Great selection of men's and women's clothing. Also, an impressive selection of fragrances for men and women. Kitchenware inventory includes a wide variety of crystal stemware. It's one of my favorite places to shop. Highly recommend!

I’m picking out my daughter’s prom shoes the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also recommend the petals inside the shoe to keep her feet from sliding. The store was very clean as always. Love Dillard’s my favorite store!

Generally speaking, this is a pretty decent store. Have bought my wife and daughters Michael Kors and Ugg gifts here and usually have been a good experience. That is once you get past the fragrance area. The people who work in this area think they are boujie. Would hate to shatter their reality that they are one step over a fry cook at McDonalds.

The store is always clean and organized. Much better shopping experience than many other retailers. Melinda, the men’s manager, was super helpful with finding me the right outfit for a wedding I was going to. Highly recommend.

Dillard's has furniture! I was surprised to see this on my way to the customer service area. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I was treated with courtesy even though I wasn't buying. Prices are great! When I need a leather sofa I'm going back.

I was attempting to refill my bottle of alien perfume. The stuff they had in the tank was not alien perfume. They had tried to fool me I guess. Or maybe somebody for them. The stuff they filled my perfume bottle with smelled really bad

This place is just ok. Went in looking for cologne. That being said, why do the associates act so upittty? I mean c'mon your just an associate at DILLARD'S, nothing great about that. Some of them won't talk to you if you don't fit the description. I mean why do i have to dress up to your standards to get acknowledged? We watched these employees do it repeatedly. I dnt knock your profession but geez loosen up. It's just Dillard's...your just a Sales Associate!! Will try Macy's next time we're out shopping.

I used to shop here a lot and I also worked here. And let me tell you this is not a place you wanna go to for both. Lily Rey Garza is a terrible store manager and I have experienced her being rude to customers so many times. She has her favorites and even allows her employees to be high while working. She wants to talk about Dillard’s being a professional business, but she’s not even professional herself and doesn’t even know how to be store manager. Don’t be a store manager if you don’t wanna deal with anything. Also if employees are rude to you at this store, they won’t care because they know Lily won’t do anything! Good luck.
