The absolute worst customer service. Went to pick up a script and the Gentleman pharm tech said it was not in the system and asked me to have the dr office call him so he could prioritize it and he left them on hold for 10 minutes and the nurse had to understandably hang up. I sat in the drive through for 40 minutes at 11:36 at night, without someone coming to the window to assist.

Giving 2 stars because the pharmacy is open 24 hours, minus their lunch hour.I went to the ER, was given a prescription to be dropped off... I bring it at 8pm on a Monday, and there are tons of cars in the drive through line, and tons of people in line inside. The one guy who was checking people out inside had to come to pick up my prescription, and was questioning if I really needed it that night. Yes, I just came from an ER. 'okay, well it'll be about 10:30pm when it will be ready'So I check online, call the store, the automated system says it will be ready at 11pm. I go back, am the only one in line at the drive through, and the guy tells me to come back at 11:10...The other CVS places I've had prescriptions filled at aren't nearly this bad

Severely understaffed. All three people working bouncing between different stations with no one dedicated to filling subscriptions. Dropped off my subscription at 630 and was told it would be ready by 9. Came back a little after 9 and I still had to wait till eleven. At one point I was told to take a seat and they would let me know when it was ready. After about 20 minutes I got back on line and once I got to the counter she went and put my subscription together in about 5 minutes. They did nothing for my subscription until about 4.5 hours after I dropped it off. They need to reduce the operating hours so they can be staffed correctly

Cvs corporate needs to get involved with how this pharmacy is ran, I cannot believe how the employees treat customers and have no information to give you because they hate their job and are overwhelmed. The frumpy girl with the pink hair and glasses that they have working with the public needs to be fired and never work anywhere in customer service again. This generation of work ethic has completely gone done the drain as far as customer service and never will I be coming here again, I can just imagine all the poor people needing their prescriptions sick and can't get anything or even a status update. My son just got out the hospital and can't even get the medication he needs or can they give me any information on how long it will take...the line outside is always around the building, no one has time to answer the phone and they are the rudest people to stand in line to talk to. Please close this cvs down or fire everyone and start over!

people here were so rude like a lot of attitude in return for any questions asked and lots of hand expressions there’s not a have a good day or nothing the pharmacy is short on staff so that makes it even worse (takes a whole hour to have my medication ready )

If you have nothing to do and all day to do it this would be a great place to get a drive-thru prescription. If you have any sense of urgency find someplace else. Without question this is the slowest drive-thru pharmacy of any place I've ever been. I continue to go there because it's convenient. But I guarantee you you're going to have a minimum of a 10-minute wait and longer even if you're the first person in line.

Left Driscoll around 11pm last night hoping we could pick up my sons prescriptions on the way home. My wife went inside and they couldn't give her a time on when it would be ready. They were very rude and unprofessional. Just said that they were busy. This isn't any way a business should be operated. Don't recommend.

Pharmacy takes an hour to even drop off a prescription in the drivethrough. Sat there for 10 minutes at the window without anyone acknowledging me! Worst I’ve ever been to-going to switch for sure to another pharmacy.

The pharmacist tonight was rude and did not want to hear what I was told by my doctor. She basically put a paper out the drive thru window and told me to take it up with my doctor, although I was advised by my doctor to request another generic from the pharmacist. They were busy and she just wanted me out of her way. We could tell by her body language coming to the window that she was going to be rude and unhelpful. We were absolutely right.

The Pharmacy staff never answers the phone after midnight. I call and wait on the phone for ten minutes and I hang up and call back and wait another ten minutes. This is very sad that CVS allows their staff to act unprofessional. Please get this store in order people are relying on their medication. I rated a one and if there was a zero I would of put it.

They all just got raises, and benefits out the wazoo. Youd imagine atleast a tinge of more professionalism. This pharmacy department needs to be shut down. The pharmacist just hides behind his compiter all day and the little runners cant manage to get anything done either, aside from coming up with new lies to tell the customers as to why they cant count 30 pills at a time.

Convenient location but if you need to ask the pharmacy a question and you call be ready to be on hold for 20 minutes and then they just hang up the phone.

Had an appointment for vaccine made online and apparently CVS does not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance - was advised by pharmacy staff to use Walgreens or HEB - what poor business practices. BYE BYE CVS!

If I could leave 0 stars I certainly would. I’m in tears. My son has a rash and I have been in line 3 times in the drive thru because he’s contagious and I don’t want to spread anything …. My two younger children are also in the car the baby is screaming at this point and I still have to pay cash for the medicine because while they call to let you know it’s ready they didn’t tell me my insurance needed a pre authorization… so they’ve had me drive around 3 times or told me it would be easier if I just came in…. He’s contagious… and for lord knows what… we have used them for a long time, why must I come inside today and it’s just gotten consistently worst. This will be the last time. Nothing but rude and in no hurry to help … they could careless if they have the proper insurance information and prices. Still in line for 3rd time praying this is the final trip… -from a tired mama ….

Horrible Pharmacy, they don’t fill your prescriptions and can’t tell you why because they don’t know. The clerk told me to pay for what I had then go over to the next window and ask the clerk who was 5 ft away, WTH! Amazing how bad CVS treats their customers.

3/2023 THIS PHARMACY is the WORST! Here we are 4 years later and they are still the rudest, with the most incompetent pharmacists. ALICE the pharmacist is the rudest person ever. I wish my insurance would change providers. I dread calling them for anything - I had to call twice and was on hold for a total of 45 minutes AND after a 45 minute hold - ALICE was very rude! If you don't like your job, move along. I would think twice about dealing with this place. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH!!2/2019 Worst PHARMACY customer service. Hold time for phone calls can be anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, no matter what day or time. Drop off time for new prescriptions is hours, unless you walk-in to wait; which makes it a little difficult when you have a sick child with you. If my insurance didn't have a contract with CVS, I would steer clear of this pharmacy. I have picked up countless prescriptions here and have only been counseled by a pharmacist ONE TIME.

Pharmacy-I was under the impression you could order stuff like advil, Tylenol etc at the drive through along with your prescriptions. I guess not. I had just recently had surgery so it was really hard for me to get down at the store so I asked the drive through attendant if she could grab me a bottle of Tylenol. He said, “ no you have to come inside”. So much for this added service! Plus they are not very friendly at all.8-29-2023 Here we are 3 months later update. I called them because when I went online to see if my medication was ready it said, “transferred to another store” I’m assuming it’s because they don’t have it in stock AGAIN. They didn’t bother to call and let me know about this of course, so I called them at 1pm to check where it was transferred to. I was on hold for 30 MINUTES, and right at 1:30 pm they just hang up on me! I called right back and it had an automated message they are out for lunch. Really! So after holding for 30 minutes you just hang up on your customer because you don’t want to be bothered with us because you’re going to lunch, even though I was on hold since 1?! Horrible pharmacy. They all need to be fired and replaced with more decent employees who care about their customers who NEED their medicine!

I left the nearest minor emergency at 3 am and even TLC said that this CVS will be open go get your medicines. I walked in and the lady was freaking rude. She was like yes we are closing in 45 seconds all computers shut off sorry can't get your medicines. Oh wait sorry they are locked now try tomorrow. The lady in front said they were open and I had plenty of time. Mind you I'm in severe pain with an infection. I needed those medicines. I had called at 1am and was told they would be open for me to fill meds. The lady was like yea sorry can't help you bye. I will never ever go there again. This is why I always go to HEB! HEB has great service and care. Now I have to suffer in pain for goodness knows how long. I am furious!!!! Poor pharmacy staff!!! I will be writing to corporate.

Terrible pharmacy customer service staffed with apathetic and unfriendly employees. They estimated my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes and would call me over the intercom when it was done. I checked on the order between 45-60 minutes and it had been competed for more than 30 minutes. I waited in CVS an extra 30 minutes with a 6 year old because the apathetic staff didn’t do their job. What a poor excuse for customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Left an urgent care and headed here for pickup as it was the only pharmacy open. Urgent care had called it in, all 3 medicines were ready when I got there. Staff was friendly and polite.

After waiting for over a half hour for my prescription to be refilled. I'm told they needed to call my dermatologist. It'll be tomorrow. I travel around in my RV. I won't be back tomorrow. This is for 15 pills (I split them in half) that help slow thinning of hair on my scalp. This would've been the third and last refill. All CVSs. Why the inconvenience? I'm in their system. They have my insurance information... I'll try again in San Antonio. Geez!

The pharmacy is the worst with rude people, swithing to new pharmacy. They will text you that your perscription is ready, but leave out that the others are NOT ready!!!! I am not making multiple trips to pick up meds one at a time. I did this once. I have given them more than three times to get this and other issues corrected; done. Also, who closes between 1:30-2pm. The other comments in the reviews are correct to include names. The pharmacy folks will at all cost avoid eye contact. What is wrong with saying I will be right with you and thanks for coming in.

They push prescriptions ahead of others and wants sick people to wait inside.? Went through the drive thru to drop off my daughters antibiotic prescription for strep throat. Lady said pick up in 3 hrs or come inside and it’ll be ready in 20 min. I asked if we can wait in the car because my daughter is sick and the lady said no, you have to be in the chairs. Besides the fact that my daughter is too sick to go in, we don’t want to spread germs. But I don’t think they seem to care about keeping the place germ free.

No star if I could but I cannot write any review if Im not at least give a one star. Over 2 hours of on-hold for a pharmacy. Your story should not ever be available 24 hours service. The most horrible experience ever for a pharmacy.
