I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the outcome of getting our Golden Retriever groomed here. He is a bit hyper and doesn’t exactly sit pretty for grooming but they sure did fix his grinch feet for Christmas! He was happy and so handsome when we picked him up and he smelled sooo good! It was easy to make an appointment and the pricing was very fair. Thank You so very much for taking good care of Toby!

Our second time here and they do a great job. We have a husky and a 6month old puppy. They do an amazing job with his de-shedding and are very patient with the puppy since she's not quite used to being groomed yet.

My dog’s first time here (a maintenance cut) was okay but his second time yesterday (full groom) was horrible. I told the check in person exactly what we wanted which included NO trimmers/clippers/guard on the back, only scissors. The check in person apparently very VAGUELY conveyed my instructions to the groomer. The groomer even told me she had very little instructions to go on when she began working on my dog. Okay so maybe…CALL THE OWNER. His beautiful long silky fur is now so short and frizzy, and he lost most of his black colored hair that we loved. His tail looks like the end was hacked off (4-5 inches) in one swipe when we asked for a trim. There is a severe lack of communication between front desk and grooming staff and a failure to clarify instructions with the client on the groomer’s part. Huge waste of money and now my pup doesn’t even look like himself.

I took my two yorkies and poodle there this week for the first time and was so pleased with their work. I dropped all three dogs off at 7:30 and they were all ready by lunch time. The hair cuts all looked great and they still smell so clean and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back

I loved it here so much! My husky was a hot mess from the last place I took her at animal medical grooming but she got fixed up so nice at Fancy paws. She smelled amazing and her furr was so soft and fluffed out beautifully. So so impressed thank you Britney you are the bestttt!! Zoe will be back to see you next time! 😉

One of the better locally owned places for pet grooming. We walked out and noticed our pet was not groomed under her belly but the location quickly took care if it. We dropped off early morning and picked up our pet by 3pm.

I’ve taken my schnauzer here 3 times. The first cut was gorgeous, the second cut they shaved off all his hair except beard, citing matting around legs. I wasn’t happy because I had spent a lot of time combing him before appointment because I understood this was in their rules. They did text me for approval before doing it so I just got over it. It has taken 2 months to get hair grown back and I was really looking forward to 4th appointment to finally get hisSchnauzer cut again. I called a week ahead and set up 4th appointment. The appointment day came and I ran an hour late outside their 7:30-9a receiving time. When I got there they had already taken in walk-ins and wouldn’t take my dog. And they wouldn’t even work me in within the week, next appointment is way into next week. They are good but it’s their rules and you just have to play by them. There’s no bending at all. I’m a business owner myself and we treat each and every customer as though they were our last. That is not the attitude at Fancy Paws. When they turned me away I found another groomer who could take my dog the next day.

Took my dog as a walk in to get her nails trimmed. She had never been trimmed by a groomer before (only by me) so she was extremely nervous and moved around A LOT. I could tell how hard it was for them to do it, but they got the job done without hurting her. I had previously been turned away by another establishment because they couldn't get her to sit still. That being said, I really appreciated them going the extra mile to trim her nails.Would definitely recommend, especially if you have a very nervous dog like mine. Only complaint I have is they didn't ask a lot of background information on my dog beforehand (her name, if she had been professionally trimmed in the past). Otherwise, great work!

They have slipped some. I took my dog in to be bathed and she didn't feel clean or did he smell clean and the clipping that they did and the trimming that they did on the nails didn't really seem right I can't put my finger on it because I was there, but I'm sad cuz I used to like to go here and now I have to find someplace new.

They always have time to take in my pet and treat her very well, because she isn't nervous, when I drop her off, or pick her up. They are very friendly and do a good job on her grooming. Also they don't keep her all day like some places. I get her within a few hours. I go during the week, since they can take appointments then, because Saturday's are first come, first served and they are so popular that they are very busy that day. That's how much people love this place.

Have taken my dog to Fancy Paws about 6 times in the past year and a half. The service has only gotten worse. After the last bad experience I decided to give them another chance, thinking it may have just been a fluke. Unfortunately it was no fluke. Called a day ahead to schedule an appointment. Was told to bring my dog in between 7:30am and 10am. I dropped her off at 9:20am. After getting no word for 6 hours, I called and asked them if my dog would be ready soon. The receptionist seemed confused and replied "Umm yes she's next, she'll be done in an hour".1 hour passes and no phone call so I just drop in and she was waiting in one of the kennels. They told me they had just finished with her.The cut was incomplete and obviously rushed. Her head and ears were unevenly cut and her legs were barely touched. Once home, she was uncharacteristically famished and had to relieve herself many times. I can only assume this is due to not being given water or taken out for 7 hours. Very, very disappointed especially because we were initially happy with Fancy Paws. The prices are low but look elsewhere, it's not worth it.

Our Australian/Rottweiler mix has never looked better! We have tried multiple different groomer and this one is by far the best. His coat looks smooth and silky. They paid extra attention to trimming his ears, wings and even his feet. Outstanding job! We will be back.

Staff is so sweet. I got an appointment for my long haired German shepherd the same day I called for a bath and de shedding, which was awesome!! They finished quickly and He smelled and felt beautiful. Price is reasonable as well. Will be coming back for more services. Great location also. Thanks girls.

After yrs of their grooming care declining will not go back! They shaved my schnauzer belly and ball area to the skin. He is terribly uncomfortable. Hard for him to even rest

Make sure they are on the same page with what you want for your dogs cut. I asked for a teddy bear cut for my Goldendoodle and I came back to a poodle nose. Make sure you show pictures or you could end us very disappointed. The girls were very nice but I wish the communication was better. I don’t even recognize my dog.

Just got back from a Bath for our dog. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Two wonderful ladies with positive energy, showing and treating our dog with love while they bathed her. The service was immediate, fast and cheaper than PetSmart were we used to take our dog. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for your great service, and see you again soon.

The folks at Fancy Paws took my 3 chihuahuas in for a walk in appt to get their nails clipped. I don't what it was but this was the first time ever that I had a drama free experience getting their nails clipped. My chihuahuas were completely at ease. We will be back

Not pleased with their service. My dog has been to groomers before and he was always well behaved according to the groomer I used in the past. I found the staff at Fancy Paws to be extremely over priced and inexperienced. They do charge extra if groomer needs help in grooming. This is a good indicator that they are not as experienced as they claim they are. My dog only had to be bathed, and they still charged $55.00 for a medium sized dog. I only write this comment to warn future patrons.

I have never left reviews of a store before but I feel so upset I just had to. this was the third time I have taken my puppy to get a haircut, this time my puppy had a few spots of matted hair ( same as before) but the lady said she " had" cut the whole body the same length. they had never done this before.updated reviewI appreciate you getting back in touch with me, i understand about the matted hair, I also understand as a dog owner it is my responsibility, which we do take our time . I felt last time whomever groomed him took more time to take out as many knots as possible before cutting the hair. thank you again for your response.

We took our two little dogs there for the 1st time. My shitzu did not get his face groomed well. So his body was great and it looks like they forgot his face & head- he looks ridiculous. Not happy with that and it was over a $100 for 2 dogs, under 10# each. Won't go back for that price.
