Waited 3 days to come pick up my RX because I knew it wouldn't be ready. Got here, waited in line for 2 hours, which is typical for this location. Pharmacy not only hadn't filled the prescription but took forever to do so. It's literally counting 30 pills. Unbelievable.

A new man was being trained in the front. The other man was very rude. I heard the mumble something under his breath. Give me a dirty look when I asked for help . Rude and was talking about how he doesn’t care of people steal etc that he will trip them if near... calling to talk to manager later.. rude af and you know it if y’all read this:

Went and got my flu shot with the wife here. The staff was nice and friendly. They took a bit to get to us, however, they did kind of go a little fast for my shot. But understandable considering that all pharmacists are being a tad bit overworked at the moment. But overall, great customer service, guys! The wife and I feel healthier!

Great customer service every time I go into this cvs. Always friendly. If something is out on the shelf they will go to the back to check if they have it. They will make an attempt to look and if it's not available they will let you know when their shipment will arrive. They don't just say sorry if it's not there we don't have it. I have ask many times and they will come out with what am looking for so yes they check. So thank you for taking that extra step to help.

I left Dallas to come to Corpus Christi to help my aunt that has all timers Not realizing that I forgot my thyroid medicine 2 kinds very important. This pharmacy was very helpful very professional and extremely informative as well as personal in fact they help me get my medicine and a discount even. Thank you so very much will see your next may. Horrible horrible experience!! Ordered my 4 year old some eye drops through the cvs app I put the pickup person as my mom since i needed to stay home with my daughter because she obviously had pink eye , the credit card was under my husbands name BUT like I said I listed the pickup person as my mother. Once my mom got there the older short lady at the front with glasses would not hand my mother the order even though my mothers name was listed as pick up person. My mother had to call me & put me on speaker and I had to send my mom screenshots of the email which I’m sure she had on her screen!, so much nonsense for some child eye drops!! Another lady finally came out and gave my mom the order with zero issues! Wow! Will never return to this cvs

Ì Live Just Down The Street From CVS.I Have Been Having My Prescriptions Filled There For The Past 2-3 Years Now.The Staff In The Pharmacy Have Always Been Courteous & Very Efficient In Filling My Refills. The Only Thing I Will Say Is The Drive Through Takes Way Too Long, It's Easier And Faster To Just Go Inside. My Prescriptions Are Always Filled On Time, Usually The Same Day My Nurse Practitioner Calls In My Refills. It's Not Only Convenient For Me, But I Am Very Pleased With The Pharmacy Service I've Recieved.

Annoyed with the pharmacy because I went to refill my prescription that said it was already ready and the guy said that I had to pay for it. I’ve been on it for months and it was always free with my insurance. He didn’t ask for my insurance cards or anything because I have more than one insurance, just said to call them so I sat in my car hot and tired on hold, went inside to get a drink and went back to sit down in my car until they finally answered and said that it was covered. Then I drive back to the drive through and expect to just give him my insurance cards and explain that they should be covered. He tells me to come inside because now there’s a line behind me… how is that my fault? I’m 7 months pregnant so having to walk back and forth is super annoying. I tried to get him to explain why I needed to go in when I’ve never had to go in but because people were behind me I had to inconvenience myself because my refill would take a couple minutes…. Ya’ll texted me that it was ready. Terrible experience. I’ve waited in that drive through for 20+ minutes before but this guy couldn’t take 5 minutes to get my prescription. I’ve never been that annoyed trying to get my prescription. People should be considerate. Not everyone can easily walk inside.

My insurance changed their policy on meds. I called CVS to switch pharmacys and I was on hold for less than 5 min. I was transferred to the pharmacy quickly and the guy on the phone got everything taken care of. He said meds should be ready the same day!

This CVS location was the closest I found to get my COVID vaccine (I live 2 hours away from this location). I have to say the staff was courteous, professional and there was no wait. I received my vaccine without any issues and recommend anyone who still needs their vaccine to consider CVS. I signed up online and received reminder text messages and emails a couple days before. Seamless.

Waited an hour to pick up my medication in drive through. When I finally got to my turn he stops to give the woman in the DROP OFF ONLY lane her prescription. I told him that I’ve been waiting an hour and he just gives someone who was there for maybe 10 minutes her prescription in the drop off only lane. He says there is a sign that says prescription services are available in both lanes but covid testing is only available in left lane ( the lane I was in that is supposed to be the only lane for picking up prescriptions) the sign should have said that prescription PICKUP and drop off services are available in both lanes especially when the sign that says DROP OFF ONLY was still clearly visible. They have also forgotten to ship my prescriptions when I tried delivery twice and gave me a bogus tracking number and tried to say it showed as delivered on their end. The package magically appeared in my mailbox the following day. The other time they tried to say it showed delivery was attempted when everyone was home the day they claimed it was attempted. We even saw when the mailman delivered the mail and he even brought other packages to the door. Once again the prescription magically appeared following day after my inquiry. This is why I stopped using the delivery service. Shame on CVS for wasting people’s time.

The Pharmacy said they close at 9pm and the lady at the register said the register goes off at 9pm I was standing in front of the lady at 8:58 she literally had everything shut down. Totally unprofessional and rude.

I really enjoy visiting this CVS since it is the closest to me. The wait may be longer than usual in the Drive Thru for the pharmacy but never to the point where it's ridiculous and I'm always in and out when I get down. The pharmacists here are SOOOOOOO sweet and one of them even took the time to do some research for me for a certain med I needed. I really appreciate her for that because she didn't have to. I never have any issues with this location. 5 stars!

Pharmacy lines are crazy long. There only one lane open and when they help you they always seem to have a bad attitude. Don't use their restroom. I walked in and walked right out. It was so dirty disgusting. I'll save you the details, just don't.

If I could give less than one star I would . We were treated with extreme disrespect and unprofessionalism. My friend , ten year old daughter and I shopped at the store. When we got to the register the older redheaded woman was insistant that all three of us needed to provide ids due to purchasing some alcoholic beverages. We informed her that who she was referring to was ten years old and that she was my daughter . This made no difference to her as she had all ready made her mind up . We went from paying customer to boycotting this store . If being treated with basic decency is important to you dont step foot at this location .

We had an appointment for a PCR test. The pharmacist couldn’t figure out how to do it and asked us to drive around to the end of the line so it didn’t get too long and hopefully the person that could help us would be ready by then. 30 minutes later we’re still waiting. Don’t offer a service if you can’t figure out how it works.

I live in Texas, and the governors mask order says for people to wear a mask, unless a person has a medical condition that wearing a mask puts you at more risk. I can not wear a mask due to a medical condition since it puts my health more at risk. I walked into store 7437 in Corpus Christi Texas on 2/6/21 and was immediately asked by an older female employee with red/gray hair to put on a mask. I kindly told her that I am medically exempt, to which she started accosting me and asked if I had proof of my condition. I said no, I do not have to provide that, it goes against HIPPA. She stepped about 1 inch from face and YELLED then get out of the store. I left the store shaking and crying. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

I got text at 7:01pm to pick my prescription. I got here at 8:01 pm literally. Only to find out they close at 8:00 pm and that I have to come back tomorrow to pick it up because they already closed. I ask a manager to see if I could just go ahead and pick it up. She said no for a bunch of reasons...couple of them are rules and safety. Baloney! The Manager Janet is rude. I am miserable of this allergies, I guess I'll live until tomorrow to get my prescription.

If i could give less than 1 star I would.. please be very careful if going through drive thru they are not very cleane when it comes to there Covid testing. Was behind a car doing one waited like 45 minutes and they were using same window as they pad your medicine.. they have another one specific for that but not used. Besides that get texts from them that medications are ready show up and they are not.. but the Covid testing is by far the worst..

After having prescriptions for 3 hour we called, they didn't have our insurance info right, so we explained in detail, they called 20 min later and needed SS # again, and even asked if name was first or last name. They finally said they would have to call insurance (Tricare) help line and would have meds ready in AM. I insisted we needed meds before bed, so they did give one dose of needed nighttime meds, and said the rest would be ready in AM. Sure hope so.

Providers office called the medication in at 1120. Arrived at 520 the medication was not done. Waited 20 minutes only to be told that further documentation was needed by TriCare from the providers. This obviously upset me so I contacted TriCare immediately and TriCare stated no documentation was needed and the prescription should have been given to my wife with no problems. After calling CVS again to cancel the Pharmacy Tech stated "we could get it now". We cancelled since the customer service from the pharmacy techs are poor at this store. Will never use this CVS again.

These people harass customers continuously! They stand in the aisle and glare at customers, and argue with them! Pauline is the erratic, paranoid, rude employee that displayed these despicable behaviors with my daughter and I today! Josie, another employee previously falsified prices, concealed prices, and commenced to screaming hysterically for police because she was informed that it was unethical to treat customers like that! Managers of this specific CVS has also behaved in this unprofessional manner! Customers abhor these deviant behaviors from employees! This CVS on Airline and Holly has an extensive history of harassing customers! If I could give a negative number of stars, I would!

Trying to call and find out if my RX was ready which had been called in 3 hours earlier. Pharmacy answered the phone and then imediately asked to place me on hold without asking what I needed. On hold 40 minutes later I just gave up and hung up. I will use Walgreens in the future. CVS is horrible.

Just reported them for price gouging on their OTC pain relievers. $25 for a big bottle of Advil Gelcaps ? They are $8.47 at HEB. Usually buy my pain pills from CVS so I noticed this immediately. Also, a 12 pack of coke is $7.50 now. Stripes sells you 3 12 packs for$11.99. Shame on you CVS.

I have been to this store a couple of times while I'm in corpus and they are very nice and helpful. Had a prescription filled and it was ready in 15 mins. I will continue with visit this CVS when I'm in corpus.
