Bottom line:decent coffee, but there are better and less expensive places to have breakfast.The bad:I gave this place a second shot, but honestly this location feels dark and grimy the further you get into the restaurant. I feel like their staff don't have enough time to do a full cleaning for some reason. Their floors are dirty and the walls and sides of the counter seem a bit grimy. It doesn't show up well on camera, but it's there. There's dust up on and around the vents and several of the roof tiles have water damage.As for the price, it's not really worth what you get. You're paying essentially the same you would at a Starbucks for less quality. The menu link on Google Maps also takes you to an out of date menu with more reasonable prices listed. I'm not sure how this place stays in business unless there are quite a few companies ordering from it for events. The fact its served on the cheapest of cheap disposable plates is also silly.The good:The staff are nice enough and the muffin was about what you'd expect. The coffee was pretty good. I didnt feel like I would get sick eating here.

I'll continue to go to the other location. Mini Muffins were not good at all very dry and my bagel was just ok. Customer service was horrible the look on the employee's face was like I was bugging her by being there. I read the reviews on this one and thought this place couldn't be that bad well it was. Save your time and money and go to a different location trust me.

Love this establishment.....first off....the staff was so courteous and helpful! The food was warm and good....really enjoyed the visit and will DEFINITELY return. They serve muffins, bagels, breakfast sandwiches,kalaches as well as coffee & coffee drinks, etc. Very inviting atmosphere with quotes around as well as signage

Normally I love My Favorite Muffin but I don't think ill ever go back after today. When I got home to eat my bagel, I noticed Mold on my sandwich. After I put it down, I also noticed a weird piece of metal in the bagel itself? When I called, i was told there was no refunds. Only store credit or an exchange. I'm sorry but I'm not going to go back to a place where there was metal in my food? Sad to see this place going downhill.

They never have enough Death by Chocolate muffins. It's one of their most popular muffin and they never make enough of them. It's very disappointing to decide to spend that kind of money on your favorite muffin only to be told they sold out AGAIN. They will try to talk you into something else, but none of the other muffins are that good. Really wish they would increase the amount they make every day of this particular muffin. It's also disappointing when it's your kids favorite muffin and you have to see the disappointed look on their face when you get home and tell them they were all out 😞

Best bagels in town. Huge selection and, of course, many muffin selections. They had 4 coffee choices, a decaf (yay!) and a pumpkin spice coffee. It's pump-yourself coffee so took off a star because the coffee is never "pipin' hot" out of a pumper. Very friendly staff, clean, comfy, uncrowded at 10 am. I think it'd be nice if they put seating on the sidewalk. Might attract more customers too.

I am very sad to be writing this but I probably won’t be back to my favorite muffin. I guess they didn’t hear me when I walked in because nobody came up to take my order for like 7 minutes. I got the classic Turkey sandwich on a sourdough bagel and I’m giving more than one star because the bagel itself (as always) was amazing. But the sandwich just had a tiny piece of lettuce on it and there was a long hair in the sandwich. If I didn’t check to see if there was lettuce under the turkey, I would’ve eaten the hair :(. I used to love coming here but it’s not the same.

Went by this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a muffin warmed up with butter from the asian lady in the front. As my food was prepared she asked me to pay so I did and left a tip. After handing me my food no butter was in the bag so I ask for some a second time. She stated we charge for butter did you want to pay for it?..... After asking for it the first time I would have just paid for it but now that I was charged she was prepared to run my card again for some butter after leaving a tip for 3 minutes of work.... no returning customer appreciation. Shes trying to be fast which is good but she not listening to orders.

Completely misunderstood my coffee order, after I repeated it twice I got the wrong order. I tried to correct her, but she insisted that was what I had ordered. I’ve ordered the exact same coffee order at multiple different locations and gotten exactly what I requested. For some reason this location isn’t willing to work with their customers.

This used to be my favorite place to get coffee from but recently it just feels like the coffee has gone downhill. I always get the white chocolate mocha every single time I get it there is burnt milk in my cup that ends up tasting like a soggy piece of paper. When I pay $6 for a small coffee it shouldn't have that issue.

The staff was unprofessional, the whole place smelled unkept and was dirty.The coffee was borderline room temp. And who puts that much cream cheese on a bagel?!It was my first and last time trying My Favorite Muffin.

Did I go to a different place ? I honestly think that my daughter made better muffins in her Easy Bake Oven as a child. I tried 6 different muffins and disliked each and every one of them.Upon entering, I expected to see a beautiful variety of over the top muffins…some topped with a streusel, some with a drizzle and some just delicious with no extra bells and whistles. To my disappointment, I was left standing before a case of flat topped, blah, unimpressive, sad excuses for muffins. There was not one bite that was memorable in any kind of a good way.Muffins aside, I’m pretty sure that sitting a carton of 1/2 and 1/2 in a bowl of ice water is a health code violation not to mention being a bit off putting and has anyone forgotten about Covid?

Every time I politely ask for no onions, they put onions. Every time I ask for not toasted, they not only toast it but they charr it. Their vegetables are always at least partially rotten, they once gave me vegetable cream cheese that was clearly very expired and smelled very expired, and they've given me bad smoked salmon at least once. I have still gone there because it's pretty much the only place to get bagels but i give up, I'm done with this place, it's not worth any of the money I spent there giving them so many chances, nor future money.

DIRTY. I’d had their muffins for different events and meetings, and they were always good. But I made the mistake of stopping in their store. It is nasty. The kitchen is disorganized and filthy, the benches and tables and caked with junk, ripped, and stained, the surfaces look generally dingy, and the store looks unkempt and even smells old. I’m shocked that more people haven’t mentioned it in reviews. Yes, the people are friendly and the food is pretty good, but it is simply too dirty to eat there on purpose.

I have been eye balling this place since 2014. I drive by it everyday. The building is appealing and the location is convenient.After months and months of dieting I decided to treat myself and give this place a try.I was extremely excited, I walked in the door and it was one of the most awkward experiences EVER! One person was ahead of me ordering, as I walked in the door the girl at the counter looked at me with disgust. It may have been because I walked in half an hour before closing. I felt so uncomfortable.I walked towards their muffin section and saw a bunch of micro tiny muffins that looked dry and old.I don't like to judge a book by it's cover so I went ahead and started to place my order. I asked the girl, if they made raspberry danishes and her tone was just WAY OFF! She seemed bothered by my question.I tried to rub off her rude tone and ordered three mini muffins, oreo, chocoate and a peanut butter one. I was so uncomfortable that I rushed out! I didn't get to look around. I felt so un welcomed.Needless to say, I was NOT impressed at all by their muffins and will NOT be going back!

I've been coming here for 4 years now and I swear I've never experienced bad service! The food has always been great and so has the team.. Everyone I bring here falls in love with this place including friends from out of town.. thank you for the great service and amazing chicken Caesar sandwich!!

Everything from breakfast sandwiches to yummy muffins. Not your ordinary muffins. Deep dish apple pie is my favorite. Kolaches and drinks. Also lunch sandwiches. The help is not so friendly. But did understand my order.

I used to love getting their cali club on a garlic bagel. Last time I went there, the meat was literally turning green and was slimy. Never again!
