This is probably the biggest grocery store I’ve ever been in. I’m not from Texas. It was great. They had everything. The store made tortillas and tortilla chips were even tasty.

The garden center could have a little bit better variety in their seed selection for planting was awful. But I ran into a pharmacy employee that helped me out so much even though she was off the clock. Thank you so much Amber Bain for being so helpful to me while I was shopping in the garden center and even went into the store to help me. Go H-E-B for hiring one of the nicest employees I've run into yet.

I love this H-E-B, it’s large and has almost everything you’d need in it. But every other time I order curbside they always forget at least 2 of my items. It gets very upsetting having to come back and forth to get my items and I end up spending an hour sorting it out, when curbside is supposed to be a one stop and go. I understand mistakes happen and maybe it just is my luck, but this should not be a constant issue for a customer. On top of that sometimes the item that is missing in a two for $___, or buy three get $ off, etc. they are out of and on top of not notifying me through the app, it makes my coupon invalid. So I end up either paying full price for the item, or I just don’t get what I thought I was picking up in the first place. Instead I spend my time waiting, calling, and driving back to the store only to be unhappy with the service.

This is a great store, they seem to have everything that a grocery store can have. They even have their own cooler line, they carry clothes,electronics, toys,cooking appliances, and much more. Always Is clean and well stocked. The folks working there are very friendly and knowledgeable and can help you find anything you need.

Employees at checkout are always friendly. Customer service desk is excellent and Mia’s Mirror employees are always helpful and courteous. Store is clean and everything is well run.

Always busy but usually moves pretty fast. They also have the best selection out of heb in corpus. Wish they would carry venom energy drinks and the hill country fare coffee creamer in the refrigerated section.

Stopped in Super Bowl Sunday, to my surprise not very busy...very clean store, restroom area exceptionally clean and the cashier was a ray of sunshine!She was so cheerful and pleasant, Kaylana was her name. Awesome job!

Stoped by early afternoon on the way home from work to get a few snacks. I was only in the store about 30 minutes but I had two employees asked if they could help me find some thing. Also had an employee guide me to a register that had a shorter line than the one I was in. Store was very clean, had a great selection, and all the shelves were well stocked. The customer service was outstanding. The Flourbluff store could take some lessons from this one. Highly recommend I think I’ll begin shopping here instead of the Flower bluff store. I was very impressed and will definitely return.

my go to store is no longer my go to...I can't simply understand why an employee who's job is to get the carts from the lot would actually give me such attitude when I was trying to leave the isle...he and another gentleman were gathering numerous carts and the only way for me to get out was to go through their carts but I made sure to drive extremely slow and even stopped and gave a hand gesture for him to pass the isle so he could continue his work moving the baskets cuz I didn't want to be in his way and instead of him simply telling me it was ok for me to pass first, he just glared at me with the worst attitude I've ever seen from an heb employee...if you don't like your job sir please don't work at heb with customers..I had to bite my tongue to say something to him because I was sure he would give shade back...figured it wasn't worth it and maybe he's having a bad day but please don't take it out on a customer just simply trying to leave the lot to go home from a long day....

This is one of the largest supermarkets I have shopped in. It's a great place to execute one's physical regime of walking exercises as you complete the chore of shopping. Food is fresh and priced is reasonable.One of the best "supermarkets around.

Ive come a couple of times , to return something, maybe every so many years, not often. im so disappointed that customer service closes so early?I came at 730 pm? What are customer service hours? You would think you would want to keep up with your main competitor . Walmart! They stay open til 9 pm.

Baking time, cold rainy weather. Hit the in-store shelves and stocked up on flour, oats, raisins, chocolate chips, some orange extract, almond extract and special Madagascar vanilla as well as some pecans and dried cranberries. Made straight oatmeal cookies, oatmeal w/ chocolate chips, oatmeal w/ chocolate chips & pecans (accommodate everyone for work & family. In addition awesome wedding cookies and Snickerdoodle cookies. HEB had everything I needed.

1) As a first responder, sometimes my shopping experience is cut short because I have to make a call. Most H-E-Bs let me leave my cart with them with the assurance that I can come back and pick up where I left off after the call. This HEB, however, only assured me that after thirty minutes all my items would be replaced.2) I came at 7:45 PM to select some meat to cook for the guys the next day. Planned on marinating it all night. Only I get here and the meat market is closed. Figured a manager could help. He says “oh yeah they left early….” Like that is some sort of excuse. Then he leads me to the regular selection as if I hadn’t already looked. Then spends a couple of minutes in the back and tells me the only thing they have is out in the common display….when I can clearly see racks of meat in the walk in fridge from where he just came.Pretty disappointed in this HEB.

I was pleased that H.E.B had created their own brand of hand mixers! I go through at least 4 mixers a year! The other brands ( Black & Decker, Hamilton Beach, and Mueller) are just not built for continued use! Hopefully this will stand up! It's got good weight, balance and feels good in your hand. It comes with a nice storage bag, and necessary attachments. The $30.00 sale price was an added bonus! 🤗

The H-E-B plus does offer more than the regular H-E-B. The downfall is the space. It has bigger aisles but is very crowded most days.

Omg, the best H.E.B. I've been to...the cleanliness...friendliness...prices...and holy moly it's a Lowe's... a Boutique...sushi bar...premade aisle...IN AWE❣️❣️❣️O and the H.E.B. BRAND is the only way tooo go you can make anything, and the nic nacs are adorable, you can grab everything in one spot😍❣️

They have a coupon hanging over the Pokémon Cards in the toy aisle so I grab them and after waiting 10 minutes for them to get the anti-theft device off the coupon doesn’t scan (the cards were a new set release and likely weren’t in the system yet) and has to phone a manager if he can apply the coupons and the manager said no. Then why do you have the coupons hanging over the cards that is extremely misleading. I had to be embarrassed in a line due to your fault HEB tell your managers to do better.

First time visiting this store, and my experience was horrible!!! Deli was my biggest issue. I ordered the gourmet finger sandwiches and a large fruit tray for my mom's 65th birthday. I am coming from out of town so we figured ordering from here would be best since I wouldn't have time to make those items. First, let me start of saying this. I waited in line over 10 mins. I watched them asked the same lady 3 times have you been helped. Each worker then looked at me cause I was next in line and turned around and went back to the back. After waiting a few more minutes patiently, I then began to get aggravated. As soon as they saw I was about to say something then they come running to the front can I help you so now at this point I am already heated by the treatment I just received. I get to the party and remove my items, the finger sandwiches look like they were thrown together and the fruit tray had mold on the strawberries. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I was. Moving forward, I will never order from deli again. I will be making my own trays. If I could give a no star they would definitely get it.Horrible 1st time experience!!!
