Ridiculous I get a text the day before my appointment and it says. Well see you tomorrow nothing about confirming. Then show up next day and they had sent a text saying it was canceled at 7:30 pm cause I didn't call to confirm. Maybe if they answered their phone or had somewhere to confirm online. It would've been confirmed. Absolutely ridiculous to have to confirm an appointment you set weeks in advance. I took off work to be here. Never again.

We had a great experience. We bought a Chinchilla and the young gentleman that helped us out was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped us get items together for our new pet. Our pet was very well cared for and was not skiddish at all. Will definitely be going back.

We stopped in on our way to the hotel to get some kitty food and let the kitties have a break from the car. The employees were all very friendly and went out of their way to let us know where to find clearance items for the cats we missed. Well stocked store. Nice employees. We enjoyed our visits very much. Thanks!

Well, someone told my daughter that a zebra Daniel could live in a goldfish bowl without a filter, so when we went back to get him a few friends since he is a schooling fish, your assistant manager told us that was all wrong and only a goldfish or beta could do that. We decided on a beta, but know I have to return everything back to the store. When I went yp to pay, the young lady rang me up and then just looked at me. I asked her if she was going to put my items in a bag and she told me they were 11 cents. If that was the case, she should have informed me while I was paying so I wasn't left floundering with my items at the last minute. Truly not a good experience.

This PetCo was alright. Although, the wife, I, and Snowball are mildly disappointed at the rather small selection of kitty stuff. The PetCo in town is definitely better. If you're a dog owner, you'll have no troubles in this store. But if you're a cat owner, I would say to not try making the 20 minute trip out to this location. 3/5 stars. Sorry, PetCo. Please make your selection a little bigger on cat supplies and kitty toys. Snowball will definitely be much happier if this is the case!

Got my maincoon groomed here yesterday and absolutely loved the service I received! My groomer spotted a health concern I never saw so I took him straight to the vet! She was gentle and did an amazing job! Can’t wait to come back

We had a wonderful day looking at all the animals. They looked healthy and happy. The Ferrets looked especially sweet and loving. Gabriel was an big help to us in the fish department! We purchased quite a few fish and aquatic plants and all are doing well!! There were so many dogs getting groomed and they all looked beautiful and happy about their spaw day! Knowledgeable and so friendly are the staff it’s such a pleasure to spend time here browsing and buying!! We will be back for sure because we have a large beautiful tank to fill with happy Petco fish and plants!!

I have had multiple experiences with your local (to me 78410) store. Multiple times I have attempted a curbside order, to get all the way through checkout and waiting for it to be ready only to be informed its not in stock (when website clearly said it was) and my order being cancelled and waiting days for a refund. Have purchased multiple things in store, mostly aquatic department, several employees are fantastic and awesome to deal with and ask questions. But have had several experiences where the worker did not know what they were talking about. Had one person getting me fish when she dropped them on the floor, several, and proceeded to grab them by her nails/hands and pick them up and proceed to give them to me anyways. That was after she was on her phone by the tanks when I requested assistance and she informed me she'd get someone else because her shift was almost done. All of those fish died within a couple days. Then you can go and find no one to help you. Now it seems that all personnel have changed and none of the regulars I enjoy dealing with work at my store anymore. Your selection of freshwater plants is horrible. None that I have purchased here have thrived and lived. I have resorted to ordering online and within a week they are growing new leaves and look wonderful. Now add in the charge for a plastic bag and I am ready to wash my hands of my local store completely. If it weren't for the ability to see fish in person when researching what to add to my tank I probably would not step in this store again.

I was very disappointed with them . All they if his shot records were updated and I say yes. So they took him in last month they did wonderful work. Today he had appointments and they ask if he had positive in heart worm last month I gave them his records. My daughter took him in cause I was not feeling well. What she didn't know that he was clear and they wouldn't take him in.

The manager Raven is rude! Went in to buy a fish and she refused to sell a goldfish to us. We had bought the same fish and others from that store before with no questions asked. All of a sudden we get 20 questions regarding our aquarium size and capacity. Will never shop there again. Would rather drive 30 miles to Petsmart.

We Love Petco! A new addition to the Family is a Rose Petal Beta his name is Chanchai Chati, meaning Skilled Winner and Life! Staff is very helpful! 🐟🌊💙 PS Chancai passed away, he lived a very good long life, I never used chemical to balance tap water, I alway used Ozarka Natural Spring Water.

I go into this petco every time that I come to town. Every time I look for a certain tropical fish and every time I am disappointed. They do however have everything to get you started in the fish keeping hobby including many of the most common fish. They also have plenty of other pet supplies for your dogs, cats and birds. Prices are reasonable for the most part. The store is well lit and the employees are polite and helpful.
