Place looks like a third world country. Filthy DIRTY!Chipping and pealing paint right next to the drink cups. NASTY, STICKY residue everywhere!When the old manager John worked here... It was clean everything was stocked and employees were happy and friendly. Insert new manager... Never any cream or CREAMERS FOR COFFEE. Place is disgustingly dirty there is never any ice tea and the workers all have a very heavy and burdened demeanor.I used to look forward to seeing the girls here every morning. They were so sweet and friendly and the place was immaculate. Apparently im not the only one who is noticing the new take over. Because there are never cars at this store anymore in the AM.Kudos to the new management (this includes coorporate) yall really know how to hire non leaders and lose shining employess.You have destroyed a perfectly great store that had a welcoming, clean and friendly environment.

It's a good spot to pick up beer on ice plus they have a little restaurant inside that has an extensive list of items to choose from. The ladies behind the counter are always nice and get your stuff bagged and ready to go in a quickness.

Giving TWO stars because one employee was helpful, while the other was a complete waste of my time.The tall skinny young man with nail polish (on 4/6/2021) was pleasant and tried to help me, while the shorter, heavier Hispanic woman with glasses & a nose piercing (without any mask on) was rude, obnoxious and all-around unpleasant.I've used this store for over a decade now, and never had I had such an issue as Tuesday evening. The young woman needs to find work where she doesn't need to interact with people.I get it, some people have an off day, but this woman has been repeatedly off-putting since at least February of this year. Was not shocked to see another complaint on this list about her.

In the years I've gone here, never once has the gas pumps been able to give me a receipt. "See cashier for receipt" everytime. I guess this corner store doesn't expect much of the employees. They just got brand new pumps, so I thought I'd give them another chance, but, "see cashier for receipt", as always. I'm finished with this place.

During our Times of Love and Covid-19 they've set up a few requirements in order to come inside the store although you have access to the gas pumps and can pay with credit or debit card at the pump's. All shoppers must wear a mask no exceptions, respect the distance guidelines as you'll be reminded a few locations have someone acting as a referee or hall monitor. I actually did not mind one bit they were never rude and we're constantly apologizing to all and those they had to remind to keep a safe distance. Those working the register along with asking if you want your receipt or purchase a pie that there was an automatic hand sanitizer pump right at the door as you exit and they've installed a shield on the counter to up the ante.. very well done!😇

Constantly this is the nastiest store!! It’s convenient to me but I always walk out with nothing and mad!!! How hard is it to walk 10 feet to clean the drink area! Food is gross with flies on everything!!!! The city needs to do an inspection and Stripes Corporate needs to get rid of some lazy employees!!!

The manager profiled me as a theft because she didn’t see me put the item back therefore she assumed I stole it. When she asked where it was I told her I put it back and still didn’t believe me. Another worker saw me put it back and proceeded to tell her that I put it back. Old grumpy heavier set lady horrible customer service from her. FIRE HER !

Never ever buy breakfast tacos from,this stripes location. Ive bought breakfast tacos at other locations and never had any issues until this morning. The eggs in every taco tasted very horrible and under cooked, definitely bot the usual taste of goodness like the other stripes locations. If you are looking for breakfast tacos from the laredo taco company dont go here, you definitely want to go where the people cooking know what they are doing and actual care about the quailty of the food being made.

I went in to redeem a Pick 3 winning ticket...the sneak behind Register handed me a $20... Ashley...I asked her "just $20"..she looks at machine at says yes that's it...I left...felt uneasy about so I called lotto commission...Ticket should have been $40....I return to store...she pays me $20 and pulls my winning $40 slip out of trash....when I asked her why she didn't give me winning slip earlier or receipt...her reply was" I didnt ask for it ".. She tried to blame machine and excuses about previous winners...blah blah...Beware to all lotto players...Check your slips....Shame on you Ashley.....

My son and I was just profiled at this store. We were told and not asked to leave or H.E.B bag by the front door. Total disrespect to us as customers. This is one customer who will never do business with this location again.
