Went there yesterday. All my items were in the bags when I got home except for my $4 toothpaste. I hope the cashier enjoyed my tooth paste. I have my receipt. I'll never go there again.

I noticed an employee throwing away packages food crackers, cookies, etc because they were going to expire within a week.. and while walking to dumpster passed a homeless man who was disabled and in early 70s.. nobody did anything wrong but curious why can't you take those items and donate to a homeless shelter or something like that . People are starving and food is just thrown away .breaks my heart .you guys are great and I'm not complaining just wondering

Pros: Great prices. name brand items. Products are usually well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful.Cons: usually only one cashier so it takes awhile to checkout. Isles are kinda narrow so not very wheelchair accessible. No handicapped scooters available. Bathroom is usually locked or out of order.

They were sold out of fall decor but so was every other store I had been to since the middle of September. They had everything else I needed. The staff was busy stocking shelves, they were very friendly to customers and check out time was pretty quick as well.

Overpaid for an item because the store has poor quality control. The item I needed did not have a price tag, so I was initially told I couldn’t buy it. MIND BLOWING. Then I was told by the “manager” that she couldn’t let me purchase the product unless I found something similar. The item that I HAD TO GO AND GET MYSELF, was not even remotely close to what I was purchasing, yet I didn’t have a choice because I had already drove thirty minutes to come to this location. Never again. Awful and pitiful.

After they rearranged their store its been a lot easier to find things. It also seems a lot bigger, so i dont feel claustrophobic when i go in there now. They now have a good selection on frozed items so if you ever forget to get some thing from HEB they will most likely have it.

The female cashier was rude. She was on her phone 24/7, paid no attention to the line in front of her. And she was wearing tight leggings and a tank top! Seriously?? Hire someone else!

I didn't hate it the employees were the concern, they need to be reviewed by corporate... something is going on that maybe we shouldn't know. Your my good thoughts in hopes you are not commiting crimes. I know we are going through tough times but yikes!

Loss prevention VERY unprofessional, woman accused my fiance of stealing shirts when we had a cart filled with various items (well over $100 in items and still shopping), though mostly food. She made a big rude deal about it in the middle of the store, asking loudly right by the registers, "Where are the shirts!?". Then went on to say she had been watching him (my fiance) on camera. If she had how did she miss my 6 foot 4 brother place the shirts on a top shelf while my fiance was 2 feet away!? I left our cart and stormed out deeply embarrassed and offended. Been trying to reach the district manager "Don" since and he seems to never answer his phone. Don't go to this store, obviously they don't give a damn about their customers.

1st-Several items are out of place, hard to find actual prices of items needed. 2nd-Floor plan. Most DG's are tightly situated but this one store takes the cake. For instance, if you are walking in an aisle with a basket, don't even try to pass another person using a basket, it's not going to happen.

Today was a good day. I walked in the door was greeted right away by a couple of different. Dollar General employees and was acknowledged while on the floor. Good customer service.

Who ever is in charge of hiring the staff here needs to be fired themselves there is never any one at the register and when someone is they are either on their phone or ringing up stuff twice and then asking if i want to just grab another so i dont have to wait for the manager to come void it. Very poor service when you get any at all.

This store is a life saver for last minute pick ups, or spur of the moment items. From eggs, milk, coffee creamer, some frozen foods to arts and crafts.

Its convenient with its store hours and location-walking distance. The ppl that work there occasionally rudely respond when asked a question & or if u go in after 9:45p- they close at 10p.

was in Dollar general last night and a cashier don't know what's on sale and what's not on sale had a very long line on it had one restaurant had like four or five people working in the store I don't think that's very cute

Like I have said before thse littel stores r the best to get what u need u r in and out and prices r great u don't stand in lined thay may not have all the top brands but thay have what u need at the time
