The staff at this Lowe's were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered. They were always happy to answer my questions.The store itself was spotless, from the aisles to the restrooms. I found the prices to be very competitive, and they even had a great selection of clearance items. I recently bought a washer and dryer here, and the staff was fantastic throughout the entire process. They helped me choose the right appliances, explained all the features, and even loaded them onto my truck for me.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Lowe's to anyone looking for a great selection of home improvement products, friendly service, and a clean and organized shopping experience. Kudos to everyone who works there!

I love their garden area. It's very large with many plants. Just not the ones I wanted at the time. They will get a new delivery next week and have what I need. They are aways nice and clean, and for the most part, they will help you load your items for you.

Lowe’s is my favorite home improvement store. Having said that I was very disappointed in them today. I placed an order to be delivered on Friday because a group of people were coming to help me in my garden on Saturday. The delivery couldn’t be completed on Friday because the contract driver was at his allotted time. I did reschedule for Saturday but made it very clear I needed it by 9 in the morning, at the latest 10. It was scheduled for between 3 and 7pm. I tried calling to cancel but nobody answered the phone and the online return process is horrible and wouldn’t allow me to cancel the entire delivery just a part of it. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I went to Lowe's today to replace some stripped out hardware for motorcycle. Due to the overwhelming amount of options to choose from I asked for some assistance. The young lady called for some assistance over her radio and I waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up when she noticed I was still standing there there was another employee next to her and she asked him to help me he was extremely rude. Accused me of looking at him as if he were a piece of meat. Tossing bags of hardware that were in the wrong places with hatred. Constantly complaining. And when I asked for clarification because I couldn't see a certain number on the packaging he treated me like a kindergartener. I guess some people just don't belong in customer service.

Lowes just lost my business for good. Tried to make an exchange on a product that I purchased & they refused to make an exchange. This was a 2 part purchase with part 2 of the purchase having multiple items to choose from. The only way they would do anything was if I had both parts & did a full return & repurchase. I left the main part of the purchase at home as I wanted to keep that part, so I asked if the store could provide me with the flyer from the sale in which I purchased the items so I could see if the store had something in stock that I actually wanted & they refused to provide it for me stating that they would only provide it when I came back with the whole purchase, despite having a digital receipt to prove my purchase. So, I went all the way back home, gathered up the other part & returned to the store. Upon returning to the store, I was again told that nobody could help me & the manager was on lunch so I could either wait for approximately 20 minutes or come back again later. This is sub-par customer support & I will no longer give Lowes any more of my business.The only reason this rating even received 2 stars is because some of the associates I’ve dealt with in the different departments have been very nice & helpful.

They say they have stuff in stock, name an item. It'll say there's 94 in stock and allows you to purchase and pick up same day. Already charged and paid for. Hours go by, never getting, "order is ready". Later to discover, they don't have the items. There's a disconnect between placing an order pickup locally and the website that you order from. They're not communicating. I actually went to the store, hence the picture, and they're completely out. Weird. This has happened multiple times ever since 2019 - 2024. Still don't have the SRS (Store Replenishment System) working properly yet. Good luck on trying to call and get ahold of anyone. This was the Corpus Christi, TX location. Sadly, this seems to be common at multiple locations. Aransas Pass, TX, took six months to get the refrigerator I ordered, that was "instock" Lo & behold, it was the wrong one when it arrived. Their delivery service through "Spirit" horrible. Not Lowe's employees but executives are responsible for vetting delivery companies. They destroyed my front door threshold, tore the weather stripping and damaged the door frame. I even tried to help them, but they were rude and didn't care. They dropped it and wouldn't you know, the fridge dies, unrepairable by manufacturer nor the warranty would cover. Took another 6 months to get restitution. Lowe's is okay if you want to get some screws and some lumber and DIY.

Being a senior citizen & needing home improvement materials, I was dreading having to purchase these items by myself. Thanks to God for “Mingo, a store associate at store #1825, who was so helpful!!!Not only did he walk me to the department, but helped me sort through the paneling to find near perfect sheets, also loaded them on my cart! I took my daughter back to exchange some xmas lights and find her a tree. The female employee my daughter asked for help was not very friendly or helpful. We asked for help finding a tree stand, and pointed to a fixture, over there, she said. We were the only ones in the outdoor section. Anyway, when we finally found a stand it was missing the fasteners. We told the employee this and she shrugged her shoulders, said maybe it was a return. We left, I guess they have so many other shoppers, not caring about 1 guest will matter. Damn, I have a credit card from there too. Not for long.

Me: Hi, I need 7 gallons of this paint. It says you have 4 in stock, but there aren't any here.Lowes: We show inventory when it's on the truck to be delivered. Purchased appliances on 11/29/23. Gas Range, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator we wanted was not available so we opted to go with a substantially more expensive unit that was “in stock”. It is now 1/17/24 and still waiting on delivery of dishwasher, gas range, and refrigerator. We were told they were all in stock. They have canceled and rescheduled delivery 3 times already. I changed my weekly schedule 3 times already only to have them cancel delivery on scheduled day. They have not offered any form of compensation or reason as to why we were told these were all “available, and in stock”.I also tried to exchange a deadbolt and door knob set earlier today in order to get one with matching key. (Contractor mistakenly purchased one set with different key). I was told no, no exchanges, and the box had not even been opened. Granted, I had no receipt, but I only wanted to exchange for exact same product. You would think they would treat their customers a little better.Update: they rescheduled delivery of appliances again for Jan 31st. Then they called and canceled again. This is the 5th time.We need appliances to move in to our house. We finally got house rebuilt after fire three years ago. This is ridiculous. How does it go from “everything is currently in stock” to nothing? Still no compensation offered. @LowesCorpusChristiUpdate 1/31/24: went in, and had them call the vendor directly. Instead of Lowe’s making up another delivery date (which is what they’ve been doing), we can get actual date from the vendor looking up the purchase order. April 19th!!! Seriously. Paid for appliances on November 29th, 2023. Lowe’s says delivery within a week, after 5 cancellations by Lowe’s week after week. Actual delivery is 5 months. Do better, train your employees, and stop lying to your customers.

I bought a washer a year ago. I bought protection plan. Washer has gone out. Put in a claim. 10 days later no response. I need my washer fixed! Save your money and don't buy protection plan. It takes an act of congress to get washer fixed. And you can't even talk to anyone.

After my delivery for a freezer was delayed twice and rescheduled twice I went to the store and they again told me there was no stock available. So I canceled my order and went to Best Buy and bought a freezer there. When I returned home I got a call from Lowe’s delivery service saying they were on the way with my cancelled freezer. This Corpus Christi store can’t get anything correct and I’m not going there anymore.

This review is not for the store itself but for the warranty services. I purchased a washer in September of 2022.A few days ago the washer stopped draining. So I submitted a warranty claim online. The end of the request says that I would receive a phone call in 2 business days, 3 days go by no one called. Call the customer service number and they said they would escalate the service to try and find a repair service have to wait another 2 days. Day 3 of the second 2 days I get on the online chat and they tell me I have an appointment scheduled thru Conns appliance, the rep gives me the number doesn't work. They then put in a request for them to call me. Day of appointment no phone call from the repair service and no follow-up from Lowe's.My advice if you get an appliance anywhere I'd recommend Best Buy or any other store that has their own repair people.

I wish I could just leave a review that would take the Lowe’s people 30 minutes to read, like the 30 minutes I’ve spent waiting for them to pick up the customer service line. I had a 1 minute question—just wanted to hear if they had trucks for rent, but even if they do, I’m now striking this location off the list of places that I will attempt to give my business to. I also see from this list that MULTIPLE reviews have not been satisfied with the customer service phone line—and yet, it is not fixed. And no—I’m not going to call in to the general line because I’ve already done that and your database can’t tell me whether or not this location has trucks for rent—just tells me to call my local store, which is, in the case of this store, an exercise in masochism.

They have a great selection of plants. I was actually very surprised with their indoor and outdoor plants. I forget what this thing guy was called but it looked exotic and perfect. Hopefully i can keep it alive when i repot it. We also purchased 3 citronella plants that smell amazing. Very fragrant. I don't know if they will work to keep texas mosquitoes at bay, but i love the smell.I will return to get some herbs and vegetables as well as more hanging plants. They have a decent selection of both.I will keep this updated if the plants stay alive...

I had to replace an old faucet today as well as a cracked shutoff valve. I met the most helpful gentleman who not only helped me pickup the correct equipment but also asked all the right questions and explained to me what I should expect, tips to help me along, and tricks to avoid making mistakes. Bought Lawn fertilizer for the spring. OPen the bags and found a big wet lump. Cost over $100 for two bags like $69 a bag. How do I return two open bags . Lowes in Corpus Christi refuses to give me my money back. The Garden Center has leaky poor qualtiry ceilings

Prices are great!!! Although big box stores are not known for their customer service it's always so hard to find somebody... They seem to do a little bit better at my location. They have everything you'd expect from a home improvement store and a lot of other stuff that you wouldn't normally expect to see in the store. I especially like the garden center their prices are extremely competitive and my location has knowledgeable staff in that area.
