We just got a new kitten today and needed to get stuff for her , we did find most things , we did not find a small bed for the crate we got so she can be in our office while she is little. The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful as we were all over store looking for what we needed. We will go back for more kitten litter , stopped on the way home at a different pet store in Moore Plaza, and they did not have anything I needed. The people knew nothing , so only Petsmart for us.

Wonderful experience there tonight! The guy in reptiles/fish was extremely helpful. We bought a piebald chameleon & purchased the setup piece by piece. He answered every question and was able to get us all set up with everything I wanted within 20 minutes of closing time.

Gina was awesome at helping my son and I pick out fish and aquarium set up. She gave us a well explained education on the set up and biology of the tank. She was patient and kind and we never felt rushed. I have never had such a well informed discussion on fish like this . We really appreciate it and this lady needs a raise. Thank you Gina 😊

PetSmart is one of my favorite stores not only mine but my pugs as well his veterinarian it's located in store and also grooming services. When I tell my pug let's go to PetSmart he knows where we're going very smart pug I highly recommend PetSmart over any other store even Petco

The place to go if you need supplies for your babies. I can get food for my Bearded Dragon, treats and cute dresses for my sheep-doodle. Clean store and friendly staff. Always a good shopping experience.

This PetSmart is always clean, quiet, and well stocked when I go and gas very good prices. We went in today and the woman working in the fish section overheard us talking about plans for our current tank and went out of her way to give me super important information that I didn't have and saved our tank a lot of trouble.

I took my dogs here to be groomed one time and one time only. I have two Pitbulls who were very friendly to the staff. Upon arrival we were welcomed with one of the groomer stating that she would not be grooming our dogs because she did not sign up to get bit. The comment was disappointing and very disgusting considering my dogs have never had a problem at the groomers. However, when you apply to be a dog groomer, you have to understand that there are risks. So you did in fact sign up for this. I have taken my dog to the groomers all their lives and never once have they bit someone. I would not be a responsible pet owner if I took them to a groomer knowing that they were not friendly. Despite this one groomer, the rest of the staff was very friendly but, her comment made me worry for my dog safety and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

They typically have everything we need for our cat and our dog. Despite all the animals walking in and out all the time the place is pretty clean. The store seems pretty well staffed and the staff have always been friendly. No complaints!

Dude with the red hair working the front counter is keeping a naughty or nice list and makes a tally on it if you decide to donate to petsmart charities or not. I get what he’s trying to do which is keep track but he’s essentially shaming people who decide not to donate. Some people don’t have the extra money to donate even if they want to and they shouldn’t be shamed for it. I’ve been coming to this petsmart for years and now honestly I’m not sure I’ll be back. Very bad form allowing an employee to do this in my opinion.

I dislike coming here, I spoil my girls so I get random items, don't get me wrong, this is a good store! It's like when I go grocery shopping when hungry, grab, grab, grab! Great store. 👍🏼

Went in to look at dogs and get some aquarium supplies. Store employees were not very helpful, mostly teens visiting with each other. Did find what we came for, prices are comparable to other pet stores. It’s ok but nothing outstanding compared to this same franchise in other cities like Austin or Houston. Ok but nothing to make me excited about going back.

I do love shopping here for just the right items for my dog.They have a NEW selection of snacks for dogs and freeze dried items without any additives. You are able to get prescription food with the use of a prescription card they issue after confirming your Veternarian's office.Always clean and I think with what you pay for there should be atleast three people at the registers.Some items can be pricey, so compare here to online, to Sam's Club and other stores.But I am sure if you can't get prescribed food at your Veternarian's Office, you can get it here. 😃

I had purchased three fish and they died. I was helped out by an older lady in fish department. I swear I have never left anywhere feeling so informed and had all my questions answered. She even tested my water to make sure we were OK at my request. She also gave me information to look into for future purchases. I definitely will be back. I hope she’s here.

Got two beta fish and live plants to go in their tanks I ordered that mount to my living room wall. They are really cool looking and different than your regular old fish in a bowl and the betta fish are beautiful and the fish guy was helpful with what the best food and products were for the fish we got a few weeks ago. They are going strong and still swimming and look very healthy!

For over 2 months now, they have not been restocking the dog food nor treats my dogs will eat. The store could obviously see it was being bought yet haven't bothered to restock. Can't get it shipped either. Amazon carries some of them at a much higher price and I will be forced to shop on Amazon. Not keeping shelves stocked is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.

Not much here. Was very disappointed. We travel full-time from state to state & this location was one of the bottom 2 PetSmart locations so far. There was a long line of customers trying to checkout & there was only 1 cashier until we were close to the end. I usually look forward to going into PetSmarts but not here.

The banfield animal hospital is inside of PetSmart. Very fun place to go and spend money you don't have on your pet. Report card for good behavior pets! Very nice 👍👌😊 ❤️💕💖❣️.
