The store manager Lupe is amazing! She took care of my problem with corporate quickly and easily. She called me back to verify everything was taken care of. Her pleasant and caring persona was reassuring and comforting. Every staff member I talk to prior to Lupe at this location was also extremely cooperative and helpful. Lupe and her team exemplify what customer service is.

I placed a pick up order and paid for it. It was being held until I could pick it up. I received and email , no phone call that the order was cancelled. I called the store about the cancelled order and was told by Noella that because I did not pick it up in so many days they cancelled it. I wish I would have known that I only had X number of days to pick it up. At least on the email notification saying you only have so many days to pick up before order is returned, so I could have made arrangements. I live out of town and only get into Corpus once or twice a month. Noella was flippant in saying that is their policy. When I expressed that I probably would not do business with them anymore, she acted all smart elicit as though it did not bother her about the store losing business or getting a bad reputation. I guess I will be ordering from other online vendors now. Sad that people can’t just be kind and offer solutions to fix the issue instead of being jerks. All she had to do was say how sorry she was it was cancelled and would I like her to see if it was still available, to which I would have responded kindly for the help and appreciated the effort put forth to resolve the issue. Just no good customer service anymore.

Excellent customer service. I was there today with an interesting request and the manager Caitlyn was so very helpful and was so patient, understanding and calm. She is CLEARLY a hard worker too, she was zoomin’ all over that store helping customers and stocking and stuff. I appreciate her and I appreciate kind humans like that. The world needs more of it! Will be back 💗

Slightly disappointed in the lack of stock and the lack of competitive pricing. The yarn that the wife normally needs for crocheting isn't reasonably priced. It was $5.99 whereas at Hobby Lobby, you can get yarn at around $2.99. This crafts store feels a bit on the pricey side and doesn't really feel like they deserve my money. Feels more like a dying business every time I walk in. The wife and I say to come here if you ABSOLUTELY MUST, but this isn't a place to stop by for crafting supplies if you're trying to save some money. 3/5 stars! Perhaps stock the store up more and do not have so many empty shelves... And have more competitive prices you are right across the street from a Hobby Lobby!

VERY POOR SERVICE, empty shelves to boot. The store was very understaffed for a saturday. Maybe only 3 workers entire store. Other customers were helping me. They also only get one truck on wed and by friday their shelves are bare. There was only one cashier and 6 people in line, all i can say is my experience was VERY POOR AT BEST....

Felt super uncomfortable shopping there my brother and I were looking at the Halloween decorations because we heard they had a good deal. I didn't appreciate constantly being harassed by the employees. Being constantly asked if we need help... or being gawked at by them. We went in there to shop and purchase our items not steal. Never will I ever shop at this store you do not assume we are stealing by our look. Not everyone wears sunshine and rainbows will be contacting

Never shopping at Joann's again. Every time I go in there, I calculate the shelf price of the item (with no sale prices) and every single time I go to the register the total comes up to hundreds of dollars more than the shelf prices. Not a few dollars. HUNDREDS of dollars!! When I do this at Michaels it comes up to the same or less. At Hobby Lobby it always comes up to less because I don't figure in the sale prices on purpose. So Joann's are lying to customers and actually charging more on items than the shelf price states. That's a scam! Then to top it off, they say stuff doesn't ring up every single time and add it on again. I complained about this and the cashiers don't care. They don't have good customer service skills whatsoever. They carelessly drop customer's items on the floor that they are buying because they can't pick up stuff properly with their stupid long fake nails either. Plus the store is so suffocatingly hot it makes me sick, especially since I'm on meds that make me heat sick faster. But they don't care about their customers' wellbeing. Joann's should be reimbursing all the customers they screwed over. There is nothing at Joann's that I can't find elsewhere so I'm never going there again. I recommend Hobby Lobby or Michaels over Joann's.

their yarn selection was the best thing I've ever seen- pretty much any color you want or at least something very similar. I went for a specific charm (first time in the store) and found exactly what I needed without too much looking. going back to get yarn soon 😽😽

I've been happy with this location. Have not experienced any rudeness or poor customer service from any of their employees, though I have definitely seen rude customers. As far as fabric prices go, they have extremely good prices on their quilting fabric and other prices will vary. I compare this to all the other brick and mortar chains I've been to (not outlets) and US based online fabric stores over the last ten years. Unless I go at a peak time (weekends) the store is always pleasantly quiet and I can enjoy shopping without being bothered or have to see too many people.

I was very impressed with the store! My first visit! I bought 2 sets of material to make tie blankets! I got great deals and the woman was so nice and friendly! Will definitely be back!

I like the storecand their staff is friendly. Departments are messy and sometimes the items in a marked area are not what is supposed to be there. Not a very large yarn department, and some yarns only have 2-3 skeins... not enough for a project. There is never staff out on the floor for assistance, although the fabric associate that is usually there tries as much as possible. I know stores are having a hard time filling open positions, but it's frustrating. A friendly staff goes a long way though and they do have a large variety of items, even if item quantity is low. I also realize their main purpose is fabric and they have a nice selection.

My uncle and I recently visited the Corpus Christi Texas location. The staff treated him horribly and we will not be returning. When he asked an employee for assistance, "she said "yeah?" Instead of yes sir, how may I help you etc. He asked another employee if they had a certain item in stock and the woman said "If we have it, it'll be there". He tried to get her to help him find it and she said "you can go look". This is not how customers should be treated. Do better Joann's.

Store was very messy and no one around to help you. Clerk that checked me out didn't even speak except to tell me my total.Went back to look at Halloween/Fall and this time the store was organized, but the checkout clerk was very sour. I asked how she was doing and she just said ehh. I bought 1 item and a small bag that was behind the register. She didn't even put my purchase in a bag. She took my cash gave me my change and proceeded to chat with another clerk. No thank you or anything. Worst customer service ever.

In store is fine. The customer service is not always the best but it's fine. Online is horrible. So much is cancelled because it is no longer in stock once you ordered. My WHOLE order of 82 items was cancelled because they said it was "too much" when I called to ask what happened and commented that I would not be placing orders online anymore until they updated their system, They deleted all my online purchase history. Years worth...gone. Rediculous.

Lady at fabric counter didn't want to help at first. I believe it was because I was a man. She took one lady in front of me. She finally helped me and I got my sewing products. The check out lady was very nice and helpful.

It was a great day that, when needed, Associates were available! When does that happen in the big retail business? Nonetheless, I had to shop the sales and clearance areas as, for the most part, it's overpriced. Five overall.

Selection was nice. Employees I cam into contact with (a few different women working there) were very rude and disrespectful for ABSOLUTELY no reason. 90% chance I will not return just for that reason alone. Spacious parking lot though.

Happy with the selection of fabrics. So much so that its hard to make a decision on which ones to get. Picked 16 fabric patterns and off to the cutting table. It was a lot, but the young lady was a delight and very patient and helpful ❤️
