My first time getting my dog groomed here, and not disappointed at all. Sara at the salon did an awesome job. My fur baby usually comes out of a groom overwhelmed. Today was different. When I picked her up she had a full boost of confidence. She’s never been so happy after a groom. I’ll definitely be re-booking

Such a fun small town town feel. The staff is so friendly. Plenty of staff walking around asking if there was anything we needed help with. Aisles are stocked up and this weekend is free nail clips and wash station use in honor of their Grand Opening. The wash stations have everything you need for self service; if you need brushes though bring your own. They offer towels and aprons. Great selection of pet products for both dogs and cats. They have a dog deli and a bakery case full of yummy treats. Loved it here here we will return.

This is only a review on their aquarium section. I just bought some live-bearers here and they had Camallanus worms. Horrible to treat and have had 3/5 die in a hospital tank so far.Small freshwater selection, pro was plants were on sale so I was excited but not if they have Camallanus (spread through shared water and equipment like nets and can live on plants)! Be sure to quarantine anything for at least 3 months from this place.

Called this store for a pet product and the female that answered the phone hung up! Not Cool! We will not be needing your supplies. My fur babies and our time is important to us and we deserve to be treated with Kindness and respect.

Have always liked this chain. They get in some interesting exotic fish from time to time. Adding variety to the aquarium plants available locally, too.Their prices on some products don't match the local economy: They had a tiny bag of Temptations cat treats on CLEARANCE for $3.Meanwhile, Dollar General has sold this same size for $1 from 2013-2020, and now charges $1.25. If $3 is the "clearance" price, what did corporate put for retail???🤣🤣🤣Dudes, the average HOUSEHOLD income is $30K/year in Corpus Christi TX (2020 Census data). Corporate needs to do multi-tier pricing. This isn't Dallas.

I purchased two Starmark flex grip bones. One of my dogs bit the corners of it within two hours of purchasing. I called the store to see if I could return/exchange the item. Store clerk answered the phone, i explained what happened, she said she was going to check. A man gets on the phone and asks what’s going on without saying who he was, I tell him a young lady was already helping me. He replies “I am the store manager, and I need to know EXACTLY what’s going on”. Explain what happened, he said “if your dog shredded it, that’s on your dog. I’m not returning it”. I’ve had something similar happen at Pet Smart and they were kind enough to exchange the toy for something different. I will continue to shop at Pet Smart.

First time at the do it yourself bath stations. They were very convenient. Everything was provided. Shampoo, towels, blow dryer, even an apron. Bring an extra collar if you don't want your furry family member to go home with a wet collar. The showers do have anchored leashes at both ends of the shower stall but no collars. Oh and the stations are sanitized between uses.

We recently bought a total of 4 crabs from this store as well as accessories such as a tank, food, bedding, decor and toys... stuff like that. They had the best prices for their crabs! Literally half the cost of petco! They were pretty busy so I didn't want to ask too many questions as they were already in a rush it seemed. One of the things I loved about this store and wish I would've took a picture of to show everyone is that they literally had a puppy treat bakery! Like cupcakes, cookies and all types of desserts that are super cute for you dogs!

DO NOT BUY A PET FROM HERE!!!!! I bought hamster from here not even 2 weeks ago and 5 days after I brought her home she got wet tail and 6 days later after her wet tail she had a prolapse (her intestines were coming out of her bottom). I went to the vet several times and got her seen and she was doing better but I might have to put her down soon cause she got worse again.

Took Eeva to the self wash station. We had a great time. The washroom was very roomy and could fit a large dog. My eeva here is only 38 pounds. Different safe soaps with an amazing dryer near by. We also washed my dwarf husky Nova but didn't take any pictures with her. Next time for sure. I enjoyed looking around at all the premium foods, toys, and their services. Had a good selections for all types of pets. I have hope this store is only going to improve over time. With that being said $15/wash for an hour is not that bad. They did good with clipping the girls nails. I love the fish variety they provide. What a good grand opening! We will be back !! Thank you💕💕

Overall this is one of my favorite places for dog food and treats and I know it’s not the locations fault but it would be nice if they had more of a constant selection of certain brands of food.

Eeva had a great time getting bathed with their self wash station. It was super easy to use with numerous settings for their shower, an employee also showed us they had different interchangeable heads for their dryer to make drying go by way faster depending on the length of hair. They also had apons available for use so we don't get our clothes wet which was super helpful, especially since this girl loooves to shake, all that for only about $15 for an HOUR we'll definitely be back again soon 😊❤️🐶🐾

The one star is for the groomer. My husband took my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for his anal glands to be expressed. First of all, the appointment was for noon and they didn't get to our dog until 3:30. He told them "NO cutting his hair". So what did they do? They cut all of his long Cavalier hair off that took almost 2 years to grow in!!!!!!!!! Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are SUPPOSED TO BE FEATHERED AND HAIRY!!!! Read the breed standard! If we were showing him, he would be ruined for shows!!!! So after your dog gets groomed they give you a bandana and shopping bag. Is that to wrap your dog in to hide the botch job they did on your pet when leaving the store?I do NOT recommend the groomer here and will NEVER take my dog back here. This groomer needs to be fired! Totally incompetent!!!!!

Its a very nice a cool store that has a wide selection of pets, pet supplies(hence the name), treats, and more. My only complaint is that i saw about 1 or 2 marine fish sick with the ich. I only hope they can cure it before its sold, and becomes a customers problem.

This store has what you need for your fur baby... My cat is a senior at 22 years. We usually buy his food at Walmart, but when we went in to get the Catit water filters we saw it there and they price match! So no more traveling to two stores. And the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, putting the customer first! Two thumbs up for this store and it's employees!!!

They have a lot of great products. Staff is friendly. I really love that they have a pet washing station in the back of the store. Great selections high to moderate pricing for those who truly spoil their fur families. Very aisle has sale prices available.

I took my super matted rescue for grooming and Elena did an awesome job. She was so sweet to him. I really appreciate that she took her time to get his mats out carefully. He looks completely different and feels so much better without his matted fur coat! Aurora gave my drama queen chihuahua a bath and was able to get her nails done. Thank you very much!

Service was okay the first time I checked out!, But I returned due to a fish dying we purchased. I was initially not given a receipt but was able to talk to the employees and they acknowledge I was infact there the prior day. It's not that difficult to pull a receipt for a purchase the prior day. They refused the return or exchange.This is a no go for me, returns are much easier at Petco and petsmart. Will not shop here again simply due to the poor or limited return process, I'll simply dispute the charge on my card. Problem solved

Actually, this place surprised me. They do have a great selection of products including the regular that is not as pricey. A huge plus is the discounts you could get just for buying more things and clearance items that you actually can use. They even have pet washing stations. 4 stars only because similar dog collars at Walmart were 3X the price no reasonable price options. But overall I do recommend and will return myself.

Decided to try this place yesterday after always going to petco, to buy a 150w reptile light bulb for our bearded dragon. After we purchased it, went home and put in the bulb, we noticed that it wasn't working. We checked the bulb and noticed it wasn't the right bulb wattage as was read on the box. So it looked like someone switched out their old bulb with a new bulb at the store and put it in the box. Tried to return it the next day and was told, it was a brand they don't even sell 🙄 so we couldn't get it return. So we lost $18 and our bearded dragon doesn't have a bulb. MAKE SURE TO OPEN THE BOX AND CHECK THE BRAND AND WATTAGE, THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!! We learned the hard way. This store needs to check all their bulbs and have a better way of preventing this, they have thieves 😑 anyways, never trying another pet store again 🙃
