The shopping experience was nice and quiet. Clothing needs a little organizing, because the store was a little bit of a mess. No harm no foul on the store. Just a little comment on the store. However, the thing that robs them of a star was the cashiers. They were slow. The wife was happy that she found a top for herself. Was glad that the fitting rooms were back to fully operating.

What is WRONG with this store. Never any inventory. Went to buy shoes today, and this is what the shoe department looks like.I do want to commend the new SELF CHECK-OUT.Clean up the store!!!

This place is very disorganized. The clothing areas are not managed and clothes are just stacked up unfolded from others that have tried them on.I tested the theory and went back every weekend but sure enough, same conditions. Come on guys. You need to do better.Update: I went there today (5-27-23) and decided to give this review some context. I didn't realize just how bad it was. I walked around the store and took some pictures of the chaos. The stacks of pants have looked like that week after week. But the other areas of the store are just as bad.

Was able to receieve the help i needed from 3 different employees to accomplish my shopping choices. Without their help i could not have bought the items i did. My cashier Justin was very polite and ended my shopping experience on a very good note

I had a fabulous deal on shoes and found out one was in the wrong box. These were clearance shoes, so I didn't consider they would just be thrown around in the nearest box. When returning the wrong sized pair of shoes, there was an issue because the shoes purchased were charged for a different type. It eventually worked out, but we were informed we would not be able to return any of the other pairs if there was an issue. Thankfully, the rest fit perfectly. Friendly reminder: double-check all of your purchases on shoes that they are in the correct boxes and match the codes on the receipt in case you need to return it.

I would put zero starts if I could. I came to Corpus Christi for a professional trip. On my free day, I decided to go shopping and I decided to go to this store. After being there for over an hour, I had already selected clothes, a lady came to chase me, I don’t know why!! Like if I was going to steal something. When I headed for the first time to try more clothes, she came to say that I can’t bring more than 6 pieces to the change room and I get that. She said: how many pieces you have there and I said, I’m not sure to be honest but I’ll do as directed, more words were crossed, at the end of the day, that lady ruined my start of shopping plans. I drop what I had already selected and headed to other stores where I gladly bought over 1k in clothing. Please don’t go to this store, if you look Hispanic, they think you want to do shoplifting

I was looking for a white king sized eyelet bed skirt and l found one, but at a higher price than l wanted to pay. I left my Kohls card at home and Yolanda, the sales associate, quickly looked it up and found a lower sale price plus $5 Kohls cash available to use. I saved $12 and l am quite pleased with my shopping experience today. 👍👍👍

How can anyone shop in this? Seriously? The whole store was bad except for the Christmas items as you first walk in. Good will looks better organized than this place.

One of the messiest stores I've ever been in. Went in not long after opening and most of thr displays were in a jumble. Tried to browse for clothes but so many items are on the wrong size hangers. Tried to check out at the return counter, which I've done numerous times in the past and the lady working there said she had to take the next person in line. I was second originally but if someone else wanted to check out there they'd have gone over there. I could see next in line if she was consistently working the line but she wasn't.

I work there!! Usually I am always on the floor, helping customers, cleaning, and organizing all the purses.wallets, sandals, also folding, etc, etc. If lately you haven't see me it's because I hardly work they only give me two days out of the week, not cool at all, how can anyone live from that!!? Anyways today Feb 26 2019 I was there Accessories it's my Department did all the purses and wallets but I do more than that... Enjoy while it last

Store manager David is incredibly rude, dresses very unprofessional for a store manager and wasted my time trying to get a product for over 2 months. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am incredibly disappointed with this store and the poor excuse of a store manager.

The entire store needs to be organized! This is a turnoff for many people! Hire more employees! The line to pay was ridiculous also - only one set of registers open at one end of the store. I hope corporate sees this post!

Great prices and friendly people. This is a typical Kohl’s with great prices and a nice section of everything. The appearance of the store was neat and tidy and some associates were stocking. Once we checked out there was not a line and it didn’t take long at all.The associate at the line asked if we had a Kohl’s card and then asked if we wanted to apply for one. We received Kohl’s cash with out transaction and the lady explained how Kohl’s cash worked.I used the men’s room and it was super clean as well. It smelled clean and was sparkling. This is a big plus. You can always tell how well a place is managed by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I will return.

*Urgent!* This store has so much potential, however it has declined over the last couple of years.The employees working at the registers were slow, unfriendly, and were lacking in customer service. The pair of shorts that I wanted had no price tag, so the cashier asked if I still wanted to purchase them because she could not ring them up. I asked if she could send someone out to find the price, but she was dismissive and ignored my request. My wife ended up retrieving a similar pair for the price.I then asked if she could scan the coupon, I had but she said that it probably would not apply. I asked her to scan anyway, and it did work.The cashier had no intention to fold any of the clothing items as she threw them in the bag.If Kohl's HQ management is reading this, please assist this store in retraining management and front line employees in basic customer service skills as there is much room for improvement.I have been shopping here for years and I know they can do better than this.

Thankfully I have a Kohl's near me that I frequently visit. I have found last minute gifts for birthdays, graduations, or casual outings. The store is always busy, but its clean, well stocked, and the staff is helpful. Thank you for providing a safe and happy place to shop for just about anything retail!
