charlene, lucy's groomer, always does a great job and most if all lucy loves her! lucy is a 2 1/2yo golden retriever and gets excited just getting to walk to the end of the sidewalk. she loves everyone which does not make her the easiest to work with. charlene doesn't seem to have too much trouble tho ... all i have to say is, 'let's go see charlene' and lucy is ready!

Brittany is the absolute best groomer we could ask for. She puts my dog at ease. He loves to go visit “his girlfriend” Brittany. If Brittany was not there, I would have to find somewhere else to go. She has always done an absolute awesome job and I am so thankful to have her at our local Petco.

My dogs were being groomed at another place but they did not seem quite groomed as I would have liked them to be. I called Petco and spoke with Emily. She groomed both my dogs and I was really amazed. She did a GREAT JOB so from now on my dogs are going to Petco with Emily. Thank You Petco and Emily!!

Brittany was very good with our dog. His first groom ever was with her in June 2020, and she was absolutely perfect with him. This time was the same, she took as much care with him this time as she did his first time. She will be our groomer, Remi will go no where else.

Drove an hour to my appointment to get turned down over a name change. (His adopted name to his new name) Same dog same everything, literally just different name. Ridiculous. And groomer was late. Which i wasnt trippin about. No big deal. But waited 10 minutes for her to get there just to tell me I have to reschedule under the correct name. Stupid.

Cassandra did an awesome job on my Gizmo's first grooming experience! She was very in tune to his anxiety with the blow dryer. He was so relaxed when I picked him up. I will definitely go back again for his grooming!

Time is valuable for a customer and the workers so I was very surprised when they set time aside to see my pup and was never told the rules before bringing him in and the only thing I was told was to have his shot records. To go in and be told that they couldn’t take him because he was on cbd was very upsetting. Thanks for wasting my time.
