Going to be quite honest, Ross doesn't really feel like a "discount store" because the prices haven't really changed all too much. This Ross was too small and chaotic. Me and the wife didn't really find anything we liked. The line was a little on the long side for being the morning. We left empty handed. However the store was bright and vibrant which gives it a couple of stars back. We probably won't be returning to this Ross or other Ross stores till their prices change to real discount status. $60 for a pair of shoes that are supposed to be "discounted" is outrageous. Might as well go to Shoe Carnival in Corpus Christi. 2/5 stars. Disappointed by the prices.

This location is one of the most clean and quiet Ross' I've ever been too. Very tidy, nothing thrown all over the place like others I have been too. The locations in houston are a mess compared to this one. It seems as if the employees like working here.

I have visited the 2 locations SPID and 5 points I tend to favor the 5 points more ,organized,visibly clean and Service is pretty easily obtained..so good bargains at greater discounts.. actually I just changed my Star from 4 to 5 Stars ..because the thought of savings made me smile ..5 stars way to go Ross !

Super dirty store, this place reminds me of a flea market or garage sale setting, manager needs help to get this store up to par with other Ross stores

Hit or miss. Someday I find good deals others, I wonder how they can resale the products that are being returned and touched/used and put it back on the shelf for someone else to use and catch pink eye or something. Pretty sure it doesn't pass health regulations. So I just buy the art supplies that havnt been used. Take that info with what you will, but test this theory and u will be surprised like I was to see the damaged product on the shelf the next day.

This Ross is the cleanest. I've been in... the staff is friendly and love the deals on unique items. The only thing is alot of customers get things and don't know how to put them back. They just leave the items on the racks and walk away.... perhaps these stores could be better if customers would just put things back where they grab them from.

Really clean and organized. I think this is the only Ross I've ever been too that was actually as clean and organized as this one! Everyone is so friendly, great deals ofcourse. This one is better than the one is corpus. Much better environ also

It was okay, there was stuff ALL over the floor we had to walk over and the alarms they connect to the purses kept randomly going off. Stuff was just sort of thrown around, messy and disorganized is the first thing that came to mind.

Clean, organized , quick cashiers and lines. Not burning up hot...I have been to other Ross' and always seems like the ac is none existence and makes shopping experience very uncomfortable. I have gotten to point before that I left everything planned on purchasing on a table and walking out due to being irritated by this.

The variety of a bit more than just the best of all worlds most famous people who are not allowed to be able too much more than one of those people who are asked ü question, and they are not sure what is a good deal. I love shopping at Ross. Go just about every other day. Always find something I like, either for home or myself. The store has different things every time I go by there. At very good prices also.

Great store to buy toys. Most of the time through out the year Ross will receive really expensive toys from other retailers like the now defunct Toys R Us, and sell them at a great discount. Shop here for almost anything you need, from shower curtains, to chocolate covered macadamia nuts, Ross has it.

The men's clothing section is always empty It looks like it's been ransacked every time that I go there if you can go to the one off of SpID that one is much better
