Called store asking about a specific item, asked whoever answered the phone if she could have another store associate look to see if they carried the item. She responded with “maybe”. Then another associate got on the phone with rude tone. Had to ask her if they carry the product. Without even offering to look, she rudely says “No” and hung up. Will not do business with this store again. Dollar General has friendlier customer service who want my business.

Always a good place to shop. The only store that I am able to find my favorite peppermint candy. Even better now. Friendly people working there.

I went into the store here in annaville at around 1:30 pm i really enjoy going in there when the 2 young ladies that were working there. They are very friendly and very customer service skills. I wish that store would have more employees like those 2 young ladies.

Manager (Cesar) was extremely rude and unprofessional. My 4 year daughter needed to use the restroom and he simply said we don’t have a public restroom which I’ve used before. I ask for his last name and the corporate office number and he didn’t want give me that Information. I found the number myself and called the corporate office and left a message for a call back to report him and havent received one yet. It’s pretty sad that family Dollar hires inconsiderate losers like him. I guess that’s why he works there. I didn’t even want to give them a 1 star.

Really nice workers, great deals, stocked shelves.But how are you not going to have restrooms for shoppers? Usually the other family dollar will give a key. But this one won't.

The family dollar is a little jam packed with stuff, but honestly it's probably because of the holidays coming up. I always find what i need even though it's crowded. The cashier was very helpful & friendly. I actually was in and out in no time, very quick & efficient.

Very slow. Which is my preference. Everything was in good order. And all items were stocked well after the holidays. God deals on household items.

I used to visit the Annaville location several times a week. Now that it's under different management, it's dirty, cluttered, and empty shelves. Robstown is almost as bad!!!

Has the rudest manager. I watched her tell customers it was closed and when they said it wasn't time yet and then said the it didn't matter she wanted to go home and nobody was stopping her or getting in the way
