I routinely shop for all my bird needs at Feathered Friends, the location is convenient and this is definitely the cleanest pet store I've ever been inside of. Chloe's help OUTSTANDING! The birds seem to love her!! I picked a bird I wanted and when the door was opened, my little friend flew out. Chloe just put her arm out and my little friend just flies onto her arm and was ready for me to take him home. Marcus is great too, he's a pleasure to talk to and he gives so much back to the community. I see him on the news all the time, just giving back. Feathered Friends is a great place to get all your bird's needs.

Absolutely love this place. I got our sweet cockatiel from them and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. We are new bird owners and they explained everything we needed and how to care for and bond with him. We have since returned for boarding and food and toys and they are always very helpful and caring,

Today was the worse experience ever in this store. We have 4 birds total, 3 died today. The only difference made was those 3 birds were given their new food purchased from this store yesterday. We always buy our food here and have never changed feed stores because they were all bought from this store.We have all of our birds next to each other if it was airborne all 4 would be dead. We did not give our 4th bird her new food and she is perfectly fine. All our birds are in one area of our home. Store manager did not want to take responsibility nor action. Beware with the bird feed you guys buy here. He mentioned even if the vet had said it was their food for cause of death due to seeds being contaminated, they would not take responsibility.

Bought this beautiful little boy there yesterday! I usually always go here for my birds food. I have 2 other parrots. I went in and saw him and I was in love! They are always super helpful and knowledgeable everytime we go and have random questions for them. 10 out of 10 will always recommend them to anyone! We drive almost 8 hours just to come here!!

I got my sun conure, Sgt Pepper, here in august. I came from Arkansas to get her and it was worth it. She’s been the sweetest animal ever, and she bonded with me instantly. The staff was extremely intelligent on avian care and the parrots were treated with respect and care. You can tell they love every bird who passes through the store. I’ve traveled the entire bottom half of America and I can proudly say this is the best bird store I’ve ever set foot in.

Marcus just goes on and on and on about himself. Yap Yap Yap my wife's a doctor, I gotta new Denali bla bla bla. This is how much I earn every month. He must feel really small about himself if he has the need to go on and on and on and on about All these normal Life events. It was such a turn-off to go in here and look for a bird and have to listen to this guy non-stop inflate himself constantly. I wonder if he has any idea how small he actually looks to everyone else. Bragging and inflating yourself constantly actually only advertisers how small one feels about himself on the inside.I came in here to look for birds, can we talk about birds please! can I stop hearing about some strangers stupid personal acquisitions in life. I gave off so many signals and body language, other than directly asking him to stop I gave every signal in the world that I was super bored of his insecurities. What a turn off. I'll never come in here again. I wonder if anyone else has had this experience from this guy. Makes you wonder what's wrong with a woman that would choose a guy like that 😅Dude needs therapy really bad to help him work through his worthless feelings.(((Mic Drop)))

This is the only place to get a new bird friend, period. The employees are great and the owner Marcus is quite the expert, and takes the birds care extremely serious. If it is related to birds this is the only place.

I must say, this is a nice and even clean store. The Mrs. has wanted a bird since we relocated to the area. It is a specific bird she wants and now, the 2nd time here we have a down payment for her bird of choice. Super sweet animals and sweet staff who really care about them!
