignored (closed) very unprofessional as I needed my medication along with the other 3 people waiting. Never coming to this Walmart pharmacy.

Very rude customer service from the pharmacy over the phone. I needed help locating a medication for my 2 year old son and the man on phone acted as though this was not his job and such a hassle. Told me to call other wal-marts myself to check if they had it available.

On repeated visits have had some of the worst customer service. Everything from rude behavior to flat out lieing about receiving prescriptions. Now their drivethrough has been closed all week. I absolutely hate going into this store!

Had to call to see if they work with my insurance but the direct line to pharmacy is connected to the fax machine so they don’t have to answer questions!!😡
