Cashiers, managers, bakers,stockers are always kind,courteous,very helpful. Management is willing to stock items I need due to allergies. My husband is legally blind and they are helpful to his need for assistance in reading labels. Some managers and cashiersknow my husband welling make sure he has everything he needs.Meat selection is good and we appreciate the wider space in this area.Bread is always freshly prepared .Cakes,sweet bread are excellent.Pharmaceuticals department is excellent! Hard working and absolutely care for customers well being.Bathrooms are clean and well kept for such a busy store.We wish to thank you for your time and happy smiles evenwhen we can see just how tired you guys get.We both wish the store was much bigger,with more varied of foods and beverages. We feel comfortable shopping here and it makes for enjoyable shopping. Just really would appreciate a better selection of fish . Your store is running well. Maybe some survey to see where your shoppers are going for other items ,making sure business stays within customers reach and not a drive away.This way customers stay satisfied with the store and HEB keeps the happiest Customers .Thanks,Reba G

It's right next to the post office. Employees run from you if you lok like you have a question. Not very friendly employees. But! This HEB has a very good selection of almost every food item. Big parking lot. Wheelchair accessible. Security guard in the park lot

I’m Visiting from out of town, I went to this HEB the evening before Thanksgiving . I was with a friend during the day going to various non grocery store on the west side , south side and all day I heard people saying the other HEB’s were crowded and running out of things . So I was SHOCKED to see how well stocked this HEB was, the cashiers were working with smiles and getting people through the lines . THANK YOU ENTIRE STAFF!!!

Having to change my review. They are out of stock on mostly anything you need. Like rice seasoning. Been out for 2 weeks now and they are basically pulling the shelves. Nothing good to buy here. Very limited stock

Parking lot in horrible condition, nasty rude security guards, closing personnel rude and unhelpful. I had to activate a new bank card when HEB announced it was closing, had a little trouble with bank app loading on my phone, it was barely 3 or 4 minutes after 10 pm closing when we were rudely verbally forced to leave and had to leave about a $150 basket of groceries we shopped 40 minutes or so for. Worst HEB I have ever had the unpleasant experience to shop in.

Boy there was a lot of people buying Snacks for Game time... Cowboys vs Giants. Hope they win like the TEXANS have been doing 30-27 score Awesome game.

I've been to a lot of heb stores all over texas and this one needs a lot of work the staff was very helpful however the store needs to be restored, restocked, and the freezers and refrigerators are not working properly with super soft ice cream and luke warm meats that should be ice cold. Please heb step in and save this store.

It's sad to see such neglect the sliding door by the handicap not working for months n now freezers have to go to the one off Saratoga cause it's has everything n more but of course it's by the nice area of town because they don't care on this side n the bakery has so much to choose from n there alot more choices on healthier foods hair makeup

This HEB removes grocery of all kinds not living far we go there and look for out grocery that we buy . It's no longer there removed from the shelf. We find ourselves driving around other H E B's to buy them a waist of our time and gasoline ⛽️. They change managers a lot . As they remove food Items almost at the same pace . Sure would be good if they Bring things back .as me time and money buying gas and driving around looking for what we want . I know there's always Walmart

Wanna say that a special employee, Michael Salinas fulfilled a long evening search of looking for mini colored marshmallows to make a dish on Thanksgiving. Its employees like this individual that make memories for customers like us to be able to bring our tummies happiness on special days like Thanksgiving. This H-E-B is a smaller store, but the interior design allows for more space. Easy to find parking, and the customer service was great every time. There is construction currently on the roads around this location; however, it is accessible. They do not off curbside pick up. I appreciate the wider aisles and no displays in the way throughout the store.

My wife and I shop here regularly and you really have a great crew at this location. However, with the good news you will hear the bad.With all the changes we've all been thru over the last couple of years, we're all just looking for stability and consistency. HEB has been that so what has happened, what's going on with store and departmental hours. I'm disappointed with advertised vs. actual hours this is the second time we've come in around 7:15-7:30PM and the phamacy has been shut down. I understand wanting off early, but the business as a whole and department as a part of that whole should stick to the advertised hours of operation.This just makes sense and is good business practice. If it's opened till 8, then it should be opened till 8. Outside of some fluke reason e.g., hurricane going to make land fall soon and employees need to get out too, etc.Hey, we aren't mad and we'll be back. You're our neighborhood store and we love you guys and gals, but I know so many business people who wouldn't say anything the first time and tha second time they would quietly take their business elsewhere and that's not good for the store or community....peace, later....

FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS THIS HEB HAS BEEN SELLING SPOILED CHICKEN , IVE INFORMED THE MANGER AND HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT I EVEN SHOWED HIM WHICH DATES TO REMOVE BECAUSE I WENT BACK 3 TIMES IN ONE DAY , BUT NOTHING WAS DONE , I GO BACK LAST MONTH HOPING THE CHICKEN IS GOOD NOPE SPOILED AS WELL I CALLED A WORKER AND TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO HAVE HIM PICK A RANDOM PACK OF CHICKEN SO THEY COULD SEE NONE OF IT IS ANY GOOD , WELL GUESS WHAT IT WAS SPOILED YET THEY REFUSE TO REMOVE IT FROM THE SHELFS !!! SO IF YOU GO THERE CHECK IT BEFORE YOU TAKE IT PLEASE BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY DONT CARE !! Ps WENT BACK YESTERDAY TO CHECK GUESS WHAT NO GOOD STILL SMDH!!
