I went in earlier than I was supposed to by 4 days but they were kind enough to fit us in. That was awesome!! You could see immediately the staff were animal lovers and great at what they do. The doctor was informative and had answers for all the questions asked. I recommend this place for all your pets needs.

I have a couple of pups that I take here, and they get treated very well. The staff is sweet the place is great. I am grateful for the reminders. So happy to have them in my neighborhood now. They love have compassion.

I dropped by yesterday morning to pick up some heartworm preventative medication for our dog. I asked the receptionist when his next set of shots were due since we have a vacation coming up and I need his vaccinations current so I can board him. She said he was due for vaccines on or after September 1st. I said thank you & I left. About 20 minutes later I received an email with his entire vet record attached with a short message that said, “for boarding purposes”. I appreciate her going the extra mile and taking the opportunity to go above and beyond. It’s small things like this that keep customers. We love our vet and their staff.

Rude front staff. Saying my cat was old and it should be expected that she have medical issues and/or be expected to die is pretty messed up. Spent a lot of $$ on blood work and ultrasound and useless precious time trying to figure out what was wrong with my cat. Got a second opinion here with Dr. Harper, but I feel like it was too late. Took my cat here literally the day she died and Dr. Harper didn't advise that euthanasia should be considered ASAP. Just gave medication and charged $250. I even brought up euthanasia plans, but they weren't really acknowledged, just a nice smile from her and it seemed there was hope that things would get better. It was a real shock that my cat died literally hours after being here, despite treatment and no actual acknowledgement that she had death symptoms. I feel like she could have lived a year or two longer with the right treatment that wasn't given to her. Since y'all moved to the new building on Gollihar the price of service has gone up, and the quality has gone down. I'm not keen on taking my pets here again. Got an acknowledgement, phone call, and sympathy card from the emergency vet for our loss, but never a response or condolences from here I even responded to an email about how my cat was doing after a visit on the day she died via email and phone call, but all went unacknowledged.

The staff was great and professional, but the doctor we had wasn't. She came into the room and didn't introduce herself and didn't even give the cat a regular exam. We have been to other animal clinic's and the first thing they do is give the pet a regular exam.

We have been taking our Mal-shi here for over 3 years now. The Dr is really helpful and curtious. The staff is friendly and very informative. They all seem to enjoy their jobs. We are so pleased with how they handle our pet she has stayed over a weekend while we traveled. This clinic get really busy so dont expect instant service. I highyl suggest this clinic for any pet parents.

Third time here. All have been good experiences. This time was for annual check up for Odin. Also I was concerned about my dogs hips. Vet did a thorough exam. Vet techs are so nice. And can tell they love animals.

We stopped at the office to get information and pricing on vaccines. Jerry at the front desk was very patient and informative with the many questions we had. We were able to get an appointment the same afternoon. The wait to be seen was not long, the facility is nice and clean. The technician that took us to the exam room was friendly, patient and answered all the questions we had. Dr.Sandy Harper examined our pup with gentleness and patience. She administered our pups vaccines and took her time. She answered all my questions. The cost of the exam and vaccines is not outrageous they are affordable. Thank you to the Doctor and staff for all your help. We will be back and definitely recommend the clinic to others.

Great staff and wonderful vets.The facility is new and clean. We were scheduled at 4:40 and we were brought to the back right on time. Staff was very helpful in recommending some dog boarding facilities. Front desk was very quick on check out. I always recommend Doddridge Animal Clinic to friends.

Our fur baby was in pretty bad shape since he had been missing 6-7 months. He came back with fur missing due to flea allergies and his ears were infected and raw. They gave him antibiotics and steroid shot along with his bravecto he has made a massive improvement. They are caring and very lovable to your precious fur babies.

I took my 10yr old dog for a dental cleaning and mass removal. The dr called me 3 times within the day to update me on status, health concerns with anesthesia, and an update after the procedure. I felt informed and involved every step of the way.Thank you Doddridge animal clinic, for taking care of my baby.Super professional and thorough with a nice new clean facility. This is a amazing clinic. Kind and caring staff. Great care and understand my dogs needs. I lost one of my pets after we were attacked by the neighbors dogs. This clinic was so amazing during this time. I can't thank them enough.

Their new building is great! Lots more room. Needs a few more seats in the waiting area, but still ok. Dr Harper and staff were nice and helpful as always. Larger parking lot too!

Mixed review on visit 2-22-24. Not altogether satisfied with vet that attended my doggie. Although my baby had a clear exam (heartworm neg), he got 4 needle sticks to get 2 routine booster injections, all because he was not held properly or securely for the shots. He only weighs 6 # and is 10 years old. He screamed with each needlestick, and it tore at my heart to hear him hurting ! That night he would not walk, would not lay down, and I held him most of the night. Today, 2 days later, he is doing much better but still yelps when his back legs are touched.Overall, on top of being an almost $200.00 visit for routine annual exam and shots, I was not terribly impressed with service. Butthis is where I have taken all my pets for years, and my little Chihuahua is my baby, who of course will always need routine vet care.Only wish Dr. Roscoe was still there !!

Great clinic. The place is bright and clean, and the staff is professional. The vet is fantastic with my baby. Our first visit was to take care of worms and kennel cough. Then came shots and later microchip. Every visit has been fun for my guy, and he’s always excited to go in for a visit.

This is the worst place to call if you have a animal suffering we take care of a stray cat at the apartment complex we live at. We called this clinic and someone told us to bring the cat in we don't have a car so we got a carrier got on the bus to rush the cat over to see if we could save it's life. Once we were on the bus with the cat I called to make sure we're the clinic was located and to my surprise only appointments and when I gave the phone to my girlfriend hoping that the person would remember her by her voice or story she had told the operator we only got a rude response no walking call Oso Creek. So in response to this answer I say may your business go bankrupt in may Oso Creek prevail in business. Save all lives we are all God's creation not $dollar$ sign$

Dr. Sandy Harper and the staff at Doddridge Animal Clinic are compassionate and professional. The care and understanding they showed to our beloved labradoodle -- when he was healthy and during his final days -- was top-notch, and they were very sensitive to our emotional needs as well. I don't know the name of the vet tech who helped with our dog's euthansia, but she was very kind and caring. I can't say enough good things. Thank you.

As a Traveler, I needed a veterinarian so as to get my 2 dogs rabies and DA2PPCL shots. After sitting in the exam room for 45 minutes total (including the 30 minute wait after the assistant left)Some woman ( I think the vet) came in, no introduction, just went to work examining my first dog. I asked about the Exam ( I had not requested an exam) and was told it was standard procedure.After checking out and paying I inquired as to why I was being charged an exam fee. I had not requested an exam, just shots.I was told that It was standard procedure. The woman at the counter then asked how she could help. I said sure, refund the exam fees that I was made aware of. Got a flat NO! I should have believed the reviews. Rude team members, lot of waiting backed up with excuses, and no transparency in billing. Oh yea, right off the bat they tried to sell me some payment program. Watch out!
