Bought some items had a coupon to purchase $25 or more and then get five dollars off. The coupon expires 12/31/22 and the cashier scanned the coupon. Did not get the $5 off. She said it only on the weekends. But that’s not what the coupon stated. It said through 12/31/22. She said well “there is nothing I can do.” As a manager she could have gave me the $5 off. I felt she didn’t want to but that’s okay. I just smiled and told her have a nice day

I was impressed by the installation of new refrigerators. The store is clean and everything in place. The cashier was working on the floor, but she seemed to know when we were ready to cash out. She had a genuine smile. I rarely go to Family Dollar, but I will be going there more often. I will be using my app to save monies as well since I am a senior citizen. I am impressed and enjoyed going to Family Dollar.

Awesome customer service! Went above and beyond! Very nice place to shop. Offered me assistance and offered to help me shop. Most stores ignore me. (I am blind/ vision impaired)Asked about a particular item and she went to check to see what she had.Just awesome! I thought customer service was extinct like the dinosaurs.Will definitely be back!

Cashier started following me after I had asked where they had the juice. She followed me threw out the store made me uncomfortable. Went to check out and she just stared at me while ringing up my merchandise and slamming my stuff on the counter. Don't know if I will stop there again.

This particular store is ALWAYS too hot inside. I have complained numerous times, but get the response that the temperature is under corporate control. I would probably shop longer and spend more if it weren't so hot in there!
