Many items are clearly marked OTC items but when you try to check out they are rejecting you otc card payment. This is very frustrating, I then have to shop at Walgreen which accepts my card.

That the store has had great customer service. They take me everywhere that I needed help with. They help me with the deals. that you've been here over the past year or so and that you've noticed a big change in the store\nItems are where they belong and u can find everything u need

Rudest assistant manager ever! I guess he must of been in his feelings already because he had no empathy for the elderly that were in front of me confused, a lady was waiting for her receipt and there was no follow up so she was just standing there, she said “this is not the way we worked back in the day” she offered the man behind her to go ahead she was just waiting for her receipt. The older man moves towards register and the guy at the register is having issues with computer obviously but the old man is confused, the guy sends him to the self checkout which is closed and tells him to use that machine well the old man confused goes to the last register and is waiting there patiently and the employee instead of assisting him to the self checkout or even bother looking to see if he made it to the checkout just continues pressing buttons, so I told him hey that self checkout is closed, do you have a manager that can help you, the ASSISTANT manager comes out and must of been in a mood already because when I told him the older man was confused he got very rude for no reason, I was just concerned for this elder man the ASSISTANT manager dismisses me an instead of trying to understand I was trying to stand up for the elderly, he said thank you an pretty much good riddance! The worst ASSISTANT manager ever! All i wanted was a bit more of concern / compassion/ empathy/ sympathy for our elders who are not as tech savvy as we are. Tsk..Tsk…. MR. ASSISTANT Manager

Love this CVS, most of the workers are very nice. I have been going to this CVS for years now and love it. I coupon and use the rewards there and hardly ever have any problems. Sometimes the computers are not calculating right for the sales but management always fix whatever needs to be met from the ads and sales. My kids and husband also enjoy shopping at a place that they remember your name :)

I was on hold for a total of 40 minutes, calling from a prescriber's office. I called on 2 different phones. I really don't understand why it's so difficult to take a message and carry on. Leaving someone on hold for that long is unacceptable.

One time I came in, looking for some water rockets. They did not have any, but the worker there looked up the other stores and told me where they had some of the rockets. Just one example of the many times that the staff here is fantastic. Staff is great not just in the store but also in the pharmacy. This store should be a `how to` for other CVS pharmacies.

If you're calling to refill your prescription, be prepared to be on hold for over 30 minutes. It takes 30 seconds to take a phone call. Extremely rude of them to not answer the phone. Rediculous

Apparently the pharmacist thinks they know more about what meds I should or shouldn’t be taking than the doctor that’s been treating me for years and is refusing to fill my meds.

Calling for refill as indicated by mg CVS app. Listen to “all our pharmacy staff is assisting other customers.” for 30 minutes still no one bothered to answer.
