If you like to know something fits before you buy it this isn't the place for you. They apparently just kept the dressing rooms closed even after COVID was over and expect you to buy clothes that you don't know will fit and then if they don't your out there money you paid for them cuz you can't return them. The dude I spoke to said some people just wear tights and stuff like that and try it on in the isles. Like what?! For real?! I shouldn't have to buy tights and try things on in the middle of the store when there are dressing rooms that are in working condition that is crazy to me.

Just fyi if you donate your toys here they will toss them into the dumpster just so people don’t steal them…Told me they don’t take toys smaller than your hand. Said they just throw them away so people don’t steal them. Apparently it’s better to put them into a landfill than for someone who is desperate enough to steal them to have them. SMH

I am totally disappointed in that .they haven't and aren't going to re-open their dressing rooms again. It sucks that you only get to take a chance that the items you bought are gonna fit because no refunds, and no exchanges. They win, you lose. B. S.

This Goodwill is somewhat small. Not very big of a selection here. Mostly junk for being on the Southside of Corpus Christi. This Goodwill smells kind of bad when you walk in at first. Kind of like mildew mixed with some unknown funny smell I can't put my finger on. The Goodwill does get a star for how easy to navigate in there, however. But otherwise, this Goodwill just isn't for me or the wife. Sorry, Goodwill. 2/5 stars.

I just moved here from Colorado where I have shopped at Goodwill for years. This store is so unorganized and dirty, I couldn't wait to get out of there. The merchandise is junk, I did find one coffee cup. I'll try the others, maybe they will be better. One good thing, the cashier was very pleasant.

I was so thrilled as we enter Goodwill, the furnisher was very well display, and love all the items . Unfortunately, the store had a unpleasant smell, I understand is a store that sells items that have been donated, but in my humble opinion, which I am no one to judge, did not expect for it to have that odor. As we got in the car my daughter told me that the cashier was, rude, and not attentive to her.

For various reasons, probably the worst goodwill I have ever been to. Usually dirty and disorganized, though this is a lesser concern than the fact that the staff is rude, racist, and generally unhelpful. I have heard them make racially motivated comments about other customers, one can never find an open register without tracking someone down, and every transaction seemed to take an exorbitantly long time. The last time I was in the store the behavior of the staff upset my disabled friend so badly that he was forced to leave the store in the middle of attempting to make a purchase. After he was out the door the staff made rude insensitive comments about my friend right to my face. I will not be going back and I strongly advise anyone who is considering visiting a Goodwill in Corpus Christi to choose the Flour Bluff location instead.

Update: the worst goodwill I've ever been to. After the repeated lack of courtesy of employees for the customer health and safety, general unprofessionalism delaying customers by prolonged chatting with each other (employees) in the middle of checkout, clearly racist comments made to me in checkout about other customers I will not return until there has been a chance for an entire staff turnover. Since I last visited there had been a cosmetic update to the store but it's a far cry from the sweeping changes needed here. Take note that despite policies listed on Google you will not see the majority, if ANY employees wearing masks properly or taking any measures whatsoever to create any illusion of consideration for customer health.

There could be a little more in the neatness department... but when you're dealing with a constant flow of merchandise AND really messy customers it can be difficult to achieve. The staff can be really quick or really slow depending on the situation. There always seems to be that ONE customer that wants a better deal, or comes to the register with an item without a price tag. Those are the times people start complaining. In my way of thinking that person should have found a manager to help BEFORE they tie up a cashier with a long process of finding a price.

There is an older lady out back pricing items and is extremely rude. I inquired about a dining table and she yelled saying I can’t be back there, where it’s public parking. Then looked at the table and said if you want to take it now it’ll be $100 dollars. This is a good will. A place to help people in need. Don’t recommend coming to this place.

I went in there to look at the furniture, didn't have much, it was all junk. But when I walked by the office door the manager was in there putting some very low prices on three high dollar golf clubsets, complete with tour bags. I asked the price and said I would like to purchase the highest priced set. The Manager stated the items could not sell until they were on the showroom floor. The Manager picked up the set I wanted and followed the other two sets being carried by two employees. She said put them by the cash register. They headed towards the front and she said "no the back register." The Manager handed the set off to a young man (employee) who was going to take it to the register. I said right then, let me go ahead and take the set so I can pay for it. There was a man standing in line with the other two sets and he said that third set was his, I told him I was going to purchase it. He said no, I am paying for it right now and that I needed to check with the manager. I looked up and she was headed our way. I explained to her that I told I wanted you to see it before she left the office. She said "well he has already paid for it" I knew then that she had already told him about the three sets. Apparently it's a scam, when ever anything nice of value comes in. She calls her friend and it's kept in the office until the friend arrives, they pay the extremely low price and moves it on out.

One of the worst customer service experiences, ever. My mother bought a desk on Saturday. The desk was supposed to be picked up on Sunday but I could not help her until today (Monday).At noon on 12/13/2020 I showed up with the receipt and informed the lady behind the counter I would be back in an hour with a truck to get the desk. She told me OVER AND OVER that "I needed to get this desk as soon as possible" and "if someone comes in and wants it I'll have to sell it to them." I repeated myself again and explained that I would be back shortly and she said it again! So in my frustration I drug the heavy desk by myself, outside the doors, into the parking lot and took it apart so it would fit in my car and drove home with my knees against the dash...because this lady refused to give me the tiniest bit of help. Instead she made it very clear that she could, should and would sell the item, even though my moms name and phone number are on the tag taped to the top. Thanks Goodwill.

Definitely the worst goodwill I've ever been to. It was completely disorganized and everything was scattered. It took over 5 min of waiting to be checked out and then the cashier stuffed my things into a bad not having any concerns of my items being squashed or tangled. Very unprofessional employee and disastrous environment. I do not suggest going to this store.

Most merchandise was marked way to high for the shape it was in. Broken toys, dinghy smelly clothes, out of date broken electronics, worn out furnature, (all the above mentioned way overpriced), and employees that look at you like they wished you weren't there. I was there with my son killing time for over an hour and the only time an employee said anything to us was when the checkout lady told me how much $ I owed. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they gave me a good chance to explain to my 12 year old son good vs bad work ethics.

Still love the staff like James but the changes have ben bad. Prices are silly on non colthing things. Sometimes higher than whats n the box. Way to many broken things. Get it together. I buy stuff for my employees and friends and sometimes nice nick knacks for me. We did get a great deal on some furniture we bought for the waiting room at the office.

I have to give two stars because while I used to love goodwill shopping, the prices aren’t what they used to be. It’s no longer a place where I can often find incredible second hand deals. I have found a good deal every once in a while only reason for two stars instead of one but overall the items are way overpriced.

Omg, this was the most packed goodwill I have ever been in. People sitting all over the furniture. Lines forever long. It wasn't very clean either. Very small for a goodwill. This is also a donation center. Had to park next door at Walgreens. Did not buy anything because I could not get down the aisles. Doubt they missed my business because they were so busy. Not worth my time. Not very organized.

The workers are so rude i love coming to.goodwill but i will never subject me or my family to be treated the way i was today by these horrible people ever again... good will is a place people go where u cant afford nice clothes brand.new so u already feel bad enough having to do ur childrens cloth shopping there but doesnt help when the cashiers make u wish u never stepped a foot in there

Yikes!!! Today was the first and last time I set foot in this place! Filthy, foul smelling, disorganized, extremely small (do I need to continue?). I would NOT recommend this place! Horrible selection with prices that do not reflect the current quality state of items. I’ll stick to threads.

I have noticed that this place isn't well organized to the point in which I can never seem to find anything I want to personally buy. On the other hand the employees in the back coming in and out from the warehouse are completely RUDE.When needing to asked about color of the week they act like it doesn't exists. Yet, I try to get a price cause some of the clothes need tags too. This is supposed to be a store for the community helping one family go to another family in needs. But, when it comes to 50% off sales that when clothes are just out of place and not in a certain neatly proper place. Not enough shoes nor kids clothes either. I preferred the one in Portland, Flour Bluff and Calallen. FlourBluff and Calallen has better selections in finding the most of your everyday clothing for Sunday best.

Right off the bat, the parking lot is awful!!!! The store itself, though has a TON of stuff. You are certain to find something here, but you may have to dig a little. It seems that there's more stuff than the employees can keep up with, and customers aren't good at putting things back. Prices seemed fair.

I visit this store a few times a week always in the mornings and the store is always so chaotic and dirty and the bathrooms are the worst. I asked who the manager was and cashier told me her name was Laura but you never see her in the front or walking the store so I assume she’s must be in office or not even there.

Employees. Management. Buying the best donated items and pricing them at 1.99. Then loading up their vehicles with all the goods. Said they paid for them but didn't see that. Saw them load up baskets and take them to their cars
