We LOVE the self wash stations!! It was always a hustle to bathe a dog that doesn’t like water in our bathtub😩 that’s why we started going to Muddy Paws weekly for self washes. They provide everything you would need/want for bathing a pup — shampoo, conditioner, detangling spray, towels, velocity hairdryer!!! Bathing our golden doodle has never been easier 10/10 highly recommend⭐️

Sadly, their customer service went down. We used to be greeted before and after our Sr pup’s grooming. The front desk Cynthia checked us in as normal, then reached for our leash. I asked where is the groomer to go over grooming details. She rudely pulled the book out and read quickly, then asked me, “Like last time?” I confirmed with her on the length on the body was different than the tail and not to cut his face nor whiskers. She rudely, “Yes, we have that in the notes, So like last time!”Then when I picked him up. The same front desk lady mentioned how our Sr dog was shaking a lot in the kennel. I asked if something happened. She said, “No, he is shaking in the kennel a lot”. Then said, she will go get him. I said, “You are going to get him?” She said yes, as already zoomed by me. To me letting her know I have a cash tip for $10 (2X$5). She quickly came back and grabbed it. Our dog came bolting out of the door. He is 14yrs old and a Tibetan Spaniel. His face had been cut down to a 7.I called to speak to the manager. During my call, the front desk female, Cynthia did apologize and it was in the notes or relayed to the groomer. I asked to speak to the groomer. The groomer never apologized and instead blamed my wife for wanting his whole body cut when she never even spoke to her and then hung up on me. Also denying its in the notes to leave his face and whiskers alone. I asked to be contacted by the manager to which I haven’t heard back.My observation, 5-6 dogs are being checked in at one time for I believe to one groomer. The groomer no longer meets with the client before nor after so I definitely believe she didn’t check any notes located in a book in the front of the bldg. plus his tail wasn’t cut to a 7, and was left fluffy.They have traded customer service to now running a grooming department like a puppy mill.

This place is sooo awesome!! So easy to go in and wash my two doggies... they didn't like it, lol but they sure do smell better!! Everyone is so friendly, and helpful.I will continue taking our dogs to them.

While visiting Corpus Christi we had are dog groomed. It was just a walk away from our hotel. We were a walk in. Yes able to groom her that day. Groomer did a amazing job!

Oh man!! This place is soooo nice!! I took my Lincoln to get a GOOD bath that only his Mom could give him since EVERYBODY gets nervous about the growls😉😳😂- it’s all Good!! It’s OUR TIME! This place is clean, organized, welcoming and there is no DOG they won’t care for! They even offer grooming!! And did you see his Christmas photos- Yeah, we did that at Muddy Paws, too!! They do Birthdays!!! The owners are friendly and informative about their supplies, dog treats, dog brands and well, DOGS!! Thanks Muddy Paws🐾Lincoln and I will be back!

Amazing service! The groomers have 5 & 15 years of experience grooming so they really know what they're doing! They really take their time with each pet to make sure everything is perfect and tailored to each clients needs. They are also VERY sweet people and they make everyone feel like VIP clients. My directions were not followed when grooming my beautiful boy who now looks hacked up. Thank goodness hair grows back.

Amazing place!We are not from here but we always want to support small businesses rather than petco or pets mart. We are so happy we found this place! They even have our dog food that is supper hard to find. The ladies were so sweet and helpful. We will be back!! Highly recommend.

I came here recently and had the absolute worst experience. The one lady who works there was eye balling me in every isle like I was going to steal a dog biscuit or something. My puppy only has one eye so I was coming to find him a cool eye-patch and she just started going off at me for abusing animals. I tried explaining to her that it was a birth defect and just started screaming at me after explaining to her that I got the puppy from a shelter instead of a breeder, I was in so much shock at this point. I hope that something gets done about this issue so nobody else will be effected by this awful woman.

I love this place. I take my lab mix here because she's a little much for a groomer. She doesn't behave but I can bath her and give her the full treatment at the self wash.

We took our 3 best friends here today to get cleaned up from beach activities and were beyond impressed, my buddies came out smelling fresh and looking pristine! Great place to wash the dog! Bring some thicker shampoos and conditioner if your pups fur is thick. They gave me some but I am not sure if the kind they gave me is always available cause the one at the tub is watered down too much so I ask for the some other kind. They were great and gave me some. Just not sure if that is ok always.

Great place .Has full service grooming as well as washing stalls to rent out for a very reasonable fee. Complete with blow dryer , towels, shampoo scrubbers, etc . Supper nice staff. Great location right in front of South side vet clinic . I highly recommend it!

I have a Shih Tzu his name is Bailey had an infection in his urine and bought goat milk with cranberry at muddy paws and it helped him a lot. The infection is gone. Thank you muddy paws for being there for Bailey.
