Tbh as far as a friendly staff, it’s really hit or miss as I’ve been patronizing this dollar tree for many years now. Half the time the staff is wonderful but when certain others are working, they are just not friendly at all.The store is relatively clean and stays pretty well stocked. however, someone told me more recently to try the dollar tree at Saratoga and I was amazed at how much more they had there. They had so much more space and so many more items than my local dollar tree.

If I could give this a store 0 stars I would! Jack is the worst employee EVER! He screamed at my 4 year old Autistic son for putting an item back on the belt! He didn't understand it was already paid for but instead of jack just letting him put it up there he screamed and yelled at him and told me to take the toy down and hide it from him so he wouldn't put it back! Worst customer service ever and honestly he is just so rude! Will not be going back to this store! Yelling at a 4 year old? You are a grown man! Craziness!

First time visiting a plus store. I don't believe they advertise this @ the store level. It was nice to see a bigger selection of items, some are higher quality which I do not mind paying a bit more for. Went home with what I needed and @ a fair price!!!

No idea how this store has the ratings it has. It's down right disgusting. Take a look at the photos. Bathroom has feces all over it. The store had an alarm that wouldn't go off. One of the worst dollar trees I've been in.

Today a nasty older man was downright HATEFUL to a staff member. She handled herself with grace and dignity and the man continued to be verbally abusive until he waddled to his white van. If the store hadn't been populated by ONLY women, he wouldn't have been so openly disrespectful.This Dollar General is very well organized and clean, especially in comparison with others. I have been patronizing this store for several years without complaint. The only downside being the location and the amount of homeless/mentally ill/drug addicted who hang about.I just wanted to leave a note about how unfair I thought this particular patron's reactions were - if I'd been manager, I'd have refused him service. Before I moved to NPI, I was a corporate manager of three oil field facilities.I was very impressed with the staff member's handling of an otherwise abusive and unnecessary situation.

Always a huge variety of nick-nacks especially for every season, toys, crafts and EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS for your home. NOW EVERYTHING IS $1.25 & THEY ALSO HAVE A $5 ISLE THAT HAS REALLY CUTE AND USEFUL STUFF! This will always be my TOGO store for party bags, tissue paper and cards!

Love it. Keep in mind they don't allow bags in the store and will ask you to leave them at the front. But this place is wonderful. It's very clean and welcoming and has incredible prices. Some of the items may not be the best quality, but everything is still a dollar, so there's not much to lose. The items of great quality make up for it. It's been a lovely place since it opened and continues to be a great place for great deals, nothing can beat $1.

I love this Dollar Tree! It's always nice & tidy, as soon as the holiday is over they have those items in clearance & are sticking up for the next holiday. If the line gets backed up they call for back up IMMEDIATELY unlike a lot of other locations. The employee are as helpful as possible & are always going throughout the store picking up misplaced items & returning them to their spot, I definitely feel inclined to not just lay something down wherever if I decide against purchasing it; I'll go return to its spot. Not sure if like the way its arranged seems kitchen items aren't together that they are kind of scattered & there tends to be a lot of homeless hanging out outside asking for hand outs, seems as though management feels sorry for them but its not good for business. They are usually very friendly but they tend to smoke cigarettes right next to the entry door & last time I was there a lady was inside helping w bagging & I think she may have been looking for tips for doing so, she was very nice but management does need to address the issue. Other than that love this location!

Organized stock on the shelves makes shopping easier. Friendly service. Clean. The service will do everything they can to help you find an item that may not be on the shelf. A buck$$ well spent at Dollar Tree..Did I mention that they're pretty much local no matter where you live..

I have gone twice. The lines are with 10 peoplen more n one cashier..im notgoing no more cos it takes 30 or more minutes to check out.the store needs at least 2 cashier's..one is not good service its too slow. Thank God theirs a Dollar General n its packed with costumers but 2 fast cashiers. I loved Dollar Tree but i have no extra time to waste..The cashier service is slow , poor n lack of cashiers..

I am blown away by the awesome customer service of this store. The people that work at the store are warm and friendly. And that's something that's hard to come by anymore in this world. Yes I highly recommend this place. Plus everything is $1.

If those shelves are empty, which they are NOT, it's only because Silver Sands empties them! The staff is more than helpful. We've had them willing to help us box and bag our bulk orders, with friends, on their days off!! I've never recieved an eye roll when rolling up to the register with 6 carts and 700 items. Party on Dollar Tree.🤘

Honest hard working crew on deck. Great customer service. When asked a question for help they are always ready and noligable of products to help each customer throughout there shopping experience. Dollar Tree also has convient affordable products that are up to date with today's trends and necessities.

This dollar tree is more of a quick food stop and necessities store. I was hoping for something similar to what I had in Phoenix, which was a store full of things for kids, things for parties, things for crafts. Found lots of craft items now that Fallas Discount is closing Dollar Tree is carrying a lot more things than before since they uped their prices to $1 - $5. Enjoy

I love this place! $1 or under for everything. Staff is always nice. Some jackhole customers don't know how to put unwanted cold merchandise back in the freezer section. The store isn't super clean but the one time I was there in the morning the store was clean and in order.

Great deals, but they need to hire more cashiers. Everybody helpful but service is very slow. You can find anything you need don't go to Walmart shop Dollar tree first!

Very nice and clean. They took off their carpet and replaced it with tile. Very impressed. Everyone respecting their space..thank you..very polite and helpful.

My tweak home on nas is the best it ever looked after they added home decor. People wipe their feet on the dollar rug i got and compliment my dollar tree mirrors.

All I needed done was to exchange 5 items for 5 items. I didn't know I needed to have non food for non food. I wasn't gonna be charged .I hated my experience there.cashier was rude. The manager was rude I'm never going back to that store.horrible experience

Never a problem shopping here. Usually just to buy greeting cards. Cashiers are always friendly.
