I was in town briefly so I took my lab for grooming. Got there 30 min. early and she let me drop her off. Staff was super courteous and nice. Did a great job with Faith and finished in 2 hours. Very Very satisfied.

They did an amazing job on my Schnoodle. She was adorable once I picked her up. They do get busy, and from what I saw, there was only one person in the front. She tried taking care of the phone and the customers in person. I dropped her off, they did their thing, and I picked her up. Very straight forward process. I will be taking her back again.

Absolutely the best grooming at the lowest prices! Personal service - they will answer their phone and call you by name! I’ve never felt better about a choice than bringing my dog here!

Worst place I have the. My dogs. And the girl with the glasses yelled at me so I stared yelling back. She was the rudest can't even call her a lady woman or girl. Anyways the rudest.I xall3d and told me yes coming in. My understanding is when someone tells you "come on in" that means their not busy or their not busy. Ot that they have so many dogs ahead of my babies.I did explain we were leaving back to another state. So I figured they would be ready withing 2 hours. NopeNOPE!!I got one done and asked for the 2nd dog back. Did I mention it was the Rudest that person in the front. 😠 😡 😤 😣 😾 🤬 😠 😡

I am very disappointed with my dogs haircut. This is the worse hair grooming I’ve experienced. My dogs hair is so uneven. It looks like his hair was just clipped. He didn’t even bother to round off his face. One side is longer than the other. Never going back.

I have been taking my Golden Retriever for hair cuts, Bath and Brush, toe nail clippings. For the past 2 yrs. They are awesome with Jax and he loves going. I am always pleased with the outcome.

I took my dog in to the Grooming Boutique located in Annaville and explained to the lady how I wanted my puppy groomed they took it upon them selfs to completely shaved his hair after I had explained to them what I had requested. I Dropped him off at 10am and didn't get him back until 5pm. Im extremely upset with their service and when i called them back to address my concerns the owner was very rude and sarcastic and did not care about what i had to say and sarcastically responded back with," what do you want me to do?? Put his hair back." I would not recommend this place!! Horrible service!! VERY UPSET CUSTOMER. NEVER GOING BACK!!

I tell you what Oofie, you are the girl!!!! My brother told me about this boutique and I took my dogs there. She did an outstanding job on both of my dogs and the most important thing, they enjoyed being there. And the short notice a +++++!!! I'll be back!! SR

These guys are great but when I drop off my dog at like 9-10 am and can't pick him up till around 5 or 6 pm is just uncalled for. So I found another groomers in Sinton, Texas. Sorry guys but my pet is old and can't sit in a cage all day.

I love these people. They are dog people for sure. My dog doesn't go with just anyone. However when we arrive there. She seems to be in a awesome spirit. And looks to be fine with me leaving her with them.I recommend this groomer to everyone I know.

This is the absolute best groomer in town. Some are more fancy but I never worry about our animals getting the best care here. I highly recommend them. I have been using them for years and u would not think about changing.

It's my first time using them. Didn't really look like the clipped her nails or got any of her hair off. But I'm still going to give them a second chance. I don't base things always on a first experience because we all are in fact human. Not flawless.

My dog loves it here, she gets so excited walking through the door (even though she gets her nails clipped here which is her least favorite thing on earth). My only gripe would be they don't take card, but totally worth it to know they take care of my baby!

Don't trust this place and people with your dogs. Their easy way out is to shave the dogs rather then groom them. Don't waste your money.

First time taking my dog in today. I was able to walk in , no appt. They were very reasonable, done when they said they would be and Molly looked great. I will definitely be back.

Terrible business! I had an appointment today and showed up and no one was there.. no call to let me know either. I drove over an hour for that appointment. I would not waste your time nor money on such an unprofessional establishment.
