Was overcharged and when I took receipt into store they said I would need to come back tomorrow to speak with cashier who overcharged me and then they would decide if the would give me a refund. This is for one $1.25 item. So it will basically cost me more I’m gas to make a second trip there for $1.25. This is not first time they have rang items up more than once and I have lost money. But this was the first time I attempted to be refunded. Smh

I love this Dollar Tree. It's not my favorite location to shop at but the staff are freaking amazing. They are so nice and kind. If I ever need help finding something, the employees will stop what they're doing to come and assist you. I've never had a bad experience shopping in this store. I gave this store five stars because of excellent customer service, the place is always clean and the location is very convenient for me.

Small place with lots of customers. A variety of home goods and decorations for different holidays during the year. The bathroom 🚻, is not clean. Friendly and courteous staff.

Actually it's the only dollar(chain) stores in town; so we have to go no matter what. You can find good items at a very good price...we all know that(reason to give them a 5 star)! But they should take the time or hired more employees so they can maintain the store nicely organize(Airline)!!!In the Houston area there are so many other dollar stores...in other words they have competition and believe me, the Dollar Tree stores are very nice; super clean and organize!

Staff does not follow any of the safety protocols that they claim to do here on Google. During my very short visit a few nights ago, there was an employee who clearly needed to be at home resting, but instead was putting away misplaced merch around the store and coughing all over everything as she did so. My daughter and I quickly finished up and got up to the register. While waiting for the cashier to finish handing the lady in front of me her change, we were so lucky to get to overhear the cashier talk to her boss over the phone while making no hesitation to talk privately was listing each employee that was out with Covid. Wow…and you’re just letting that poor girl continue to suffer on the clock like that…not to mention..CONTINUE SPREADING COVID!!!! WHAT ON EARTH IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?!

Dollar Tree is pretty good about stocking holiday decor but toothpaste, detergents,and other household items have large gaps on the shelves. Ripe olives come in a can about half the size as before and now 1.25.

Dollar tree has always been one of my absolute favorite places. Even though I knew by memory everything that was on every aisle I'd still kill 20 mins looking . I can't say that I have any complaints about the changes.. I'm all for it but if I was able to make a suggestion it would be to change the name to-"Dollar.²⁵ tree" .. it's like when your favorite rock band splits up for whatever reason and half of the original members get replaced. still try to keep the momentum but it's just not the same. Changethename.

I understand it is a dollar tree where everything is a dollar but there is some things I do not tolerate. MOST of their workers are nice but today our cashier Clara decided to give us attitude about cashing us out. She didn't get all of our stuff then when I pointed it out she scoffed and pushed her keyboard screen hard trying to make it known that I annoyed her with my telling her she didn't get everything. Never had a problem until now but YOU applied for that job. YOU decided to stay with that job. Do NOT give customers attitude because of your bad day. If you hate it so much then quit. Simple! Either smile and work like a good employee or quit and find another job that isn't customer service.

Went to dollar tree at Gulfway Plaza, this store is always a mess and disorganized, most times when I go in the cashiers are cordial but the one day I stopped in the cashier that I had was very rude to me and even kinda threw my change at me then when I told her she didnt have to throw my change at me she mouthed off something under her breath all because I refused to purchase an item for their school drive! I could have gone to the management but instead I left it alone and left the store.

I was super happy with the selection at this Dollar Tree. They had cool things that were super cheap such as Premier Protein shakes, energy drinks, and an insane amount of frozen foods. The Dollar Tree that I normally go to doesn't have anything nearly this exciting.

Nice store enjoyed shopping. However, to have two huge lines all the way down the aisles when they're more then 2 registers I believe 3 or four and atleast 4 employees working is not putting the customers first. Portland D.T. takes care of their lines immediately even if a manager had to open a register. The lines come in waves, so its not like you wont be able to get to your other tasks.On a great note Jelissa I believe her name is handled her long line quickly, professional, and gracefully. She deserves a shout out. She was handling a stressful situation with ease. I asked her who was the flr mgr there. She said Tricia. I know mgrs have alot of responsibilities with DT. I was an AM in portland store several yrs ago. I would nvr allow customers to be waiting in huge lines unless we did not have man power there to work a register. Which meant there was only 2 of us there. But with 4 employees working the flr they're should nvr be long lines not being attended to that would of been a big no no in our store. Always customers first.Because of Jelissa I'm giving the store a 4. And I did enjoy shopping. Clean store too! ❤

I didn't do a walk through the entire store, but it seems fine. They have some nice glass dishes.The cashier was nice, and the store seemed pretty clean and organized.

This place is horrible. There were absolutely no baskets because they were in the aisles full of merchandise. There was also boxes of merchandise strewn all around the store. We made it down two aisle before retreating and leaving. There is no way anyone could find anything in this shambles of a store.

Horrible customer service! After waiting in a check out line with lots of other people (2 were open with 8 people in each line), as soon as I get to the front, the cashier says she's closed now and to get in the other check out line without any explanation. Seriously?! Why not say something sooner instead of making me wait thru the entire line just so I have to get in the back of the other line? Now I get to wait in another full line AGAIN?!?! I said something to both cashiers and both of them just shrugged. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience or anything. RUDE!!!!

This used to be my go to Dollar Tree but I will avoid this location if I can. I stopped by tonight looking for a calendar & on every single isle the shelves were bare, it was rummaged on every isle, so many things were just thrown wherever, there was stuff on the floor, there were 2 kids that were running around the isles for about 10 minutes while parents talked...this is clearly a management issue. I go to the one in the bluff & it is completely opposite! I'll never go back to this one....Had to go back w my grandma bc its the closest one to her house, they literally had no bread...idk what's going on BUT FIX IT

I'm a Dollar tree fanatic! Love going there to see what new stuff I can find, never leave empty handed. And so in ocassions when I can't find something or not enough pieces I visit or call other Dollar tree stores and they happily and very kind let me know if they have it in store or if it's better to order online. Well Im currently in the hunt for this new dining plates they came out with and it looks like they're a hit because I been having such a hard time finding them! Yesterday I spent half a day visiting all dollar trees in town to find them with very little luck. And some stores told me to call today since Tuesday is when they get their shipments out and they might just have gotten some. So I called a couple of stores again with no luck and when I called the Dollar tree on Airline Rd the lady that answer was very rude. Telling me that they probably don't have the item I'm looking for and whatever I needed, I needed to go check in person and to excuse her but she was too busy to answer the phone and hung up. Excuse me lady (who I believe was the manager) but I am a costumer wanting to buy bundles from your store! I've never had anything bad to say about these stores even though they could be a little messy. But lady you couldve transferred me to somebody else to answer my question or kindly ask if I could call back later while you got the chance to handle your business and check on my stuff. I think there couldve been a different approach to this and not having to be this rude. I will now refrain myself from going back to that one store.

This is the worst Dollar Tree I have ever visit. Not very organized, I can never find the things I'm looking for because they still have merchandise boxes on the aisle. Seasonal merchandise are all out in other stores but this store still has there objects in boxes and on the way on the aisle. ..

This is a smaller store. It seems not to carry as much and is not always organized. It has greatly improved from the previous disarray, however still needs improvement. I am a big Dollar store shopper!

Whenever I find myself in need of something and need an affordable quick solution they usually have just that. If I have a project idea but don't want to chance a high dollar fail. They usually have a low cost version that ends up a permanent and integral part of that project.
