Our fur babies love coming here! They literally drag me to the door. Staff is very caring and helpful. We board regularly and also have play dates and baths. We recently had to extend their stay unexpectedly due to airline delays and they were very accommodating. Staff also takes pics of the pups and we get photos of them enjoying their stay. We love Pooch Pad!

We LOVE the Pooch Pad! I was very about nervous leaving my two dogs because they have separation anxiety but the staff at Pooch pad are absolutely wonderful! My two dogs were well taken care of and given so much love while we were away. We are so happy we have found such a great place to leave our doggies, they always have a great time with the pooch pal gals. We also love reading their report cards when they come home.

We left out blue heeler Wrangler at the pooch pad for 5 days and he absolutely loved it. When we picked him up on Wednesday he was all tuckered out and didn’t last the drive home before he was asleep. The staff was super friendly, the stay was affordable, and I love that we received pictures of how much fun he had with his new friends. We will definitely be bringing him back in the future.

Hailey and her staff at Pooch Pad offer the BEST care around! They treat our three huskies like they are their own family pets! We have a two-year old husky with epilepsy and complete blindness, and they accommodate his every need. I have never felt so comfortable leaving our pups anywhere in Corpus Christi. Pooch Pad is a life-saver!

They have separate groups of dogs big and small that all play in a room full of toys with supervision at staggered hours. I was a little nervous about how my pup would do and the owner of this establishment was very professional and helpful in assuaging my concerns. She promised to be honest in how he does socially with the other pups, and even went so far to offer to take some videos of him playing to show me how well he does. Besides the excellent and safe care my dog will get here, they have very manageable hours and are the most affordable pet day care in town. You and your pet should come try them out.

Fantastic place, i was quite impressed. The staff is fantastic, prices are great and they even through in bonuses in comparison to other boarding places in corpus that want to charge you $20 to give your pet a good night kiss or a single photo. The pooch pad tucked my 2 year old slightly skittish dog every night and sent me lots of pics of all the fun he was having whenever i asked. I've checked in to every boarding facility in corpus and pooch pad hits it out of the park on every level. More interaction, more affection and love, more potty breaks, less price. I won't take my dog anywhere else. Many places will literally just put your dog in a room with nothing but 2 potty breaks a day unless you pay $65 a day. That's like prison for a dog! Pooch pad did twice the amount of activities for half the price. I'm thoroughly impressed and am thinking of taking my dog to day care as well there cause he had so much fun. They'll even play with your dog 1 on 1 if they don't like other dogs. Blows my mind how real these people are and not just in it to make money. Thank you pooch pad for taking wonderful care of Charlie the dingo! Y'all are amazing people.

Great place and friendly staff. Pup seemed to have enjoyed himself. The only complaints I had, we requested grooming but it didn't get done because I picked him up a couple hours early. I wish I was told they wait until right before pickup to do it. Also, I didn't receive the photos of his playtime like I was told. The food I sent with him was untouched so don't know what happened there for two nights.

I was really nervous about leaving my rescue dog, Doc Holliday at the Pooch Pad. He has separation anxiety and I wasn’t sure if he was going to be a good fit. Not only did he pass his temperament test, but he fit right in! Everyone loved him, including the dogs he got to play with! My puppy nephew, Sammy, loves the Pooch Pad and I’m so happy Doc did so well! Thank you everyone!

The Pooch Pad is the best daycare and boarding facility I have ever used, and that's saying a lot, as our dogs are part of our family, and spend a ton of time and $ spoiling them. All of the staff, from the owners to all employees are great, friendly, and treat your dogs like part of their family as well. Highly recommended. Our dog Spot LOVES his time here.

Can I just say WOW!?The Pooch Pad is the first and ONLY place I'll leave my dogs! They welcomed us with open arms, and were patient during my multiple calls before I even reserved a room, then they greeted us with smiled and enthusiasm when we dropped off our babies. When I picked my pups up they had a sweet letter to send home- what a surprise! And then a few days later they send me pictures of my girls playing... that meant SO MUCH to me, and really made my day! The team there went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and I am already planning my doggies next stay! Thanks Pooch Pad!

They are very friendly and my dog does come out looking better than I left her. But when they get busy they tend to lose their kindness. Trying to also in a week advance place my dog in the pooch pad where she’s always been and they when I asked in .2 sec they said they were booked didn’t ask my name or my dogs name. I have been using the Pooch Pad for a little over 1 year. When I walk in I am always greeted with a smile and friendliness. I will continue to use this facility for they do not see it as a job to take care of my family (pets). They see them as friends to enjoy one's company with. Out of all the boarding facilities in the Corpus Christi area, the Pooch Pad stands out in appearance, price, and overall customer satisfaction. Thank you! EXCELLENT STAFF ALL AROUND!

Highly recommend. The ladies there certainly know how to run a business. They gave me pictures and updates. Mind you we were out of state for 4 days. I called and they picked up on the first ring and never once sounded bothered by me calling. Kuddos to the POOCH PAD!!!!

The Pooch Pad has very little outdoor play space and an inconsiderate staff. They missed our pick up time, and an employee called to tell us that she would come in later and call us to pick up the dogs, we never heard from her again. When we tried to go in during the time they had suggested no one showed up. We tried calling again, but finally gave up and went home at 8 pm. When the owner called the next day she asked us never to call her employees at their homes again, even though that was the only number we had that received a response, and told us to pick up our dogs by 3 or we would have to pay for the extra day that we had not scheduled.I was extremely disappointed with the rudeness of the staff and have no intention of bringing my dogs there again. I'm very surprised by the other review, because I witnessed no such loving behavior towards my pets.
